The location is good, 10-min drive from Manuel Antonio National Park and even less from the center of Quepos. Lots of shops and restaurants around, you will need a car though, keep in mind it’s impossible to get anyway on foot. The room was very simple, but spacious and clean. The biggest advantage was the balcony, lots of trees and plants around the place, so we could observe monkeys, sloths and birds right from the house. The breakfast was very simple, but the fresh juices were delicious.
We wanted to pay with cash and had to drive around in the evening after a 5h drive and a flight in search of ATM, because they did not let us pay the next day, which was peculiar, even though we stayed for 2 nights. They charge for the bottled water in the room which was quite a surprise, since we assumed that the hotel always provides water. The bathroom was clean and spacious but no handshower and no shelf to put your cosmetics so it was a little bit uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful with the language barrier. They went out of their way to help us in all the encounters. We would recommend this place.
The bedrooms could have a little more amenities.

Friendly communication and a warm welcome made me feel very welcome. The rooms are pretty small but with a spacious (huge!) shower and a great view from the balcony. Everyone at breakfast were super friendly and the breakfasts were good.

The breakfast was great. The service was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
A dresser for our clothes and some hooks to hang up wet stuff would be nice.

Pool was lovely. Front staff very friendly. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was great!
I would have liked a hairdryer in the room.
Rooms were a bit small.

Pięknie położone domki, bardzo komfortowe, przestronne i bardzo czyste. Wokół dostępny basen, wszędzie wokół bardzo czysto. Brak problemu z załatwieniem śniadania w formie boxu, przed czasem otwarcia bufetu, gdy jechaliśmy na wycieczkę do Manuel Antonio NP.

Our breakfast was amazing every morning. We loved the beautiful view from the dining area. The monkeys were very entertaining as well:) We absolutely loved our stay!

Good location and ok breakfast.
Nobody helped us with a luggage, room was small without a reading lamp.

Der Chef persönlich war gerade anwesend hat uns einen Apero offeriert wir hatten ein nettes Gespräch mit ihm. Auch an Empfang wurde uns weitergeholfen was Parkeintritte betrifft!
Alles o. k.

The place is small and private - only a few staff that work together like a family. The villa is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view of jungle, town and mountains. The pool/bar/food area was sometimes quiet and peaceful, while other times full of fun festive fun. The pool is clean and refreshing. The plants around the whole area are beautiful- lots of birds, lizards, Macaws and sometimes Monkeys!
The staff is very nice and friendly, but do not expect a lot of room service. We stayed six nights and had to ask many times for fresh towels and other toiletries.
The food is delicious, but don’t expect it to be a restaurant with a menu. They cook breakfast with three choices- very delicious- and then if you want any lunch or dinner…it depends on what they have and if the grill is on.

Magnifique petites maison assez neuves.

All very nice, except the bathrooms which were rather poor and bad showers. Food is pleasant but repetetive.

Very clean and nice little house, with plenty of natural vegetation, birds and animals right outside - and on! - the porch! For a bilder like myself this was a perfect place, saw a lot of interesting birds and animals from the porch and restaurant. Quiet, undisturbed place, within walking distance from town. very nice and helpful staff!

Perfect location, made you feel as if you were in the middle of the jungle .
The staff were fantastic and even helped me out with a little bit of Spanish!

The property is gorgeous, beautiful clean pool & patio area. The jungle surroundings & flowers are beautiful and we saw monkeys in the mornings. Staff was so lovely and gracious. Our villa was quaint, modern, and immaculately clean, with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the jungle views. Wi fi was great, good water pressure & hot water for showers, great a/c. Very reasonably priced.
Noise level. Not the fault of owners/ managers, but I wi
sh I'd known this. We were woken at 5-530 a.m. every morning by the alarmingly loud nearby street traffic and barking dogs. Our last night i was kept awake by barking dogs the entire night, and finally just got up at 430 a.m. If unable to sleep, it would've been nice to at least rise and enjoy a cup of coffee... but with no coffeemaker in the villas, had to wait 2 hours till breakfast time to get coffee.
Also, no hooks/drying racks for wet clothes. I find this odd for accommodation w a pool and near beaches. It's assumed people will have wet swimsuits, towels, and dripping raincoats, which we did every day. Aside from a small towel rack in bathroom, not a single place to hang things. Villa was tiny (not even furniture to hang clothes from) but had ample wallspace & back of doors to place hooks so I'm not sure why there weren't any. Nothing dried on outdoor balcony (rain/humidity) so every day we draped our wets from the day before on back of car seat so the a/c could help dry it out while we drove! A minor inconvenience, but kinda bizarre and would be an easy fix.
Breakfast was tasty and served on beautifulpoolside patio, but not sufficient and with no options provided. Two of our three breakfasts were delicious pancakes and fruit, but no protein. It was just not enough to satisfy a growing boy. Each morning we went and got a 2nd breakfast shortly thereafter. Excellent coffee though!

cozy place, local to town, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. very clean.
4.3
Although the room was available according to the cleaners (it seemed there were very few guests at the property), the staff at the reception would not let us check in 2 hours before the official check-in to leave our luggage in the room before we left for the whole day to participate in an activity that we had booked.
4.3
nothing!
Not as described. A tin shack. Road noise was horrific. Workmen drilling and sawing all day. No lighting and felt unsafe. Loud music.

-Breakfast was nice, nice view of Quepos, parking always available, safe and guarded at night, strong AC, strong wifi, hot water showers, cute monkeys in the morning who want your food, well-maintained pool, helpful service and cleaning staff.
We liked that the place is much closer to Quepos than Manuel Antonio. We don't like tourist centers, and walking to Quepos was easy for local dining and drinks. A bus stop is outside the surf shop and runs frequently and cheaply (80 cents).
Room is very basic. Maybe add kettle and mugs to the room? Very blue, harsh lighting inside (warmer, yellow lighting would be cozier), and a lamp for reading at night. Out of their control, but there is road below the villas. The belching of trucks and motorcycles below is audible, so a full "jungle" experience is unlikely.

Fresh fish dinner was amazing and a great value. The property is a really nice place to stay unless you like to sleep in peace and quiet. The traffic and motor cycle noise combined with dogs barking and roosters in the of the middle of the night made for little sleep for us country folk. The wild life in the morning made up for the lack of sleep. Scarlet macaws flying overhead and resting in the trees and the monkey parade were really fantastic.
Rooms are not week sound proofed, no screens, septic smell.
4.3
Staff, owner, rooms, food, facilities, and views all amazing.
Not a complaint of the villas more of the area/town....noise pollution and no emissions control...Nature will not stay.

This hotel is incredible! It has a small family feel and the owners and staff were so wonderfully attentive and put a lot of effort into getting to know you. The rooms are beautiful, clean and have a great view with a small balcony. There is a pool that is super well maintained and has a bar/restaurant right next to it. The food was awesome, and the chef can make almost any dish requested. The complimentary breakfast was some of the best we have had in Costa Rica. I can only sing this hotel's praises: we had an injury and I was on crutches and the entire staff was so helpful, and really made sure I could still enjoy the stay despite my injury. We have loved our time here and couldn't recommend it more!
The location isn't that great, it is quite close to Quepos and pretty far away from Manuel Antonio beaches and restaurants (the bus is great though).

Staff are amazing , the food is incredible cook by Danny the bar man , the view brilliant and the monkeys come to say hello! The town us just a 5/10 minute walk down the hill

The location was great! And our villa was perfect!! Actually everything was amazing - the owner, the staff, the chef, the food, the shower!! My husband and I felt so welcomed.
Adding bedside lamps would be a nice addition to the villas.
