Thank you very much ! We found everything that you would want/need while being away from home.
We have to mention, Craig’s attention to detail was very much appreciated, including the restaurants recomendations.
We definitely would recommend this hotel to our friends.
Nothing to mention

The property was well advertised and therefore we know what to expect. It was very clean, well managed and with great communication from Craig and Vicki.
Good stay - many thanks.
All good in general. We needed to be up promptly in the morning and that was just as well since the traffic became busy early on.

Great location, lovely lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Nice and clean. Host was very communicative and made the check in experience easy.
Unfortunately we were kept awake by the people staying upstairs as every time they moved the floorboards creaked very loudly. I suppose this is hard to prevent in an old building but it was rather loud unfortunately

Great location & convenient parking. Neat, clean, tidy & comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Well organised & co-ordinated by hosts. Personable notes of restaurants & area info and recycling & tidying up instructions made simple.
A little more storage / shelf space in the room could be helpful. Although nice shelf in the shower, which is often lacking.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Loved having the shared kitchen and the outdoor area. Great communication. Would mention that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep, just a warning to those getting older like us. The parking was very convenient.

A tastefully decorated, characterful house that was spotless, easy to access and very comfortable.

Craig and Vicky have created a very comfortable place to stay, in an ideal position to get out in Chepstow and the surrounding area.

Quirky use of upscaled furnishings and fittings. Cosy well appointed room. Great kitchen and lounge.
Nothing really.

Room v comfortable. Check in v smooth. In house facilities good.
Not the nicest street. Will be good when the derelict and none maintained houses are improved.

This is a charming little house with thoughtful design and suitable to our needs. The photos are exactly on point, it is even nicer in person. We enjoyed coffee in the the backyard very much, as well as use of the kitchen (and washing machine!)
We stayed in the Rum Room and, while it was very nice, we could have use an additional surface to leave stuff both in the bathroom and in the room. A couple of narrow benches or shelves could be convenient while still leaving space to pass through. I must say, it didn't detract from all the positives!

The digital door lock was easy to use and very convenient. The location, near the river and castle was perfect. The owner Craig gave us all the information we needed succinctly and clearly. The property is clean, bright and beautifully furnished, with a communal kitchen and sitting room plus coffee making facilities in the rooms. Can’t fault anything; slept like logs.

Great place only a short walk from the centre of Chepstow. Really comfy and spacious room with private bathroom/shower. The place is very clean, stylish and comfortable and would recommend to anyone visiting. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and even went the extra mile to post me an item I had left there by accident.
Could use a few more shower amenities.
