About this apartment rental
Located in the Lincoln Park Craft District, Unit 1 of the Stay Lincoln Park building is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy getaway, that is within walking distance to many of the local breweries, cider houses and other local food and shopping hot spots; Bent Paddle, The Tap Exchange, OMC Smokehouse, Love Creamery, Duluth Cider and Frost River Trading Company to name a few.
The open concept living area is fresh and contemporary with a fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials and features seating for 3 at the kitchen island and a built-in breakfast nook with additional seating. While the living area provides a large, sectional sleeper perfect for lounging and watching your favorite show on the HD LED Smart TV. WiFi is complementary and we provide Netflix and Hulu streaming services for your entertainment. If weather permits, you can just step out the back door to enjoy your coffee or beer on the patio. The two bedrooms are located on the second level and both provide the plush comfort of a king size bed and large windows for abundant natural light. Upstairs also provides a bonus commons area with the additional sleeping space of a twin daybed, and another HD LED smart TV.
Don't forget Fido, this is a dog friendly property: a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog. No other pets are permitted.
Parking is located in the lot next to the property. One free, designated spot is reserved for this unit. Overflow parking can pay for a spot in the public lot or utilize street parking.
Our guest service team is available by phone from 8am to 9pm if you have any questions or need anything. Our direct contact information will be provided with your booking confirmation. The primary form of communication, including check in information, will be through the booking platform and/or email. You will receive your check in information 1 day prior to your arrival date. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.
6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
8. PETS a) IF Pets are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property. c) Pet fee per pet will be $75.00
9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.
12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

Close to everything Duluth. Very clean, love the extra spaces. Good restaurants walking distance but also short drive to other spots.

We enjoyed staying at this cozy spot while in Duluth for the July 4th weekend. Easy to walk to places and get down to the activities in town.

This is a nicely decorated comfortable place to stay. You are right around the corner from great restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable. The only issue is the noise. With the shared walls you can hear people coming and going. If you are in the bedroom that faces the street the noise from the cars is pretty loud.

Great property in a great location. This property had everything we needed for a hockey weekend. The house is a bit noisy (squeaky doors and floors) and there is not much soundproofing between units, but not too bad. Would stay there again.

Upon arriving there was heavy construction on the sewer lines along the property making access to the front door from the parking nearly impossible without walking a block around the opposite way. Place was very clean and pleasant until the 'renters' next door arrived. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear every single word / toilet flush / squeaky door. We got past that. Our unit was supposed to have a washer / dryer but the dryer was broken and we instructed not to use either unit. Again what we thought was a great price for what we were staying in. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE -- the EXTRA service fees are a killer!!! Our service fees (standard charges add-ons) were More than our 3 day stay! When I booked on Expedia it was not well indicated other than the 'small print' price under the night stay price. This was a failure on my part to do the math. BUT don't want this to happen to others that think this stay with Heirloom Vacation Rentals is a great deal. "Buyer Beware"! Read EVERYTHING!

Nice and clean property. Everything you would need was provided. Bummed the washer and dryer were not available but not a huge issue. A cover by the day bed was off the wall and didn’t stay on when my husband attempted to put it back but wasn’t anything that affected our stay. Would stay again!
