Good stay. Perfectly adequate

It was a small but comfy room and bed with adequate ensuite. Shuttle service was great on arrival and in the morning

It was sufficient and it served its purpose

We actually stayed at the sister motel next-door as the lodge was unsuitable

The bed could have been softer with less springs poking through. The hot water in the shower was difficult to control

Wouldn't stay again

There was an airfryer in the room which was a nice surprise not that I needed it as well as a microwave. Self check-in was a great option despite my mistake of taking the wrong room due to a serious lack of sleep. Close to airport. Not a lot else going for this place unfortunately.

Unisex communal bathrooms - not my preference. No toilet paper in one of the toilets. Pillows were way too soft. Rooms were rather run down and felt "cheap" Pretty sure it's an emergency housing lodge but this is not specified on the booking site, it just had that feel.

Basic budget overnight stay.

Close to airport. Comfortable overnight sleep in restful bed. Basic clean and tidy motel accommodation.

General condition of the site and surrounding area appears rundown and uninviting

I'd avoid staying there again if possible.

Staff were really friendly, and it was close to the airport.

Shared bathroom; deafening street noise; surcharge on credit card; cost for airport shuttle.

Decent accommodation

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle available 24/7 which is very handy and only $10

We got told different things by different staff because they hadn’t communicated so it made a few things a bit more complicated than needed to be. Also isn’t really that close to airport considering that’s in their name. As expected it is a noisy place to stay as people get there at all hours of the night..

Excellent stopover when Booking travel van in Auckland

Excellent place with great location! Easy access via shuttle bus, cheap, clean and near all the travel van companies.

Accommodation impression

The staff is supportive. Hotel can provide shuttle van to the airport. It is located only 5 mins or less to airport. There is a small light on the table. This is helpful for lighting that i do not need much at night.

The location one entrance in on road to industrial park and heavy traffic in the evening. It took time in make a u-turn The room is rather small compared to other motels. It might be suitable for factory workers of industrial estate to stay at night. For bathroom, the sink is designed to place outside the bathroom and quite small. Bathroom itself is ok. Overall security on site 24 hrs. It is quite flexible. At night, it was a bit noisy. I heard the music cone from outside the motel.

Good for a room near the airport

Beds were comfy, space was good to for the 5 people I had in the room. The place has a shared kitchen right at the door to the building. The room itself, I thought was better than in photos.

The parking is a little tight, the office was next door to check in.

Reasonable rates and I would stay again if the need arose. Thank you.

I did not have any breakfast as I left on the first shuttle in the morning. I was happy to see the driver waiting for me in the lounge. He was very pleasant and helpful. I liked the heater lights in the bathroom.

I was disappointed that an extra blanket was not available.

Pleasant

The location was great as I selected it for the proximity to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room served it's purpose.

It was a very noisy location. The traffic noise and neighboring houses made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also it had no heat and a thin blanket which made it a bit of a cold night sleep.

Stayed overnight only to catch an early early flight the next morning and was convenient to airport Room was very clean and comfortable bed.

Room temperature couldn't be controlled. Too hot No tissue in bathroom as dryer was out of order.
