La posizione centrale
La stanza. Per il prezzo pagato e l’immagine dell’hotel non era assolutamente all’altezza.

Best thing here was the breakfast, and central
Location
Horrible communication with the staff, multiple issues like the key not working more then once, fuse blowing in our room in the middle of the night, no way to call downstairs from the room resulting in multiple trips down many staircases and a small slow elevator. No use of spa without and extra fee an reservation. The staff was extremely unapologetic and had a attitude with us when we expressed our disappointment with no attempt at resolution. They were actually pretty rude to us. Would not recommend this place.

It was nice to be out amongst it all, restaurants, street performers, main sites, but then to be able to retreat back to our quiet little oasis. The hotel is nicely designed and very stylish. It has a couple nice spots within the hotel to relax and take a break from all the hustle and bustle out on the streets.
We found it over priced, for what you get in return. The staff are friendly, however very little personal contact to the guests. No Info given up front, you have to ask for it. The breakfast is mediocre, doesn’t match what you pay for this, supposed to be, a 4 Star Hotel. Overall a very anonymous, impersonal experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights, very good location, you can around on foot and the location is very good for public transport links also. We were received by Davide, who explained all the necessary amenties and the surrpunding location. The hotel is a gem with quirky decor and an open veranada in the middle. The way the hotel is laid out is very well thought out, you can be outside one minute in the hustle and bustle of Palermo and once inside the hotel its quiet as anything. Would definitely stay here again 😀

Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.
This didn't affect our holiday but it's worth noting that you have to book to use the spa facilities and they cost extra (even just to use the steam room/sauna and plunge pool).

The only good thing is the location.
-First , the check in process was not pleasant. The guy just wanted to finish the process without listened to my questions and there was nobody else. I asked for recommendations , he handed me a map and said you check it out !
- The room is very small , while they mention in booking its a 21 sqm , there is no way this is the case.
- There is literally no sound proofing what so ever . You hear the neighbors talking , listening to musing , taking bath and even snoring ! And the sound is crystal clear as if they are with you in the room. I couldn't have a good sleep at all.
- They don't respect the privacy of the guests. I was putting the don't disturb sign and they in the bell to hand me my laundry. Well, that can wait. I am putting the sign for a reason !
- The elevator is in the middle of a hall and its very old and once it stopped working.
This is one if the worst hotels I have ever been too. I cant recommend it to anyone.

Great location. it is as central as it gets in Palermo. Also super helpful staff.
Our room was very small, so be aware. Although they have elevators, remember it is an old building there are a lot of stairs.

the property is centrally located to everything. The staff is very friendly.
Breakfast was adequate but more hot options would be nice and they need to replenish the food for the guests.

Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast
We weren’t able to use pool which is why we booked - would have been good to know we needed to pre book a spot before we arrived.

Poor flexibility to the client

The breakfast was good and the location, if you wish to be near the centre and the main station, is good. The young man who helped us with our luggage was the friendliest person we dealt with.
The Wi-Fi was a disaster and the attitude of the reception (as well as other reviews in here) indicate that this is an ongoing issue. The manager generously gave a SIX euro discount after we queried the service! The toilet seat was unhinged. This is a Palazzo in the sense that it is encased by the old structure but the rooms are pokey and dark. Would not go there again.
