Disappointment

I booked a specific address but was asked to move to another address. If they were fully booked where I originally booked they should not make the rooms available for booking.

Problemlose Abwicklung, merkwürdiges Ambiente.

Die problemlose Abwicklung. Nette Mails vom Betreiber. Es war nicht sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Bad war recht frisch renoviert.

Bad zu klein, Zimmer zu klein, Zustand der Ausstattung nicht wirklich gut. Frühstück gab es keins. Obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Das Zimmer war genau so groß wie das Bett plus 40cm. Das Bad war Inclusive Dusche und WC ca. 2m“ Das Ambiente kann man als gewöhnungsbdürftig bezeichnen. Keine Parkplätze. Enge Straße, in der die Häuser schmaler sind, als die Auto lang.

It's clean

The bathroom is on a different floor and it's noisy from upstairs. You can hear everything from people above you. It's difficult to get a good sleep.

Perfect and exactly what I wanted

The room was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and lovely en suite bathroom. The living facilities were also to the same standard and very tidy.

Consider other options first

The room was en-suite, and the shower had hot good pressure water. I’m glad I had my own bathroom as the cleanliness of the shared facilities was poor. There is a lock on the bedroom door which is necessary and a great feature!

This wasn’t worth the money paid to stay here. I will think twice before using HMO properties in the future, due to the lack of rest I got whilst staying here. There is very little soundproofing. You will hear all other guests, especially if they are on their phones. I had two disturbed nights rest due to inconsiderate guests on their phones on loudspeaker. This really impacted my work the next day. Other guests left the front door of the property unlocked and so one guy literally walked in off the street! There are no sharp knives for cutting food or tea towels in the kitchen. Most of the cooking facilities were dirty and greasy. Dead bugs on windowsill etc. Bring your own coffee and milk! On street parking as such: The property is within a controlled parking zone. Which means residents permits are required between 0800-1800, this means if a parking warden comes along during these times you WILL GET A PARKING TICKET. The road is within an area of Anti social behaviour and crime. Including what looks like a trap house next door, lots of people regularly in and out. There were police helicopters flying over on my first nights stay and lots of police vehicles the next morning. I was worried my car would be broken into as there was lots of indicators of burglaries on the street including broken car windows.

It wasn’t a good experience this time.

When I first entered the room there was a terrible smell. It was even worse when I went to the toilet. The bed sheets were also smelly and I couldn’t sleep properly because of that. There was only a bin in the washroom and it didn’t have a bag in it.

It was ok value given it was a Saturday night but I won't be staying there again

The room was up to date decor wise and the bedding was adequate. The ensuite was functional. Communication on entering and exiting the property was clear.

The room smelt and the carpet felt old. The mattress was not very comfy and the sink was a very small sink on the back of the toilet so very hard to brush my teeth in and wash my face. The road the property is on is dirty and run down.

Very clean and well kept.

The accommodation was well presented and clean with a comfortable bed, good shower pressure, big bath soft towels, and kitchen facilities.

Coventry is quite tricky to get around due to the roundabouts and subway underpasses so make sure you have good directions to get to the centre from the accommodation.

A nice little find, would use again.

Easy to park and to get in. Good size room and well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the place was well decorated.

Some pictures on the walls would be a nice touch and a bit of dusting wouldn’t go a miss. Shower control knob is reversed and desk chair could be improved.

Average! Bathroom was a big deal for me so I paid a bit extra but was not happy with it

The room and bathroom

The shower was too small. I am a size 10 but I had to turn at an angle to shower. You can’t do anything apart from stand. Toilet had the sink behind so had to kneel on the toilet to brush or access the sink (really tiny) I would rather pay more to have a normal bathroom. so inconvenient! Hole in the bedroom but something was done about it. hope it gets fix though Bin in the toilet was not emptied but it was when I complained. I don’t think the shower dimension is right! Change it please! Unreal Too tiny!

Very clean room at top of the house. Great value for money.

Could have done with a tv. Walls very thin so could hear next door very clearly and also black out blinds still let in a lot of light. However very good value for money and these were only small concerns. I will stay again.

Comfortable bed, clean, private and quiet. All equipment you could need.

Personally, I would like tea and coffee facilities in my room, but it's not essential.

It was okay, not more, not less.

The room was changed as the owners had double booked but that wasn't necessarily a problem although it didn't look anything as nice as the room image I had seen.

The bathroom bin had not been emptied after the previous customer left.

Very good

Room was clean, and host provided clear instructions. Really nice place to stay and close to city centre.

Heating switch off in the day time. It was really cold in the room. Host could have provided two bath towles for couple rather than one. Shared areas should be checked and cleaned prior to weekend stays. Microwave was really dirty.

Terrible nights sleep

The accommodation was clean , towels were fresh

Restricted parking spaces , when other residents were cooking it made the whole house stink and the waste system was very loud and going off through the night , so didn't get much sleep ..... would have liked a TV in the bedrooms

Easy 5 star property

Everything about it was clean and tidy. Host gave all instructions which were clear and easy to follow. Loved the sky light above bed, nice touch. Bed so super comfortable, I slept well

Having to go up the narrow stairs to get to my room. I did struggle.
