The location is great - especially if you have a hire car! As you don’t have to drive through all the narrow busy roads of the city center and Riccardo was very helpful and had private parking at the property which we could use - perfect! We appreciated that a lot! The room is a decent size- cosy and we loved the Sicilian furnishings. The bathroom is nice and large and I loved the large sink and tiled floor. The bed is very comfortable and there is also a fridge and a place to hang clothing. Riccardo gave us a map of the old Palermo square and gave us tips and Information. You can easily walk to the old town - about 15mins. The breakfast was great / plenty of choice. Nice coffee, juice and croissants. We loved our stay and would happily stay there again. Grazia Mille!
Nothing it was perfect for us!

Very clean, well appointed room in a great location with off street parking. Excellent communication with the host.
The room we stayed in on the ground floor was right on a fairly busy street. Street noise might be an issue for people who want to sleep in.

the accommodation is away from the bustle of Palermo and the room was very clean. There is a free parking space available, which is a great asset in Palermo as you can't enter the city centre with your car.
the accommodation is a bit far from the city centre, which can be a problem for people who don't like walking. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with a lot of industrial products and no fresh bread from the bakery

The owners are more then welcoming. They made everything possible to feel like at home. The cleanness is beyond superior. The location is less than a km from the city center but the free securing parking, making it the best option to stay in Palermo. The breakfast is great, so are the room facilities. WiFi is very stable.
