Awful hostel (not 4 stars hotel), placed in a good location

Good location

It is not a hotel! It is a hostel, located underground. It is very noisy place. When you open your room, a table is located which they serve breakfast there, so it is noisy and also you can hear staff conversation when you stay at your room. Honestly, it is 2-3, stasr hostel, not a 4 stars hotel!

It is an acceptable budget option to stay in the very center of the city.

Location is excellent. We were checked in at 2 a.m.

Small windowless room in the basement. Rather mediocre breakfast at a common table in a small kitchen.

位置非常好，闹市中心区域，去共和广场或大阶梯都可步行10分钟到达，早餐丰盛，牛奶，果汁，各种芝士，黄油，火腿，香肠，鸡蛋，房间干净。

楼上的客房要爬4层楼，楼下的客房，半地下，没阳光，楼上楼下都有没有窗户的房

Только месторасположение.

Объект находится «ниже уровня земли», о чем узнаешь только прибыв на место. В описании и на фото это «почему-то» скрыто. Шумно. Все двери «картонные» слышишь все звуки вокруг, как завтракают, как говорят соседи… Не очень хорошая вентиляция.

Normal place to stay one night, but not more...

Location in the center of the city - Shampoo, gel shower, slippers, disposable toothbrushes. - Ability to receive late check-out option - Reasonable price.

Hotel locates on the ground floor of the building and the name of the hotel below the human gaze and it could be an issue to find the hotel first time. - Based on the ground location - there is no daylight and window in the room we had (#14) looked out onto the technical space where people talked quite loud. - The breakfast was average (boiled eggs,sausages, one type of cheese, one type of ham, sweet buns, tea, juice, milk, armenian coffee by request but there wasn't omelet or fried eggs, weren't fruits such as banana or oranges as well as cereals). - Payment for the late check-out was high enough (for 2 additional hours from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. it was close to 25% of the room daily price). - Poor noise cancellation

Great stay!

Great central location, easy to get to anywhere from here. Nice selection of local breakfast options. The staff were very friendly even though their English was limited they made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Soundproofing isn’t the best, you can hear everything what’s going on outside your door.

Ok if you like to sleep in a basement

Nice location and friendly staff

First - it’s not even a first floor. It’s underground. So for entrance you should go down from street level. We have a view to the wall. And it was some automatic light behind the window so every few minutes it switch off/on. Also you can hear every single noise coming from hallway. My bad - I didn’t check it good and book “double deluxe” but in reality it was a very small room with one bed and couch

Absolutely recommended!

All the teams is super friendly and ready to help. I have rarely found such an hospitality. The room was very nice and clean, the location is central. I can only recommend Opera Avenue Hotel!

Три дня в самом центре Еревана.

1. Месторасположение ( самый центр города) 2. Чистота в номере и в остальных местах отеля. 3. Завтраки ( очень много выбора мясных и сырных нарезок) 4. На ресепшене есть камера хранения вещей. 5. Бесплатный сейф в номере. 6. Доброжелатедьный и вежливый персонал. 7. Соотношений цена- качество на высоте. 8. Есть Netflix. 9. Быстрый WI-FI с достаточным покрытием по всему отелю. 10. По просьбе распечатали на ресепшене посадочные талоны. 11. Очень удобный матрас, подушки. 12. Очень много света в номере и симпатичная подсветка изголовья кровати и прикроватных тумб. 13. Каждодневная уборка в номере. 14. Можно взять зонтик на ресепшене. 15. На общей кухни круглосуточно в доступе чай/кофе, плита и микроволновка.

1. Отсутвие какого либо вменяемого вида из окна.( но это особенность старого центра, это не минус, и это было отмечено в описании, просто перед бронированием имейте это в виду) 2. Очень плохая шумоизоляция входной двери ( можно было это учесть, цена вопроса не высока) При том,что у наш номер был самый дальный, в углу ( №25) 3. Недостаточная вентиляций в ванной комнате, очень долго проветривается и сохраняется влажность. 4. Отсутвие мусорного ведра в номере ( только маленькое в ванной комнате), на просьбу принести нормальное мусорное ведро-принесли два чёрных мусорных пакета. Не комильфо. 5. Номер на двоих, но изначально был только один стул, на просьбу принести второй- принесли. Так что ни плюс и не минус, потому что нужно изначально ставить два стула в номер. 6. Минибар в холодильнике (мини) занимал больше половины места, не удобно класть свои продукты.

Eventualmente si potrebbe ingrandire lo spazio per la colazione.

Расположение отеля

Отель, определяющий себя как 4 звезды, находится в полуподвале, но об этом на сайте не упоминается. Также обещана была терраса и дворик, который оказался общим двором большого дома, где паркуются машины жильцов, в так называемом дворике была только скамейка для курящих. Завтрак чрезвычайно странный: например,винегрет, вместо мюсли ,йогурт только с наполнителем, выглядит все довольно не аппетитно, мы ни разу так и не позавтракали в отеле. Не говоря уже о том, что завтракать предложено в проходной комнатке за общим столом. Окна закрыты решетками и находятся на уровне земли или выходят во внутреннее пространство коридоров. Двери в номерах тонкие, слышимость отличная. Белье застиранное, полотенца были белыми когда-то. На сайте были заявлены номера 25 и 18 м кв- мы получили два крошечных номера, примерно 12-15 м кв.

Все понравилось, было весело.

Очень понравилось местоположение, находились рядом со всем. Персонал отзывчивый, разрешили нам после выселения зайти, переодеться в аэропорт. Помогали нам связываться с теми, с кем нам было надо. И не ругались на шум.

Завтрак немного простоват, но все равно вкусно. Самое то, чтобы потом объедаться хачапури и хинкали. Негатива вообще не возникало, поэтому писать тут нечего.

Близость к центру и к магазинам, любезнейшие хозяева, наличие кондиционера и удобств в номере, завтрак. Также было приятно иметь возможность попользоваться бесплатной камерой хранения вещей после выселения из отеля (попросили подержать вещи до вылета - предоставили такую возможность)

Really nice place with extraordinary location

Excellent location with great and varied breakfast. Main square was very close and many restaurants and bars as well. It was underground, therefore there was cool compare to outside

on other side, because of underground there were miss daily lights , so at the morning we had problem to wake up. We were bigger group,so during breakfast there was problem with space. We had to bring chairs from room, some other travellers stayed at their rooms

Very good

Clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Yerevan, just next to the opera, which makes it convenient if you want to discover the city by walking ! The room was nice and had everything we needed.
