Room was clean, area was decent for what the cost was. The only negative thing was the room had an odor of marijuana. It gave me a headache but other than that I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

One ice machine for the entire building and it was broken. Ghetto hotel in the ghetto.

When I arrived at 5:32, they were closed and I was unable to check in. There was a sign saying that they would return at 6:01. This was not listed anywhere on the hotel website. Check in was supposed to be from 3:00-10:30. The room and everything else was good. I like that you need a key card to access the elevator and stairs. It was just very inconvenient to have to wait 30 minutes to be able to check in.

This has been my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, linen and towels are fresh and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend if your coming in for a event nearby this is a great spot.

Nice good size room. Bed was comfy and the room seemed cleaned but there was a faint cigarette smell. Also, It would be a good idea to have a full length mirror in the room. Especially since you’re by 3 concert venues. I was getting ready and the mirrors were too small and not really accessible. Most hotels have one it was weird how this one didn’t. The area is ok but it’s Inglewood iykyk

Perfect if you’re going to the Forum or any of the stadiums. We ended up walking there and back in under 30 minutes. Staff was very kind and helpful. Check in was super easy. The rooms are nice and simple, updated, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfectly fine and close to Sofi and Intuit dome. Very limited food options nearby

I don't understand how there rating is 8 and the hotel was ghetto and scary maybe cuz the area it had a high rating but I wouldn't go back or recommend

Room was clean, but when reserved, said it would be a mountain view. We were tucked into a dark corner, no view. Both room keys were deactivated and we couldn't get into our room. Went downstairs, no one there. Had to wait to get reactivated. Person behind counter tried to blame us for having the room keys near our phone, a credit card, something magnetic. Which was false because in the history of renting rooms, this has never happened to us, especially when both cards were in separate areas on separate people. Very inconvenient.

The hotel is in a convient location to LAX airport and the intuit dome and SoFi stadium. The room was big and clean, no iron. Bathroom was small. There was no blackout curtain but shutters. The room was not serviced during my stay.

I arrived @8:05 As the lady in charge of checking me in, watches me walk in. I didn’t realize she was leaving on a 30 minute break, otherwise I would have stopped her and begged her to check me in first, because the whole reason I got the room was to attend a concert. Suffice to say, by the time she returned, checked me in and I ordered my Uber. I missed most of the opener- JEWEL. Who I specifically went to see. It really dampened my evening.

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, but its really noisy early in the morning the housekeeping ladies were yelling at each other asking for mops, towels and crossing the hallways with their noisy carts it was really disturbing... The airplanes noise didn't bother me at all, just the noises from the personel who worked at the hotel.

Decent price, ok neighborhood, just not the Ritz.

A renovated typical motel which only advantage if being within walking distance from the SoFi Stadium. The room and bathroom were clean but I can to ask to move to another due to the very strong smell of pot. Some of the corner rooms are way too gloomy with no natural light. We paid an exorbitant price for the night (over $240!) and were even charged a "parking fee" ($12). There is no breakfast (not even stale cookies) and not even a room for that!).

My 64-years old husband was under urgent care due to the heat in Sacramento on our check-in day. Called to cancel but unexpectedly the MANAGER immediately and callously rejected our cancellation request and refused to refund us.

First, the positives about the hotel. Convenient to SoFi Stadium where I was going for a concert, parking available on site, and water, microwave, etc. available in lobby. Employees were friendly and courteous.
The check-in experience was downright bizarre. I had reserved a room months in advance for a concert and never touched the reservation. Upon arrival, I was told that my reservation “had been changed by Expedia to August 15” and that there are no rooms currently available. The property offered us a room at a sister hotel that was in Gardena. I patiently tried to explain that the entire reason I booked the room was to be within walking distance of the concert.
Upon “checking with the manager” again, a cancellation magically enables my originally booked room to materialize. This farce added unnecessary stress and made what should have been a quick check-in about 20 minutes as well.
The room was in decent shape, the sheets had some stains and did not appear recently laundered. The ironic part was that we ended up leaving the hotel after the concert early anyway to go home. So the hotel got at least the night to turn over the room which they appeared so anxious to do upon my check-in, probably to gouge someone else at a rate higher than the one I booked.

I arrived at 8PM to check in, and nobody was in the lobby. In fact, there was a sign in the window saying they were "on a break" and wouldn't return until 9PM. I called the property phone number repeatedly, and no one answered the phone. After an extremely long travel day (and with my body clock being two time zones ahead of the local time), I opted to not wait for a full hour to be given a room in the hopes that someone would actually show up to help me at 9PM. So I went next door to the Super 8. I contacted Hotels.com customer service to have them help me try to contact Hollywood Inn Express to request a refund; the service rep ran into the same issue. No one answered the phone. Two days later, Hotels.com got back to me, saying the hotel was sticking with their policy on refunds and that I had been marked as a no-show. I did show...the front desk were the ones who no-showed.

Hotel was kind of bare bones, but it was easy to get to. The room was exceptionally clean. Shower water pressure was amazing. Only real complaints are that it didn’t have an extra dead bolt and you could hear a lot of road noise. For just a place to lay our heads though it was great.

The room was great for the price. Just wish it had an ironing board and iron. It was clean. I liked how secure the premises were. I would stay here again.

I showed up to check in, and there was no one there. I walked around the corner, and there was a girl watching her phone. She says, "Oh, did you want to check in?" Well, it's after 3....so I assumed the front desk would be manned.
The bed is very comfortable, and so are the pillows. The room was very clean.

Stayed here just for one nite for a concert in town. Location is convent to SoFi Stadium, YouTube theater, Kia forum, etc… Room was clean but felt dirty (can’t explain it). Room had a mini fridge, no microwave (microwave is in the lobby). No iron or ironing board. But for a 1 nite stay it was doable.

I was very please at the room that was given. I couldn’t have asked for more. I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay there again. Thank you!

Place is great for a show/game at SoFi. Not the greatest neighborhood but felt safe enough walking to and from. Room was clean, minimal but did the trick. Would stay here again.

Don’t think you’re staying at the Ritz Carlton, it’s a motel in the middle of Inglewood, there’s obviously homeless people in the area (not within motel grounds) and you’re right next to LAX. For the price I don’t think I could’ve found a better stay, staff was very nice and the room was clean. It’s about 20 minutes from Santa Monica, and about the same for downtown. Lots of good culture in the area as long as you’re not a pretentious prick

Hotel is good, but the neighborhood is not that good. Also management must hire a bell boy for 3- 11pm shift. Front desk staff went for break and I myself another guest waiting outside... no one to check in, nowhere to sit!!

Worst night sleep ever. The walls are floors are paper thin and you can hear everything. Had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the noise coming from upstairs. Checkin took forever as well.
