Good hotel close to city center, just some blocks to walk. There is a supermarket in the area. Hotel has a parking, not so expensive. The rooms are quiet, well equipped. This was a good option.

Perfect place to stay with a family.Lovely room, superb staff who made everything easy and possible. The breakfast was fantastic. Can’t fault it in any way.

This was our second visit to this hotel.
We wanted a hotel with parking and a swimming pool within a short walk of Aix-en-Provence centre & this was one of only a few that met our requirements.
We would stay again.

Great place to stay.

I stayed a couple of nights in Aix to enjoy the opera festival. My room was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very welcome after strolling in the baking hot heat of the day. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on how to get to the opera venues.

The hotel was nice. Clean and friendly. The parking, which is not their fault because we chose the free outdoor option, was fine but the machine to pay for it was broken. The outdoor pool unfortunately closes very very early. 7pm. In the summer that sunset is after 9, I'm not sure what the reason for that is. We walked a few blocks to get dinner and breakfast, so there's good options in the area even if the alley by the hotel feels a little questionable with weird noises in the bushes :)

A 10 minute walk from the centre of Aix, or bus no: 8, Galice has been very convenient. The swimming pool was welcomed for exercise, and lovely in the sun. Excellent breakfast. Present and engaged staff.

Good for a one night stay. Not the best neighbourhood

Comfortable room and very clean! Great staff, always willing to assist. Close to the Plaza and nice shops. I had a great stay and Best Western Hotel. Thank you!

Just a suggestion : should have more English tv channels rather than majority French.

We needed to stay in this location and the hotel met that need, however it was understaffed and not very clean. We also found and killed a flea on the bed. I did not try the breakfast; it is an add on fee. Their shuttle service is really the public bus service-which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel-so we got a taxi which was 75 euro fairly expensive. The staff was nice but the facility was less than desirable.

Other than the tea cups having very weird handles there is nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Not properly cleaned, found man hair on the first night.
Air conditioning doesn’t have a cooler option so it’s just fan. And they set on a timer to shut off so the first night we were awaken every 2 hours to turn it on again. (complained 3 times). The next day they turn the timer off however it’s a central aircom, so it’s automatically off at 9pm and 11pm, most stupid system for a 35degrees heatwave!
Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
The lady with Blonde hair and brunette guy were helpful, but the blonde lady with glasses is terrible at costume services! We asked for a free night and they said we never complained, funny as they gave us 1 free parking day to try and compensate when we were leaving.
Good location as only short walk to city, however customer service and and aircon systems need some work

Clean spacious and comfortable rooms. Short walking distance from the old city. Nice swimming pool. Easy parking in the back. Parking is also free on the evening and in weekends (parking meter can be paid in evening fir next morning).
Hotel has indoor parking as well.

Decent hotel, but service needs to improve. Stayed three nights and air con stopped every hour. Informed front desk, same person, each morning and they promised to fix. Nothing happend and on check out, only response was sorry and a shrug on the shoulders

Noisy and bad location

Easy access from the freeway. Very small lobby for check-ins. Parking a bit difficult to figure out, but very safe. Nice room, but very slippery shower. Elegant decor.

Great location! Just perfect walking distance to the town. There is a pool area, and a bar area with restaurant. Parking is on site, which is nice. Great help with the reception staff! This is an affordable, great location for this great town!

Our requirements when looking for a hotel were parking, pool & easy walking distance of Aix centre. This hotel met all our requirements and the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is a very good standard. We will stay there again.

Fine hotel, 10-15 minute walk from any bar or restaurant. Friendly staff at reception but very poor service at bar area. No lunch/dinner options either

A very comfortable hotel with pleasant rooms and walking distance to the center and good parking for the car. Employees were kind and serviceminded, so we would have been very pleased to stay there again. The only negative thing is, however, so important that it had a huge impact on our stay: the hotel has chosen either to diffuse perfumed air or use very strong and perfumed cleaning products all over the hotel. As I am allergic this almost spoiled my stay. My husband who is not allergic at all thought this was not a pleasant smell and at a level much higher than most other hotels.

The stay was very convinient for us. Th eonly thing which we notices was that the receptionsist never welcome the guest and look into their phones. Mayb ewe were just coming in in a wrong moment, but we all noticed that unfortunatelly.

Good location with a short walk into town but the rooms were a little tired and small for a family. The bar areas we also very small and breakfast looked over priced.
Staff were very helpful and the pool area / outside bar area was the highlight of the stay.

Customer service made this hotel stay fairly enjoyable in the middle of a heatwave in Aix. Reception and pool staff were gracious and helpful.
But... 15 minute walk into town was scorching hot. Parking was decent - metered behind the hotel.
I would have rated it higher except the cleanliness was lacking - fruit and vegetable scraps on our table weren’t taken by the cleaner when she cleaned the room. Toilet paper and tissue not replaced. Cleaner also took a complimentary bathrobe to clean and didn’t replace it so we had to ask for a new one or would have been charged €50 when we left.
We had been at a small hotel in Paris a couple of days earlier and they provided free bottled water at reception. In 40C weather, getting one bottle free for our entire 5 day stay was ridiculous. Also got one Nespresso capsule per stay - they need to think bigger picture ie. customer comfort rather than going cheap.
Also mini-fridge not plugged in and toilet was leaking and therefore noisy.
Little things, but enough to be annoying.

Booked a superior room and was quite modern and appeared recently done up. Safe was included. Room was serviced and bedding possibly even changed (unnecessarily) every day. Coffee, tea and milk only appeared to be automatically provided on first day, after that we seemed to have to ask. No recycling via room bins which does upset us . Bar and lounge were stylish and recently done up in my opinion. Pool area was nice although I sometimes wondered if the pool was cleaned regularly enough as seemed to be a lot of plant floaters and possibly appeared green underneath. Was nice to have a pool though as was boiling hot weather in July. Express breakfast seemed reasonably priced but it was not clear where and when you took express breakfast - possibly only meant to be taken in bar not restaurant and possibly limited hours only intended. Full breakfast was a bit too expensive and not fantastic looking. One particular receptionist was really lovely and helpful - Lucie. Reasonably well situated in our view although not really in “Cente Ville” - about 20 mins walk in and 20 mins back, of course... we ended up walking miles!! Quite a few corporate guests there rather than individual guests but never was an issue. We enjoyed overall and would return. Thank you

It was a little far from anything in the city center but it was clean and had AC. Just what we needed.

when checking out, the system totally lost my living details, and even the date I have meals in their restaurant. Charged me two persons for city tax & breakfast while I had just registered in for myself one person only. One front desk lady was quite not friendly when dealing with these issues. At last, I have to re-visit them again in the other day just for the right invoice. And the front desk even try to let me re-visit them for the 3rd time. I refused to re-visit them again. At last, they spent me more than 2.5 hours to deal with this invoice, while still had one wrong date for my meal in their restaurant!!

after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies.

Family room was very large, with good sized sofa bed. Very nice with a pool. Local area is not very exiting, but it only takes about 10-15 minutes by foot to city center. Nice staff.

Nice hotel with great amenities. About 1 mike walk to the city center. Very good breakfast.

The air conditioning was on and off which made it very stuffy in the room. Cleaning service was only every 3 days which isn’t enough. No room service even though it’s listed in the amenities. The pool was green and unusable. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Clean and nice location. However, restaurant was closed on Sat night. No guest laundry 'on the weekends'. Minimal services and staff at best, 'did the minimum required'. Would not stay there again.

Nice clean hotel , v close to city center and nice restaurants!
Parking Is easily available, it’s free at nite so if you are taking the car out for the day, it’s best not to pay the 12$ Per day

The hotel was by far the worst on the tour. I am never fussy about hotels. They are not a big part of my travel experience; however, this hotel was terrible the entire tour bus thought it was terrible. I am hoping my tour company chooses somewhere else for the price we pay for the tour
