The stay was good. Breakfast, plenty of choice, people were helpful. Room was very comfortable and bathroom clean.

I booked a room on the upper floors and was assigned a room on the 4th floor in the end. That room was very nice and quit.Breakfast could be a bit better.

Reception staff were mater of fact but not friendly. The room was underground, it had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioning was noisy and difficult to adjust. Towels were if poor quality. Overall experience was poor. We would not go back.
1.5
Decent hotel in good location for Earls Court and surroundings but basement room was very noisy. Not sure if this was from the air-con but at random times throughout the night there was noise of running water (possibly a shower above). Sound insultation between rooms poor

Great place to stay. Close to the tube station. Nice bars nearby, check out the peel detective agency. Clean and tidy room, good breakfast in the morning.

Great stay at this well located hotel within walking distance to cafes restaurants and the tube.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered us a larger room. This is not readily available in London.

Very close to transit. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant could have offered more variety. Overall the area felt safe, however at times we could hear people on the street at night. Nothing disruptive however my recommendation would not to have a room facing main road.

A pleasant stay with friendly staff

Hotel was fine, central with friendly staff. rooms were small, a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch

The wifi was not working and we weren't told until we asked. They had said they would update us but that never happened. Frustrating when traveling for sure.

Very close to subway station, walkable to shops and restaurants

Updated room, very clean and excellent daily service. Very close to bus and the tube as well as grocery stores and many eateries. Also a laundromat a two minute walk down the street, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived about 8.20am we were allowed to store luggage. When we returned at about 9pm, my daughter didn't have a problem, but I, had problems with my rooms, I believe the concierge went above and beyond to assist me. I will be highly recommending your hotel and area

This property was horrible -- atrocious wifi. The maid ended up breaking my toiletry glass bottle and overall smelly hotel. Awful. Will not be staying here ever again.

My “deluxe” room was super tiny and astonishingly they have some rooms that are even smaller. Other than that the hotel was perfectly adequate and was located 2 blocks from Earl’s Court tube stop. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Not a bad place - - just not worth the money for such a small room

The property is clearly run down. The staff were polite, the area around the hotel is also run down.

Reception did not show friendliness at all and we felt they did not even like their jobs, they did minimal to make us feel welcome and were very laid back and slow in checking us in

The staff were not helpful at all. We wanted a taxi to see a show and they was unable to help advise or accommodate- not interested in us at sll

Hotel was further out from Waterloo station, than I thought. The hotel reception is small which from the photos is surprising. It doesn't seem a 4star hotel in London. The room is supposed to be bigger than normal rooms in London and again from what I saw in the photos it's deseving. It's actually smaller than the travellodge for more money. The only plus size, it that it had a microwave and and fridge. Unfortunately I was too scared to use the microwave as a button was missing. And it's the reason why I booked it and paid the extra.

Great location, very close to the Tube, not far from all great sights, but a quiet street and nice area that was never crowded. Great breakfast and restaurants in the area as well. Would definitely go back.

The reception staff were rude and patronizing I had a spring sticking out of the side of the mattress that cut my leg I had to check out early due sickness and was told rudely I would not be getting any refund.

I’ve stayed London hotel cheap and high end. This hotel has good mixture of old good time London hotel equipments with boutique twist. I admit the room is not roomy but I felt very cosy. Bathroom is quite roomy compared with other hotels and very rare bathtub (only shower cubicle most of the hotels now a days). Equipments were surprisingly good, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, fridge (empty), kettle, tea and coffee, biscuits and microwave! I’ve never seen microwave in the room before in London hotel. TV, USB point, UK/US/EU plug point so you don’t need extra plug would be very handy. Our room was very clean, bathroom floor was spotless. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap in the bathroom. We arrived bit earlier than check-in time (we expected asking hotel to store our luggage) but the receptionist allocated us our room straight away. The receptionists whom we talked were everybody very friendly and caring. Breakfast was better than I expected. Overall we were very happy our stay. I wonder depends on which floor you are allocated the room conditions were different? At least first floor’s our room was great, very quiet. We’ve got great deal via Expedia. This hotel was great find. I would like to use again.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the subway and Earls court road has restaurants and shops .
The hotel could use a makeover to earn better ratings.
Convenient free breakfast.

Relatively good experience but room was infested with clothing moths.

Room wasn't clean enough.
Breakfast was less than the average at hotels.

Park Grand London Kensington was close to Earls Court Station which made getting around London super easy! We asked to change rooms that worked better for us and the staff were incredibly accommodating! It was a quiet location too

Location. Amazing.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Get 2 twin beds if you want a king. European beds are SMALL. Nice area and only a 2 minute walk to earls court tube. (Subway) gives you easy access to the entire city.

The staff were wonderful. The rooms were superior for this price point and the hot breakfast every morning was amazing and made this property all the more valuable to me. My daughter and I had a lovely stay and it was was close to everything and a very short walk to the tube!

Excellent Hotel.

We stay here for our annual mother daughter trip and this place was great. The rooms were cozy and a great size. The property itself was super clean, so was the room. The hotel itself is nestled in a posh quiet area, so no noise as you sleep. We were 10-12 minute walk to high street with tons of lovely shops. It’s a 30 min ride from Heathrow and Ubers were super quick to catch. We loved the area were ended up extending by a night. The onsite breakfast is slightly traditional but still worth getting up for.
My mom told them it was my birthday and they decorated our room with a lovely towel cake, chocolates and rose petals.i would 100% stay here again.

Staff was amazing - but property was gross inside and outside. The pictures are extremely deceiving.
