I had forgotten mattresses had springs until i stayed here. The room looks nive and remodeled. But the matress literally had springs that worked the way through the padding.

Better than expected for a hotel near the airport. Shuttle service super helpful. Front desk staff super professional and friendly and efficient. Very clean room and quiet spot even tho it was at the top of the stairs ext to open interior balcony. Comfy bed. Towels smelled so fresh! Free breakfast feast was incredible. Highly recommend!

Booked this for an overnight stay. Communication before hand to phone for the shuttle was explained very well. Pick up was nice and the check in was very quick. Area around the hotel had a couple fast food chain options as well as a pub and 24hours convenience store. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Like most hotels, only down fall was the water pressure in the shower but not bad.

The location is convenient to the airport and within a few minutes from I-205. The facilities have recently been refreshed and the beds were comfortable for firm mattress sleepers. The property was relatively quiet when we stayed here. The room A/C was comfortable. The bathroom had all the required amenities. The downsides: tiny square pillows, already worn finishings (wallpaper, trim, lampshades, hardware fixtures) even after the recent refresh. Worst of all was the cigarette smoke smell which was specific to our area on the floor, as the main hall and entrance were fine. We were in room 201. When we walked in late at night and went right to sleep, it was slightly noticeable, but then whether it was due to the entrance being below our in-wall A/C unit or being located next to an outside stairwell, in the morning it constantly smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. Would recommend asking to move rooms if you are assigned this one and are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Just average place to stay. Upon check in staff member was not very friendly. They say the have RT airport shuttle but only runs 1x per hour. You are charged extra to leave your vehicle for a few days while away.

I chose this property quickly as my mom and I needed a reasonably priced place for a night until I could research a better place. When we arrived we were very surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom was updated, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable. We found great shopping nearby and the free breakfast the next morning sealed the deal and we decided to ask if we could spend the rest of our days in Portland at this lovely hotel. Trish was a great help and went out of her way to not only get us rooms on a sold out night, she gave us a great deal. Every morning brought us a different, delicious breakfast, hot coffee day or night and an easy to park home base for our shopping excursions. I WILL be back.

Clean and well maintained. Easy access to restaurants, groceries by car and near major highways. Unfortunatey that can be a problem during the evening rush hour as it there is a lot of traffic at intersections around the hotel which slows access a bit. Otherwise great hotel that is well recommended.

The room was great, except for the pillow. They were 12X12 inch pillows they were incredibly uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep. The beds were comfortable though. The room was very clean and I have no complaints about anything else. If you stay, bring your own pillows.

Staff was friendly and gave good advice on ordering food for my dinner. Room was nice and clean, and the AC was "cool" in the 90+ degree weather! The free breakfast was very substantial, not much left out! Around the serving/eating area a staff member was constantly checking food volume and cleaning after people left their tables. A very short drive to Economy parking at PDX, I'd stay again.🤗
