The place is a dump. Nothing nearby. Youre stuck there if you don't have s car.

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming they even had some fresh baked cookies made.

Overall the rooms were decent. The pool and hot we a little on the dirty side. Weight area was good for a hotel. Convenient to stores and shops. Front desk staff was 50/50. The women were great and nice. The young man was very hard to understand, mumbles and honestly just felt like he was there to collect a check. He's young so I expect that verses someone older lol. We were all young at one time. But for some people if that is your first interaction with an employee that is not a good look. Breakfast was decent. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Overall I would say it was 2-2.5/5 stars.

The stay was fine other than people knocking at very odd times. 10pm and 4am. We would answer and no one would be there. Other than that, the stag was good

The breakfast room is to small and the line in the morning was long. Waiting for the waffle maker. The first morning I was there they weren't replacing any of the food. The coffee urns were empty.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. My issue was the AC unit was very noisy when it turned on. We were also on the side of the hotel that was close to a busy street so it was rather loud at night. It was only a one night stay so no time to ask for a different room.

Sheets had holes in them, turned wrong side out, dirty with long black hair- we all have short hair. Talked to staff and they did nothing, we had booked 2 queen beds but couldn’t sleep on one so we all slept on one queen bed on top of the covers. Disappointed….

There was only one front desk, staff working when we checked in. She ended up being manager and was so overwhelmed with the amount of people. She forgot to take our plate number and give us a parking pass for the dash. I ended up reminding her about it because I had stayed there before. The room we had was very dirty stains on the rug. We found items left over from the guest before us. The air conditioner units stunk and made a weird noise. I ended up cleaning the air conditioner vent. It was so dirty. There was what looked like chocolate syrup on the lampshade.
At night, we wanted to take a dip in the hot tub and swim in the pool. There were so many kids in that small pool. It was unbelievable. There was still only one lady at the front desk and no pool towels. The hot tub was cloudy. There were Spanish-speaking people in the hot tub with an infant (rules in Spanish would be helpful).
When we checked out this lady at the front desk asked us how our visit was and I let her know. I had stayed here before about a year ago and it was a completely different experience. I believe the hotel is under new management now and is not too concerned about Customer satisfaction.

This was our second stay as we used their airport shuttle and paid extended parking. Our vehicle was STOLEN from their parking lot on the day we departed.
No notification during the week that passed, then upon return our missing vehicle was the confirmation. Hotel staff was then helpful as we dispatched local police, providing limited security footage and the documentation for the paid extended parking.
Certainly wasn’t expecting such an incident and felt it important to pass along the experience.

When we came there wasn’t available parking lots. When we came back in a few hours they told us to park across the road (where was the sign “no parking “). Very limited parking spots.

Very nice! Airplanes going over constantly, but COULD NOT hear them in our room! Nice bedding, clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. Nice employees. I will stay here again.

Check in was about 9:30pm for me. They were very busy. The girl at the front desk did an amazing job getting everyone checked in. I didn't get her name...but thank you.

I really appreciated the hot tub and pool (open 24 hours). The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I thought the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. Unfortunately, my friend found the room to be rather noisy at night.

Unfortunately, the hotel is desperately in need of remodeling—it is quite rundown. It looks like some remodeling has been done to pool and fitness center. But the rooms are dated and not as clean as they should be.

Told no rooms at 2:30 while lady in front of us got a room. 2 young girls at front desk smug, gave attitude, made us wait and when we finally got room, gave us keys without scanning them to make them work. Made faces at us, smirked at us. Never staying there again and shouldn't be on your website.

Front staff 10 (highlight of stay) Room 0; smelled like pee, looks like someone beat up our bathroom, beds pretty hard and remote had no power button. Location 0; rooms at back right by highway, had people on drugs yelling outside several times. Maybe some people wouldn't mind some of this, but for the first time after dozens of places, this is the first I would not return to.

EXTREMELY BAD! I demand an explanation or action. I checked into the hotel on the 21st July at around 10.30pm. The lady at the reception did not explain to me the pet fee or anything regarding incidental charges and just gave us sign a form , she did not even request for an id for check in + credit card. The amount was just pending under my card.
Next, we went to the designated room and it was unmade! I can provide photos if needed. There were towels on the floor, bed unmade & rubbish in the room! So , my husband went down to ask for a new room. That same lady told my husband, its either you accept the room as it is or u can hand over the key and leave?! What customer service is this?! So rude!
Its only after another lady that came along whom listened to us and gave us another room.
This is definitely unacceptable! I pay for the room for 2 nights and I almost got thrown out the hotel? When its the hotel’s fault?! Seriously?!?! Its definitely not worth the money paid!

closet huge mirror door broken/no even temporary closing condition.. had to use to get clumsy walking around to the bathroom.. 3 nights staying, every days, some times had to go get room key card renew, staff coming up renewing .. was very unhappy..
never experienced La Quinta hotel cause i m from Canada.. and Cancun was much better with good impression .. but not again La quinta any more..

Family of five arrived late, so had to park on street which was not well lit. Room smelled like dog pee, and the bed linens for the pullout were not clean. Area under pullout was not clean. Staff accomodated our cancellation for 2nd night.

Was called at 4:00pm the same day we were supposed to stay there and was left a voicemail saying the room we booked was unavailable and we would have to switch rooms. When I called back to confirm, per the instructions on the voicemail, that room had also been given away and was then told they had no room for us. Was given an excuse about how they didn't update their available rooms soon enough so the third party sold more than was available. I replied, this room has been booked for several months. Why wasn't I called weeks ago? And why was I told to switch rooms prior to talking to you? Was just given the same non-answer over and over. I'm fairly certain they overbooked on purpose and then called once the rooms had actually been checked into. This is an unacceptable way to do business. I was 1500 miles from home, with a family of 6 including a special needs teen left wondering if we would have beds in a few hours. Ridiculous.
