They have two restaurants, and one of them, the Italian restaurant, closes most of the week. The main dining area is very nice looking, but expensive. They do not like to offer breakfast menus, even saying that "it will take a long time" and forcing you to get the buffet. Compared to other restaurants, the buffet is also very expensive for what is typically served in other restaurants in hotels in Queretaro. The quality of the food was okay; the tortillas de maiz were old and stale. Once, I ordered from the menu, and I spent two and a half hours for lunch, waiting for my bill for 40 minutes. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area is excellent. The vineyard is also a nice place to see. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options for eating in the area, forcing you to eat at their restaurant.

Amazing hotel and amenities, we stayed one night and planning the next visit already. The food was delicious in the Mexican restaurant (we have pending the Italian restaurant), but enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Property is nice as well as the pool. Reception is extremely slow, most of the workers there seemed new they didn’t really know what they were doing. Check out took close to 45 min, unsure why it took so long as I was only told sorry for the wait but not why I was waiting for so long. The waiters and people working in the hotel are nice however so that was a plus. Service around the pool was lacking as there were too many people for 2 waiters. Breakfast buffet was amazing, probably the best thing of the property. Overall I would only go back here for the breakfast buffet but would not recommend this place to stay. For the price you pay, which is not cheap, this place needs major improvement.

A very beautiful hacienda well equipped and in very good condition, the pool is climatized, the food was so so and kind of expensive. The vineyard is beautiful and it has dedicated areas. It’s also great for families traveling with Kids lots of activities for them.

Ugly welcome staff, the room wasn’t ready at 4pm, an was incomplete
They charge for everything, room for 4 peoples and they left only 1 coffe set. Ugly policy’s and administrative staff. The waitress are the best. Don’t go there

This is a gorgeous property with many activities. The food is delicious and most of the staff are friendly.
The negative ... we had three rooms, one of our rooms did not have a welcome fruit basket, in another room we found two dead cockroaches, and finally, if you wanted coffee pods you had to go to the registration desk to pick them up.

And Oasis only two hours from Mexico City. We travelled with a 1 and 4 year old, and it was perfect. Food, service, and facilities are all 10/10

exceptional management and staff, but I regret not reserving directly with the hotel. hotels.com rate was not competitive with the fiesta inn website.

Whenever I see the words “resort and spa” I have a certain expectationand the resort did not meet that definition at all, in my opinion. Although the staff is very friendly, and helpful, they don’t speak English so it was a very big challenge for us. One person at the desk spoke some decent English but when she was not there, we were so lost.
Secondly, Hotels.com advertised that this is a VIP silver hotel; but there was nothing special about the VIP silver rated… so Hotels.com needs to get rid of that label.
Third, we reserved 2 suites and both hot tub spas outside the 2 rooms were not clean, and one of them even had a dead roach in it.
Fourth, none of us could figure out how to turn on the fan even when we tried to pull the cord. We even had the maintenance guy come up to help fix the sink and turn on the fan. He couldn’t figure out how to turn it on.
Fifth, when they served the buffet brunch on Saturday morning, there were bees sitting on the fruit trays and sweet pastries trays….none of the fruit & pastries trays had a cover on it. There were also flies as well, but more bees than flies on the sweets…
The only nice things that I saw were the historic views of the hotels and the courtyard, and the friendly staff.
This is not a spot for a vacation! And it is not a place that deserves a score above 7.

What can I say? This 500-year-old hacienda is breathtaking! The grand entrance is jaw-dropping and I couldn't stop taking pictures from all over the property. It seemed every corner we turned offered something magical.

Upon arrival after 3 pm which was our check in time, we found out that they didn’t read our reservation properly and had a regular room ready for us but we had a dog do they had us waiting until they got a dog room ready which we hated because they stuffed us all the way to the back of the hotel, we had 2 babies and my dog and walking all that distance was ridiculous. Hence, why we decided to leave the next day, we didn’t want to spend one more minute there.

Un lugar cien por ciento recomendable en cuanto a comodidad y seguirdad en esta situación de pandemia.

The hotel building, garden, amenities and property are in perfect conditions for relaxation with family.
Issues with room booked vs what i got, booked for 3 people deluxe, balcony garden view, 2 double beds + extra bed, pandemic social distance rule I follow. At arrival no extra bed, had to move to room window garden view. On pool 3 poolchairs together were not allowed. No pool menu & drinks on QR (not printed due to pandemic).
Smoking areas 2 only for big property (at pool + by restaurant patio, none outside the bar patio).
Mealss breakfast buffet good, lunch buffet ordinary.
