All around fantastic stay.

Outstanding perfect convenient small hotel , first stop from Manhattan Port authority bus #163 local drops you off right in front of the hotel , about $10 riund trip, best hot coffee in the lobby 24 hours ....... the only complain I have is no fan in the elevators to remove strong perfumes of some guests.

The stay was great, but more importantly we left behind something and the management went above and beyond to overnight it back to us. highly reccomend for concerts at metlife!

My stay was pretty good, the room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I was able to relax before and after our event wish was the reason for our visit. However we wish our room wasn’t on the 1st floor as we could hear All the traffic passing by.

This morning as I was heading to my car, the cleaning, the cleaning person outside had a metal garbage dumpster leaning on the back of my car. After further inspection, there was damage done to my car.
I need the property to accept responsibility and fix my glass.

Great hotel but very loud. I didn't know how close it was to the America Dream mall. Otherwise it was great and I even got an upgrade which was a nice treat.

Excellent price, clean and includes breakfast. So close to The American Dream Mall. Will be staying here again in the near future for our next trip to the American Dream Mall

The staff was responsive and the building/rooms were clean. Very close to Metlife Stadium and American Dream. Plenty of parking too

Front desk staff were nice and friendly. We took the shuttle to American Dream Mall. We thought it would be a great idea. We wouldn’t have to carry bulky coats around while shopping since it would be door to door service in a heated shuttle. At the end of the evening when I called for the shuttle to pick us up we were told to wait outside where we were dropped off. It would be there within 10 minutes. However, I had to call the hotel several times. We were left waiting outside for over an hour in the freezing cold. We were later told that the driver had to stop for gas before picking us up. That seemed to be a poor excuse. It doesn’t take that long to get gas. As the mall is only 2 miles away from the hotel. When we got in the bus it wasn’t heated up. It’s a little bus. It was obvious the bus came directly from being parked at the hotel.

The staff member at the front desk checked me in quickly. She was very informant of breakfast, shuttle information, etc. I really appreciate the quick service, clean room and corridors. I would definitely stay here again as my first option when at American Dream or nearby.
