Overnight stay at airport. Easy check in, good facilities on site. Very friendly staff.
4.0
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. I only stayed due to a cancelled flight and therefore it served a purpose and had all that I needed.
5.0
The gentleman at reception was great
4.0
Close enough you can walk to the terminal, which we loved.
It was also the most variety I had ever seen at a hotel breakfast. Very impressive!
4.0
Very very convenient & staff are very friendly, efficient & helpful.
2.0
Room was quite dated, shower had tiles falling off, bathroom sealant black or missing, not especially clean to hotel standards. Complete lack of electric sockets in useful places etc. overall disappointing
3.0
Convenient , but for over €300 a night would expect a bottle of water and parking
2.0
I would have at least expected a bottle of water in my room after paying €271. Tv not working and called down to reception who never checked back that the issue got fixed. Tv worked periodically later in the night.
8.0
The hotel is no more than a 5 minute walk to the terminal.

Excellent. Best bed ever!

Perfect for staying the night before an early flight.

Our room was nice and fairly comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that when we checked in, we were told breakfast was included. The next morning when we went to get breakfast, they said that because we booked through Hotels.com, we did not qualify for free breakfast.
Also, the price of them room was really high for what you got. Instant coffee in the room for example.

The stay and service was great.

The hotel shuttle pickup point is difficult to locate and not sign posted from terminal 2. In fact you need to ignore the ‘hotel shuttle buses’ sign as this seems to be the pickup for all hotels except radisson and Maldron.
Once I found the pick up spot I waited a half hour for the bus all the while trying to contact reception, the phone just rang and rang or was giving engaged tone. When someone finally answered and I asked about the whereabouts of the bus they actually said “oh he’s on his break right now”. Bear in mind it’s pouring rain and I’m waiting a half hour at this stage. Annoyed at the seeming indifference I firmly told the receptionist to send the driver immediately. He showed up a short time later. Such poor service not only to deliberately delay guests but then to offer such a poor excuse!
At the hotel, things didn’t get much better. From my room I tried repeatedly to contact reception to have some toothpaste sent to my room. Approx 15 attempts and almost an hour later I finally got through to a rather gruff employee who told me he’d send it up. Overall the hotel is poorly operated and under staffed, stay here only if you an absolutely must and have no other option.

Dry clean. Polite and helpful staff.

One reason I would stay again has to do with 2 persons. Martina in the restaurant for breakfast, is the best advertisement for the Hotel. She is so welcoming and offers the best in Irish warmth and hospitality. Also the lovely lady who brought us room service. She’s Irish also with the warmth that one sees in the Irish.

They have no on site fitness center. It’s a shuttle or decent walk outside to get there and a wait for a shuttle to return. This is a major issue if the weather is not good. No such thing as getting a quick workout if you stay here.

Stayed for two nights, made us change rooms for our second night m. The shower unit was awful, you couldn’t shower without flooding the bathroom floor since there was only a tiny glass panel, and there was no way to turn it on before getting in so you had to stand in freezing water. Our toilet ran all night long, asked to fix it and nobody came. The tiny tv gets maybe 5 channels. No breakfast included. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and it was by far the worst.

Love staying here as a night before flying home. Roo.s are fantastic, very large and super quiet !!!

Convenient and clean but cheap upgrades to rooms. Vinyl laminate installed over carpet is noisy, crackly, and bouncy to walk in. Shower knob was broken.

My stay was really great and would recommend this hotel to anyone. They upgraded us so my new phew who is a plane spotter could watch the planes landing! Only 2 down sides, the restaurant is very expensive and we had a wake up call at 7:30am by the cleaner checking if we had checked out so she could come in and clean. Other than that couldn’t fault it!

The room could have used electrical outlets close to the bed.

The hotel was very close to the Dublin airport. The room was very quiet (no airplane noise at all). The curtains kept the room nice and dark and the air conditioning provided welcome relief from the humidity. We would definitely stay here again!

Good for an overnight stay before our early morning flight, breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was a little dated but again was only for an overnight so worked out fine.

It felt upscale for an airport hotel

- Shuttle Bus was very small and could only take 5 or 6 people (which sounds like an okay amount until you are checking out with everyone else for an international flight)
- You can walk, just like you can walk anywhere. It’s 600m as the crow flies but longer if you use the sidewalks
- Bathroom was clean but old showing discoloured caulking. Toilet took 2 or 3 flushes to flush. Area around shower prone to getting wet.
- USB A ports everywhere, no USB C. No 3 prong power outlets by bed. Please make sure to bring a power adapter if not from Ireland.

Location and access to the airport were great.

Clean and basic. Just what we needed for our layover in Dublin. Only complaint is that it is pricey.

Superb and efficient check in, the guy on the front desk could not be more helpful. Upgraded room was amazing and the only downside to the evening was how dark and dreary the bar was….maybe due an update…..bar staff were top notch.
If we ever fly from Dublin again, this is the place to stay. 5 minute walk from T2.
