Typical airport hotel, except for a couple things. No cable or sat TV, and sken i had to change my flight to an earlier one, they wouldn't shuttle me to. The airport because i didn't notify them 4 hours in advance.

It was great, decent room at a decent price. However, the door deadbolt does not work in room 325. The bolt hits the strike plate, easy fix.

Our time here started with waiting at the front desk until I noticed someone at the desk within view of the entrance. He was fully immersed in his phone and had not noticed us come in the entrance. The hallway carpeting was not just stained but dirty. The room carpeting was also very stained, but not openly dirty. My daughter found hairs in her bedding and stains on the sheets. When I went down to get clean sheets, response was slow and without any apology about the condition of the bedding. Other linens appeared to be clean. Although it said it was a non-smoking establishment, there was a faint residual smell of cigarettes, as well as what appeared to be cigarette burns in various places. The bathroom shower and tiling looked newish, but not great workmanship. No “do not disturb” door hanger. The positives were it had beds and AC, no evidence of bedbugs, and had an interior door lock.

There was no iron, the outlets in the vanity area did not work. The bedding was really uncomfortable and the comforter smelled like mildew. We were given 2 bath towels and one washcloth. No hand towels provided. Breakfast was very minimal, not a lot of options. The breakfast area was very clean.

Very good value for the money and a great experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower, too. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Just needed a place to sleep and shower before an early flight. Did the job perfectly. Quiet, very close to the airport and was nicer than the photos showed. Would def stay here again.

The hotel was under remodeling. My room did not have a microwave, but I was allowed to use the microwave in the breakfast area. Also, my flight was canceled, so i didn't arrive until the next day. A representative from Hotels.com assisted me with contacting the hotel so i wouldn't be considered a "no show". I was assured I wouldn't be marked as such. However when I finally arrived to the hotel to check-in, the hotel still had me marked as a "no show".

Was away from the city in a bank of hotels near the airport. I had my reservations about sleeping near the freeway, but the secluded area made it so easy to sleep without the city noise.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I had to go buy a blanket just to sleep on the bed. There was a cigarette burn on the blanket and the sheets and mattress cover were stained. Not worth $75 a night in my opinion. Also there wasnt early transportation to the airport. Good thing I only had to sleep there for a few hours. Overall super disappointing!

This hotel needs a lot of cleaning and fixings. Even though the staff was friendly, if the hotel is dirty and in need of repairs, it will stay that way and so will the mentality of the owner and staff. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. I took photos but it wont let me upload them?

This is a typical budget hotel. No major problems. Needs a little tender care with repairs. Breakfast bar was same as other budget hotels - basic stuff, but OK. Worth the price. Would stay here again.

There was a huge lump in the bed and a goathead on the right side of my bed. The room was clean but the toilet was really low to the floor. The tv worked. The front desk people were helpful and polite

The facility (I wouldn’t call it a hotel) was apparently under construction. Paint and construction materials were all over. No real sign. Just a vinyl tarp that said “Royal Suites”. The lighting in the room was hardly lighting. I couldn’t see to put on my makeup. Maybe 8 channels. Holes in the bathroom door, and patching on the walls. Had a refrigerator that at the highest setting still wasn’t cold. The security lock on the room door was broken in half. Don’t waste your money.

Room smelled and had 70s decor. There was no one at the counter for check in and no bell. A handyman had to hollar to get someone to help us. External doors not secure. Breakfast was fine for the price. No one to check us out and they just left it a box for you to put your key card in.

This is an old Super 8 taken over by the usual suspects. They appear to be renovating, so I'll be interested to see what it looks like in a year. It doesn't smell of smoke thank goodness and the breakfast is limited but sufficient. The staff were kind. Overall it's a good value for what you pay.

The floor our room was on looks like it’s going through renovations. Plastic on the hallway floor and strong paint smells. The room itself had a terrible smell with stains on the carpet. Window had no screen. I can’t believe I was charged 50$ for my two dogs when this room was disgusting to begin with. Tub dripped all night. Loud workers early in the morning. Loud traffic. Do not recommend.

We booked this online by accident we reached out to Expedia they said they attempted to stop the transaction but apparently the hotel refused to reverse the transaction. It was a matter of minutes this occurred guess they are hard up for money.
