Great location, excellent WIFI, very comfortable bed. Shower could have more powere but plenty of hot water

The hotel with was well located near to Deansgate train station, opposite Bridgewater hall. Upon arrival we were required to wait what felt like a really long time to check in, but once greeted the process was polite and efficient. The hotel downstairs appears modern and well maintained, the rooms and upper floors appear tired. The room was comfortable enough, but the decor needs some attention. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was pretty poor and pressure was week. The room was quiet as we were at the back of the building and it overlooked the canal. Overall I would say that if the Travelodge/Premier Inn is cheaper then stay there, this hotel is no better than the budget offering.

Hotel was clean and in fairly good condition and staff were pleasant. Room was warm in evening but really cold during nt. we asked for extra bedding for the next nt and were provided with a small electric heater but we didn’t feel happy having that on during nt. please provide extra bedding - other than that it was ideal!

Good location for O2 ritz and the Oxford Road area, deaf institute and academy. Great couple old time pubs close by, and modern stuff lower down. Hotel bar is not worth a look, rooms great and clean. Cleaning staff windergy. Good breakfast (though could do with couple more staff to replenish cups and bowls etc and clear tables quicker). Decent place if you book early enough to get it at an uninflated price

Was ok but not worth the money paid. Rooms were dark and dingy and bathroom not light enough at all. Bathroom needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good. Nothing left, no cups, no juice, no hot food replenished in a timely manner.

Great hotel centrally located and staff are professional and knowledgeable also very friendly.

The lady who checked us in was amazing and the rest of the staff really helpful and friendly. Room temperature was cool even when we adjusted the thermomstat. Breakfast great and good location.
1.5
Checked in ok. No bottled water etc in our room, which should be as standard. Bathroom was tired, poor paintwork and sink blocked so took an age to drain away. Room too hot. Breakfast provision was poor with limited choice, as was the service as too many tables hadn’t been cleared so hard to find one to sit at.
Checkout was for 11am but we had cleaner trying to get into room at 10am whilst still there. On check out, when handing over room key not even asked if we enjoyed our stay. Thought some staff both rude and ignorant. Not impressed at all, so thankfully only stopped for one night en route to another better hotel who actually show interest in their customers.

Helpful staff, clean. Rooms are a little dated. Needs better lighting as very yellow and dim. Also bathroom door handle needed fixing as it was very hard to open. Also couldn’t fit water bottle in sink to fill it up

Very comfortable stay. The location was central but thankfully pretty quiet so had a great nights sleep. Great for exploring the wharf/Deansgate and canal street. Would def stay here again.

Not so good. Noisy (not from outdoor…)

I was initially checked in to a hotel room, which hadn’t been prepared - the bed was slept in, bins were overflowing, towels were wet. Whilst my room was changed, this first impression tarnished the stay.

Hotel was decent enough til we got to bedtime. Bed sloped in from the edge and wasn’t comfortable. Hotel was a little noisey too.

Stayed for one night in room 332. The room itself was a little small but ok. There were 2 main issues with the room which were reported on checkout as we discovered them in the morning but the member of staff was not very responsive. Issue 1 was that the air conditioning did not work. Issue 2 was that the water pressure in the bathroom was non existent which meant the water (hot and cold) trickled out of the tap and shower therefore the shower was unusable. The buffet breakfast was average. Having stayed at this chain of hotels previously I expected more but was extremely disappointed and may not book with them again.

All very good in great location. Will visit again

Our stay was very good, plenty of teas, coffees in our room, only downside was there was no de-caf tea. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that there was a little fridge in our room, an iron and an iron board. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived she told us where to get a tram from to go to Co-op live to see the Jonas Brothers. I loved that our room was on the street side too.

Spotlessly clean and do handy for the Bridgewater Hall. Lovely staff.

Great location, comfy small room. Shower had no pressure. Very dark lighting in room.
Chose this hotel specifically as it listed parking available, with no further information on parking, parking was not on site and was £30. Didn’t try restraunt or bar although looked to be nice facilitys

Very good, we've stayed here before and it was ideally situated for our concert, the staff here are very friendly and always look after you well.

Good location but the hotel is tired. The rooms were small and very hot. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, but overall it’s a little overpriced

I had talked to your AI to change the dates , but never confirm. My flight booked through you was Sep 04, how could I need the hotel on Sep. 2? Your service is very scary due to the reason that I am a retired old man. Poor Exp.

The room was small. Other than that, the room was standard and comfortable enough.

Newly furnished so great inside. Couldn’t fault staff as usual at Leonardo hotels.
Good choice at breakfast as always.
Excellent facilities around the hotel site easy and walkable to range of places to dine.
Only issue was that 3 times we requested information on car parking and nobody ever replied - sorted it all ourselves and the car park was ideal for hotel.
