It was an amazing place to stay. Bed is so comfy and relaxing. Me and my husband is already planning to go back with our kids.

Really nice room, Excellent front desk staff and a great location. Would certainly stay again

Nice and convenient hotel, had everything that I needed. Location was okay too. I had some problems in my room's air conditioner and the air in the room was very dry and at nights the room was quite hot.

Check in and lobby looks tired and dated and the front desk staff seemed bored. Our room 3rd floor rear, was actually nicely appointed and decorated, however we had to ask to have the TV fixed as it had no signal and the four pillows provided on each bed were all over stuffed and uncomfortable. There didn't seem to be any breakfast on offer other than a very limited tea/coffee service. We didn't eat dinner there, it wasn't very inviting.

If they give you room 206, ask for a different room. The bed is broken. I did not find this out until i went to bed. They offered to move us to a new room. I declined as our items were already unpacked, I wasnin my pajamas and ready for sleep.

Room was large and clean and very quiet. Excellent location for accessibility to town.

The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Banff. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel needs renovation. The loft rooms are unique and spacious; however, the bedroom is in the loft and you have to walk down a spiral staircase to go to the bathroom.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet.
I had a comfortable stay here!

Banff is a hot bed of tourist activity so it was nice to be a little bit out of town but still within walking distant. The hotel itself was nice, but main bedroom was tight, with bed practically against the wall and no bed table in one side. Kitchenette was great and thank goodness for the spare bedroom with twin beds to store our luggage and have a place to sit. So we made it comfortable, but it was a bit awkward.
The pool and hot tub were both fantastic! Pool just right temp and hot tub was at 104 and spacious.
The best part was the pool and

We arrived late after a long journey, and got there a short while before reception closed for the night. We had 2, 30kg suitcases and no assistance available and the lift wss out of service, which they said happened a lot.
Its probably amongst the most basic in Banff.

The loft bedroom was charming. Easy walking distance from downtown restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful, although we did not need much assistance.

The hotel hot tub was nice. Our room was nice with the following exceptions: the AC/heating unit upstairs did not work and in the bathroom the toilet seat was not tightened properly to the bowl.
The walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors next door and they woke us up at 2:30am.

Property was well positioned to explore Banff National Park and the town of Banff itself. Staff were helpful.
The room was positioned between two corridors making it dark. That was exacerbated by needing to keep curtains drawn to maintain privacy. The kitchen area was not conducive to eating.
Overall, my wife found the room depressing and was discouraged from spending more time in it than necessary.

Staff was great - guest room very beautiful and comfortable - everything felt super clean from hot tub to our room
Lounge area needs updating

Minutes from downtown. Nice lobby. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Our hotel room was spacious for two people, it’s got 2 twins and 1 queen bed in two separate rooms. A little kitchen with everything you need from utensils to coffee maker and stove is situated conveniently between to the two bedrooms. The hotel is walkable to downtown but not ideal for those who don’t do a lot of walking. The carpet needs updating or steam cleaning. Otherwise, it’s okay for the price which by the way does not including parking.

Probably one of the least updated and desirable properties on Banff Avenue. All other hotels are inviting with very nice entries, lobbies, fire places and restaurants - not this place. Rooms are also old and dated. Property needs a significant overhaul.

The hotel was in a convenient location for us and we enjoyed the little walk into town for eating and shopping. The room itself was great - clean, spacious and well equipped. However the view was awful, we just looked out at other guests’ rooms. Also, the air conditioning unit was really noisy and there was no option to turn it off and open a window instead. Another thing, the hotel charged us extra for parking which considering the room wasn’t exactly cheap to start with made it poor value for money. Also, we wanted to use the pool for an early morning swim but it didn’t open until 10am.
Big plus though was the free bike rentals from the hotel, we used these loads to explore the local area.
Banff is an incredibly beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay immensely, but we would look to stay at a different hotel if we came back.

The renovated room we stayed in was great. But the elevator was being serviced and out of order for most of our stay.

Bed was comfy and linens were soft and clean. Nice that there was a big tub and stand up shower in the bathroom. Great to have a pool, hot tub and steam room to relax in during the stay.

Overall the staff were friendly, good convenient location and easy walk to shop/restaurants.
The downside was the people in other rooms were loud and could easily hear them through the walls.

The staff was amazing! The room smelt like someone had smoked in it, but other than that it was a great stay.

We loved the location of the property and that we could walk into town and to the bus! Our room was clean and spacious. The air was cold and a little noisy, however we actually didn’t mind the white noise!

Outdated, dirty, smelled musty, soap provided had mold growing on it. No space for any luggage. Location was decent to downtown but dark dingy room, tiny lobby, and overall desperate need of renovation. Smokers allowed to smoke anywhere on property making the already limited outdoor space undesirable even though they say smoke free property. Not worth money.

This was an excellent!! Very spacious. I enjoyed the view.

Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, a bit small. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel is a bit tired but perfectly adequate if you’re planning in being out all day.

A bit further away from downtown than expected but an easy 15 min walk.
Room was comfortable but a bit dated and unusual that the loft air conditioner control was locked away.
Complimentary bikes were not very good ones.

Had to move rooms after 24 hours due to a very wet carpet that made you slip when walking in the kitchen area. This also made the room smell damp.
The new room had a double bed with one side up against a wall so made getting in and out difficult and had no side table to put phone and belongings on. It was a same as the first room was good but had a wet carpet.
Not all the sockets for phone chargers worked in the second room and as a family of four with lots of electronics to charge- this was slightly frustrating.
Positives: they did move us to a new room when we informed them of wet carpet. Good pool for the kids to play in. Plenty of parking. Good value overall. About 15 min walk from main Banff.

With a $400/night, the rooms needs to be at list clean and new. The carpet looks like it's 50 years old. Need to be totally renovated. I was sneezing everytime I was in the room. Not worth it. We were all upset and disgusted with the room. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was a good experience staying at this hotel

We had a room with kitchenette- very convenient for the few refrigerated items you may have. Great pool and hot tub. Easy check-in and was given pointers for our stay.
