When we pulled in there were people having a conversation where the cars should be and they had no thought to their safety or any consideration for us as travelers arriving to our hotel destination late at night. The customer service was much the same- no true assistance or appreciation for our business. The ice maker didn’t work and apparently neither did the air conditioner on the second floor. I wouldn’t stay again because the owners don’t seem to care that you’re giving them business.

I was quite surprised when booking last minute for a clean stay. I haven't stayed at a quality suite in a couple years and this one definitely exceeded my expectations. It was clean, smelled clean, very hot shower, the bed was comfortable, and great location. We definitely will stay here again when in town.

The room was clean except some mold in the bathroom. Noises from the highway, nextdoor gas station, and downstair kitchen kept me awake all night long. The breakfast was great. No staff at the front at all in the morning. Consider how much I paid for staying here, I will give it a 4 minus half star.

The hotel served its purpose of providing a place to sleep and shower. It wasn’t the cleanest property I’ve been but we just needed a quick overnight stay in Mississippi. The towels were stained. Beds were soft and comfortable. The AC was not on and so the room was hot and humid when we got in.

Our check in could have been a little friendlier. We did get locked out of our room and it took a very long time for maintenance to get it fixed! They apparently have this happen often. Need to get that fixed. Other than that our stay was great! Everything was clean. The room was nice and there's a Waffle House right across the street!

Quick check in, nice room, comfortable bed and pillows. Room was close to the elevator which made a lot of noise in the morning. Bathroom grout was dirty, but grout was deep and needs to be regrouted.

The ice machines and vending machines on the floors were not working, only on the lobby and you could put your hand in the ice machine… 0 higiene!! Also, the water fountain was showing a red light that the filter needed replacement. The person at the reception was the same night and say… somewhat rude!

This was the cheapest (least expensive) stay that we had on our whole road trip and the room was the cleanest. Everything was nice and easy from check-in to check-out. Would stay here again if passing through.

I really like that this Quality Inn has been upgraded and has a modern look and interior. I also liked how comfortable the bed and sheets are. Great stay

The hotel was great , service excellent, front desk staff are very professional and costumer friendly. I will be back , but on the down side, the pool area needs to be updated, and cleaned, trash , cigarettes butt and molded furniture covers. If the take care of the pool area this hotel ratings will go up. My over all state I give 5 stars❤️

I travel to Mississippi often for business and this has been my go to hotel mainly because it’s always clean, the prices are good and the services always great. I like the comfortability of the bedroom and the bed, the pills are also comfortable. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the last two times I traveled there a few plug-in lights in the work that did not work.
