The stay was good but could have been better..

Always good. Pet hair issue but was moved.

The location is by the office. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is good. Also the PBnJ was convenient and very thoughtful.

When I arrived the first room was not clean, so I had to get another. The second room was not cleaned (not well at least) and there was dog fur EVERYWHERE. I told the lady but said I can clean it if they have me a vacuum and dust mop. The vacuum didn’t work so I see why the room wasn’t cleaned well. After a trip to Target to get cleaning supplies, and cleaning the room, I pulled the sheets to check the bed and MORE FUR. I tried to be accepting. I went back to the front and requested another room. She was very nice and apologized again and o loved my stuff again. The third room was fine.

The lobby had a strange smell possibly because it was so close to the gym but the room was smelt fine and clean

Breakfast room was dirty! Floors and tables manager was good because she personally went to find a room that was “ clean” after checking 4 rooms that were not! For sleeping

Score on site reflecting past owners not present owners.They were supposed to have afternoon snacks and evening sandwiches according review and site but they didn’t have them at all. Needed to block room door for safety!

Great stay, comfy, clean and convenient. Definitely will come back.

I loved the PB&J offered from 7-11. There was always coffee, cold water and tea in the lobby. Staff was friendly and courteous and willing to help. Decor is updated Cleanliness. Easy access from HWY.

No working hot water, our room was dirty when we came, someone put furniture polish on the floor and it was like a ice skating rink. We left to go to another hotel

Stay was average.

Location was great. Room size was great as well.

Door did not close properly. Room had a feces smell coming from the bathroom.

Overall I give an 8-It wasn’t bad but wasn’t excellent either…Staff was very nice!!

Location was good and the young lady that checked me in was wonderful!! Her attitude was so nice and she even offered cookies…She checked me in with no problem-I can tell she enjoy doing her job and I appreciate her!! Will be back…

The bed was broken at the connection where the headboard and the actual bed meet..The toilet had stains that were visible but had faded…Shower curtain need replace(old/dirty)..

Needs better cleaning service.

Location. Friendly staff.

It was very dusty! Sink had toothpaste and something else from whoever stayed there before us. There was a dirty washcloth wrapped in the shower curtain. Let's not mention the webs on the window. Desk had something sticky on there from I'm guessing food being spilled there before. Floor hasn't been swept or mopped in a while.Not worth what you pay.

It was great but I haven’t been receiving my extra money back that was supposed to only take 24 hours.

I love the property and it’s location. Every time I’m in the area I don’t think of no one else but them to stay at.

I don’t like how they take the extra $100 off my card for some kind of deposit. I never received my last three payments from that. I don’t want to switch up properties to choose to stay at so I would like to know who I can talk to about that .

I would consider it again.

Decent breakfast and location.

1. Perhaps the room could have been a bit cleaner (toilet bowl and a left-over undergarment from a previous tenant by the lamp post behind the chair) 2. It would have been nice to have some complementary water in the room, at least to be able to make a cup of coffee. 3. have an extra mobile mirror in the bathroom to be able to see the back of the head for grooming. 4. Have a small toothpaste and a small gargle bottle?

The hotels was nice and clean.The staff was excellent very nice people. Very comfortable room and also breakfast was amazing. I will be back!
