You get what you pay for.

The location was 5 min away from my work

No pool (wouldn’t have booked a whole week here if I knew that), no coffee at breakfast, and only cereal bars which was ok with me as I don’t eat breakfast. Not so happy about people above my room who were stepping on the ground and being super loud at 12am-1am every night of my stay, and be careful you have a $100 deposit to pay that is going to be refunded 7-10 days after you leave.

Passable

The location was good and close to shopping locations Wal Mart and the local Mall. The location was quiet at night and the AC kept the room very comnfortable.

I chose the location since it listed a swimming pool, yet after I arrived and checked in the pool was not opened. If I would have known that prior to checking I would have selected another location to stay that had an opened pool.

the pull out couch was terrible , it was broken . the upstairs neighbors were loud , I couldn’t sleep . it was nosey outside . and towels were dirty , I had to get new ones

Size of room and room set up was awesome.

Had to pay an additional 100.00 security payment that I was not expecting to pay. No real breakfast just a snack bar. No elevators.

It was not possible to check in without US documents and they did not issue a refund despite having agreed to it.

We had a reservation but they were not able to check us in since we did not have a US driving license or US passport. We had to find another hotel late in the night. They promised to refund as we had to pay in advance however the refund has not been done to date.

It was as basic as you can get.

This place had the worst breakfast of the many hotels I stayed in during May. No coffee!!! NO COFFEE!! Not in the rooms either!!! Your breakfast is packaged muffins. Maybe packaged granola bars too. Don't remember. No elevator in a three floor hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I would have given the location a perfect score but the staff member (young black guy, kind of short, who works the evening/ night shift) upon check in was VERYYYY rude. To the point I was looking for different hotels in the area. I was willing to pay more for better service but unfortunately they were booked due to the SWAC championship in the area. We had a guest check in a few hours before us that warned us he was very rude to her as well. The 3 ladies during the day shift was absolutely amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They made my stay alot better.

Awful !

Nothing

When I arrived the property informed they did not have a room for myself and children. Since I was evacuating from hurricane Ida I began to cry. I went outside sat on the curb and cried. Suddenly the property found not 1 but 2 rooms. We checked in and found the room to be very dirty nothing in the kitchen area to use for anything. After paying for 3 nights we found another room at a different hotel.
