The room was spotless - bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels. The rest of the room was just as clean. Kurig coffee for the morning. Can't ask for anything more.

The day i could have cancelled before our night we called and asked if pool and hot tub were in working order and we were told yes. The hot tub was out of order. The hot tub was my main reason for staying . It was to help with arthritis and for my friend to gi swimming.

I havd a good stay. The reason i stayed at your hotel is rhat ive stayed here before with my husband but this stay i was alone as my husband's in osf in cardic unit in heart failure and a blood infection and kidney infection.

The hotel is really nice. The beds are comfortable and the shower was decent. The staff on the other hand not so much. You were hard pressed to get a hello or a smile from anyone that worked there. With the exception of Frances that works in the bar and one younger man that worked the desk they all need some training on customer service. I like to check out and get a receipt but after standing there for 5 minutes I just dropped my key on the desk and left.

We have stayed here before and it remains one of the best hotels in the area. Their unique indoor-outdoor pool is the only one in the surrounding area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. It often hosts wedding receptions so is usually busy but not noisy. On site bar.

Being right on the water was so nice to take walks at the marina every morning. You aren’t in the hustle and bustle but it was a 5 minute drive to Peoria.

The room I stayed in showed pics of a balcony on the Expedia website but it was on first floor with no balcony and just a patio.. I feel like the kitchen should of been provided with items; cups, plates, paper towel, etc.. didn’t know you had to bring your own items. Usually most hotels have that already in the room but I feel like that needs to be stated on the website to bring “Kitchen Items”… and lastly, the room was clean but I feel like the floors and shower could of been cleaned better.

The room had no blinds, curtains did not work, couch was covered in dust. Friday, with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, maintenance came knocking on the door several times until we answered wanting to fix the curtains then. I denied because we were trying to relax and this should have been done before check in. Kids were running up and down the halls at 11pm.

The service desk representative was talking with friends apparently and made it extremely long to get checked in. Then my room was on the far end of the hotel and ended up being dirty and when i called the front desk, got no answer for almost am hour

We love this hotel! I wish they would pair with the oyster bar for a discount to patrons. I would recommend that they update their shower heads for ones with filters. You can see the hard water build up. Everything there is always comfortable and clean. We got married at East Port in 2019, so it was so nice to stay at here again after 5 years.

The tracks in the elevator, I don’t think I’ve ever been cleaned the carpeting in the elevator around the edges looks like nobody bothered to vacuum that close to the wall. You could see the dust. cobwebs on the outside of the building by the flag poles the scum around the pool was frightening. The whirlpool obviously was closed no water in it. the kitchen they claim the ovens weren’t working and there was no sausage or bacon for the breakfast.

The staff was rude and the guy doing breakfast was lazy and didn’t want to fill things. I’ve stayed at other Stoney creek inns and this had to be the worst. I felt like I left with the smell of the place.

Our hotel was supposed to have 2 rooms. 1 for my husband and I and the other for our 2 teenage daughters. We complained about it but they were full supposedly they were full and we couldn’t be moved. My teenagers slept on a van pull out couch. So I will be sending there’s pictures to corporate that show that they haven’t updated their smoke detectors in 2016. This used to be an amazing place to stay now it’s a ran down place that has no jacuzzi and that’s why we wanted to stay here!

Check in is a breeze, silver status says you get 1 drink per person per stay but the wording is a little weird but they honoured it no problem. The gentleman behind the desk (sorry didn’t get his name, but man deserves a raise. He is a star. Pool was open (it has indoor and outdoor) hot tub was closed for servicing. Beds were soft and bouncy (as a heads up if you prefer firm, not your stay then) Hats off to the breakfast team. Not only did they keep it full, they kept up with 3 teenagers that were attacking the bacon. I would have given 10/10 on this one but there was a surprise charge for $63 on my card after I checked out that was “accidental” that doesn’t sit right with me. Charges were removed right away when I popped back in. Just be aware.
