Looks can be deceiving!

The check-in rep was very pleasant. The facility is updated and nice. The shower was wonderful.

Breakfast was the pits. It did not appear to taken any care. We waited for 30 minutes to find out the only food option was the buffet. Room looked and smelled clean. The bed was not comfortable. Showered in the morning and found hair in the shower. Disgusted. It made me question the cleaninginess of the entire room.

Kids partying next to us all night, had to call and report noise complaint, never was resolved, didn't sleep at all and was completely bummed with our experience. If the teens next door weren't a problem, the stay would have been perfect.

The hotel was very nice...but the steakhouse restaurant inside the hotel had a very rude staff and attitudes. No reservation ....no food!

the place was really nice. I liked the room size and the set up.

room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned there was stains everywhere even in the bed sheets like they was not washed an there was little kid hand prints on the glass in the kids room. red stains on the carpet an confetti on the carpet in the living room. I feel like the room didn’t really get cleaned at all.

it was ok. I probably won’t stay again tho. for the price of the room, it should have been more comfortable and in bette

it was fairly clean. the pool area had a party that was there that left it a nasty mess and the bathrooms in the pool were disgusting (probably from that party) but the rest of the hotel was clean. had an incident in our room but maintenance took care of that right away.

the ad for the room said there would be 2 bunk beds. there was one. upon arrival the bathroom door was off it’s tracks and almost came down on my 7 year old. maintenance took care of it right away though and gave us free breakfast vouchers. the kids went into the bedroom that was advertised as having 2 sets of bunkbeds but only had one, and as soon as my 45 lb daughter sat on the bed a bolt came out. the walls looked like they needed to be wiped down and there were stains all over the carpet that looked like old pizza sauce. the beds were also extremely hard.

Our room was big, and the beds were comfortable.

I didn't pay for a breakfast, but from what I saw, it didn't look like much for what they charged. Also, the curtains did not block the views from the outside. Anyone could see in the room if the lights were on.
