overall the stay was wonderful! Quite and Peaceful.

Location was convenient to the area we visited.

breakfast times could be longer at least til 10am since check out is at 11am.

For the money we payed ($200) would have rather slept in the car.

The room looked nice and the bathroom was large.

So noisy, worst night of sleep I've had in years. Bed wasn't comfortable, pillows lumpy, the in room heat unit cycled on and off about every 90 seconds and was so loud, made this popping sound, kept us all up. Maybe got 3-4 hours of sleep. Didn't notice how loud it was until we went to bed because we had TV on. Lots of children in the hotel, running up and down the halls, knocking on our door, and screaming. Where were the parents!?!? Was going to go to the pool and there were about 20-25 people in the pool and the volume level was at about a 100. No thanks.

Really great stay

Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel felt new. Staff was amazing. Great views.

A bit more attention to room cleanliness. It wasn't bad by any means, just some dust balls.

It was fine.This was the second time I stayed there and whenever I come again, I will stay there

Breakfast was fine. I like the out of the mainstream location

One of the elevators was broke down and they said it had been worked on several times but keeps breaking down. If I was the elevator company, I would have had someone working on it, weekend or not. My stepdad worked for the elevator company when he was alive and he worked 60-70 hours a week.

Exceptional

The hotel was very clean and newer. The employees were very nice and seemed happy to be working for the hotel, which showed through to us the guest.

I thought the price was high for the hotel. Over $200 per night.

Great stay for our concert in Peoria.

We drove 3 hours to Peoria to see a concert at Civic Center. The hotel was across the river and really not walkable to venue. It took about 10 minutes to drive, so it was in a good location. There are some fast food restaurants nearby but I recommend going to downtown Peoria which has nice restaurants and walkable area.The parking at hotel is outdoors but they have a nice large lot and plenty of spots. The hotel is clean and rooms are updated. The beds are so comfortable! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and had great variety of items. Wifi worked well, pool and fitness center looked nice but didn't use.

The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee. I didn't think it was good at all.

Samual was fantastic. He checked us in and shared some great suggestions for dinner. He is a brand ambassador for holiday inn express. Outstanding service and business acumen.
