Located near centro historico. Nice clean hotel with restaurant, including breakfast. Cold climate because of altitude, lots of warm bedding!

Our room was very small, we did not have hot water, there was some sort of leak so our bathroom floor was covered in water and bugs were floating in the water. There was not toilet paper we had to go ask the front desk for some. The sheets did not appear to be clean, the comforter looked as if it had never been washed and was full of stains. I found a bug in the bed and my husbands pillow seemed to be dirty as well. In the morning, the provided continental breakfast included s piece of toast and coffee. We were supposed to stay two nights but left early.

Received an internal-room, the windows looked onto the hallway; there were two small glass tiles in the ceiling to allow some natural light in. Room not far from a service room that had a tumble dryer inside and this was operating during the day, making some noise, but it was turned off in the evening/night time and there was no noise when I wanted to sleep. In-room wifi internet did not work - only got access from cafe wifi but there is no access to this in the room - instead you have to sit in reception or in the cafe. The staff didnt know how to fix this (note the hotel wifi was on and you could connect to it, but there was no actual internet access)! Reception staff were friendly though and helpful in getting taxis, giving directions, etc. Good food in the cafe at reasonable prices. The first time Ive actually wanted to buy breakfast in a hotel!
