The staff couldn't have been any nicer. They went out of their way to help us. Even though the bathroom was very small, we would stay here again because of the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. I can't say enough about the service we received. We highly recommend the Judd Hotel.

Bathroom sink had a hair and detritus on the shaft that was there from Monday to Friday. Room was cold and the aircon on its highest heat setting made no difference. Slept with coat on bed to keep warm.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay between trips - location is good. But it’s very shabby, needs to be deep cleaned. The bedroom wall was really dirty, had marks all over. Room noisy and can hear neighbours coughing and sneezing. For the price the hotel was not a great option.

OK hotel close to Kings cross. Service and breakfast was good and we are happy with the stay. Really nice with good coffe machine in the room and also at breakfast. Friendly staff and clean.

It was quite anticlimatic being shown our separate entrance at the building across thee street after coming in to judd hotel’s nice reception and warm atmosphere. Our room was at the top floor and the stairs got narrower and narrower, almost claustrophobic. The size was almost intolerably small but i cant say the pictures re lying - it shows the size quite precicely (the smallest ones.
The light at the bathroom was broken and so was the usb near the bed. Luckily there ws another usb-access behind the coffee machine.
The breakfast was really good, and it had a cozy atmosphere (then again, it was not in our sad building, it was at the actual hotel.)
The most annoying part was the receptionist we met when we checked out. He seemed ininterested and arrogant when we asked for help on how to get to gatwick soonest. Turns out trains dont go to gatwick from st pancras that early on sundays and that caused a lot of stress for us. He just said «you have to go to Victoria» several times and then returning to his computer screen. We went for his advice but it was a really bad one. No trains went from Victoria. This nearly caused us to miss out plane.

This is an older building in a good location for travellers: lots of tube, bus & train stations nearby and local shopping is adequate.
Opening, double glazed windows would be good for temperature & street noise but neither are a big problem now. Staff are knowledgeable & friendly. Coffee machine in room is excellent. Breakfast is worth it.

10 out of 10 for our stay. Judd Hotel is a very welcoming place, with friendly staff and very clean.
Our room was spacious with a good ensuite bathroom. Serviced daily with fresh towels and suplies. Good coffee maker in room and powerful shower.
Near to Euston station.
Great breakfast provided with good choices and gluten free bread.
Near to all sites, underground and great local restaurants.
Lovely clean facilities and would recommended highly. We look forward to returning again.

This was a lovely little hotel. It was in a great area, definitely take a walk around the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars in the area. They included a wonderful breakfast. The room was small but that's London, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean but a bit too small. First night stayed in the basement room was too cold. Got switched to the first floor room then was too hot and had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix the thermostat

I needed to stay somewhere reasonably close to Euston Road for a recent business trip, and Judd Hotel fit the bill perfectly. The was reasonably sized and clean, with little touches like a Nespresso machine with a selection of pods. The bed was comfortable enough - although it was 2 singles pushed together to make a double, so I did wake up during the night having fell into the "middle".
The shower was a touch on the small size, but water was hot and very powerful.
The staff to greet me on arrival and departure were friendly and polite, as were all the staff at breakfast. And breakfast is a real highlight here - good choice between traditional English, contential, and cereals.
The location is excellent - handy for Kings Cross/Euston, as well a base for exploring further afield. And right on the doorstep is a selection of excellent pubs and cafes.
Overall, would happily pay the price to stay here again!
Reading some of the other reviews - I do think some people's expectations of what rooms at this price will get you in London! This has absolutely everything you need for a short break.

Nice place for the price, shame about all the stairs, wasn’t prepared to climb all those after a full day walking about London

Horrible. I paid extra for a room a of a certain caliber and instead ended up in a room in a basement so small my luggage didn’t fit. They were divans that I could not change rooms nor would they allow me to refund my nights to change hotels. I have sent this feedback to hotels.com in the moment and am waiting for a refund.

Quiet yet central situation - would thoroughly recommend

It was a lovely stay. We had a good sleep. The breakfast was adequate to kick start the day..
Super friendly staff. No fuss place in the heart of london!

Mattress had a spring off. Room old. Needs update.

Service was really thoughtful. I was traveling with my 92 year old father & a lot of luggage. They moved our room to the ground floor and didn’t charge more. Rooms were super clean. Breakfast was very good.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. My room was on the top floor so quite a climb up the stairs but that’s fine, it could’ve benefitted from a lick of paint though to freshen it up. Nice view out over the crescent and the tennis courts & it felt quite surreal to just hear the noise of people having fun playing tennis rather than the traffic noise of Euston Road which is just around the corner.
The service was very friendly & helpful & I have no hesitation in recommending it if you need a stay in Central London.

The breakfast is poor. The tomatoes were tinned and thus watery. The bacon is over cooked and hard. The eggs are worse, overcooked and hard, no pleasant texture or flavour. A really bad demonstration of what a cooked English breakfast should be. This should be freshly prepared for each person or how long it is kept warm for should be kept to a minimum. Eating area is ill-planned. It’s bad enough to influence whether I use the hotel again unless I could opt out of the meal!

Convenient, clean, comfortable hotel with air conditioning. Breakfast included was a bonus. Only downside for me was no lift or bar area. If there was a bar we didn’t see it but there is a pub and shops very close by.

Perfect location, close to the tube and parks. Note that there is no elevatpr so accessibility is limited. Good service, helpful.

This was a wonderful hotel. Great location walking distance from various stations, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to London.

Reservations, check in and out were fast and straightforward. They stored our luggage until check in time with no charge. The location was convenient to multiple transit options and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area.Breakfast was a full English breakfast and was available during posted times. The area was quiet with many different dining venues.Everything was as promised and better than expected. Will definitely stay again when we visit London again

Had an amazing time. They staff were very helpful specially the cleaning ladies which were very kind and lovely to talk too and when asking for help. Overall had a great experience with my partner.

Booked a rewards night stay as had booked theatre tickets to watch operation mincemeat showing at the fortune theatre which is a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The double room is small but ideal for a short stay, room was clean, ideal en-suite with power shower, over looking park area.

The employee just pointed to the door to the building next door that my room was in instead of showing me exactly where it was located. I found some hairs around the room especially in the bathroom and possibly some gum underneath the stopper in the sink. I knew the single room was relatively small going in so it was not too much of a surprise. There are no chairs in the single room - just a small stool. Also, there is not a lot of room on the table since the Nespresso machine takes up half of it.
I was able to check in a couple hours early but I had the option to leave my baggage at reception until another room was available on a higher floor. I noticed that baggage left by other people were right near the window in the reception. I have no doubt that there are cameras etc. in the building but I would not want my baggage at reception for everyone to see.
Also, you really need to push/pull the doors really hard in order to open them. There is signage to indicate this though. The outer portions of the hotel are on the older side. However, the condition of the room looked much newer.
The hotel is located in a convenient location walkable to both St. Pancras and Euston stations. It is also located in quiet area which was very nice.

Super for a short stay, very central location! Nice staff and the room was comfy and clean. Nice breakfast!

The hotel is convenient to several train stations. It is clean and a full English breakfast is included. My single room was small clean and had everything I needed except a comfortable mattress. Mine felt like I was sleeping on a rock which did not lend itself to a good nights sleep. Thankfully, I only stayed for two nights. My bathroom was small and the shower tiny.

The location and building was lovely! Wasn’t the best impression having a group of homeless people hanging around the side of the building and due to the age of the building no double glazing meant it was quite noisy.
Facilities were sufficient for the needs of my stay.
Breakfast room was busy, but breakfast was great.
8.0
Great hotel. Clean staff are friendly. The room was a little small but worth the price considering the great location.

This time I had a double room. The bathroom definitely needed more towel rails or hooks. The one towel rail was over 6 feet from the floor and I’m only 5’1”.
Good, walkable location from 3 Tube stops; lovely quiet crescent overlooking a park. Friendly staff, although the breakfast room staff seemed rushed off their feet. They did well keeping the buffet supplied with clean dishes and food.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms much smaller than in pictures. Was very comfortable but kept awake by church bell throughout night. There was no answer from reception so had to keep going down to make requests for iron etc. Stairs are very narrow and steep so not for faint hearted. Very clean and beautiful area!
