Very nice boutique-like hotel within Caesars. I would go back, but would have liked more in-room amenities.

Hello.
Everything was great.. but the TV channel had low signal and was not able to watch TV with the family.(Kid was upset).

We had a difficult time within Ceasars finding Nobu. Increased signage would be helpful.

The only comment was that the towels were old. The hand towels were good but the bath towels need to be replaced.

I arrived for check in before 4pm. I was able to store our bags until check in and was given a card for the pool. We then were able to check into our room which was beautiful. We would have given our stay a 5 for everything but there was a few thing's we didnt like. In the room there was a tray with drinks & snacks and also on there was a note to say if anything was lifted off the tray for more than 30 seconds it would be charged even if we didnt actually take anything. Also the note in the fridge that if you added anything in the fridge you would be charged $75 and your items removed. Also I was surprised and disappointed that there is no direct access to the pool. I had to get the elevator to the casino floor and then walk across 2 casino floors to get to the pool. I would have thought as a hotel guest there would be a direct lift to the pool. Walking across the casino floors in my bathing suit & cover up left me feeling exposed plus I had to walk through smoke which I didnt like. I understand smoking is allowed in casino's but if you're not going to the casino why do guests have to walk through smoky areas to get to the pool?. We're non smokers so you can smell it on your clothes, hair etc. I hope if we come again maybe this issue won't be the same.

I really liked the reception. I had a great experience. I stayed in the suite, and it was so nice and amazing. I learned that you can’t open the mini bar or fridge because the hotel has sensors. I didn’t touch it at all.
The hotel is in a good location. Easy to get anywhere if it’s your first time strip experience.
However, it’s super crowded at the front door to get a taxi. If you need an Uber or Lyft, you need to walk a bit to the car share . Overall, I had an amazing experience with such a good room.

Hotel rooms are old and needs updating doesn’t carrier the Nobu brand your use to at other hotel, shower much smaller than expected. There isn’t any real perks here you have a better chance of 5 star hotel experience staying at Caesar Palace but not with Nobu hotel in Caesar. Compare to other Nobu hotel this one is a 3 star. Only good thing was there was good dinning and shopping close but you would get same access and convenience staying at Caesar instead.

Had a room booked at Nobu for months. Got in late (delayed flight), went to check in and was told there was no room for us due to a maintenance issue. Slightly annoying because we were looking forward to staying there our first time, but they said they upgraded us to a suite at another tower in Caesar’s so seemed like it would work in our favor. The manager “walked us” over to the Caesar’s check-in, but didn’t get us any priority, just showed us the back of the line to wait in (useless, have stayed there before and he knew that). He said we could check back at Nobu in the morning if we wanted to try to switch back, but didn’t bother to say they would check and get ahold of us. The agent at Caesar’s was rude, but told us we were upgraded to an executive suite (great!). Went to the back for several minutes and came back only to tell us they had given that room away because no one told them to hold it. Moments later told us it was because a VIP came in and essentially that was more important. That night he gave us just a run of the house room, no real upgrade, but tried to make it sound like it was something special. The next day I did go to Nobu and talked to a manager who was helpful and sympathetic. He did give us what he said was the best available room at Nobu. Not a suite, but a slight upgrade. The rest of the stay was fine, but less impressive hotel than I expected. Probably won’t consider Nobu or Caesar’s again even though we have stayed there many times before this.

We went to Adele concert and was very easy and convenience.

Booked and paid extra for a king bed but was assigned 2 queens and we were told bookings are not guaranteed. Quite disappointing

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. The room bathrooms are looking worn and only 2/3 elevators were working on the Nobu wing.

It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 3 1/2–4 star hotel. No refrig to put your own things in. Blinds and shades are manual. Had to call maintenance to figure out how to turn on a lamp—took him 10 minutes. Had to call maintenance to adjust thermostat because wouldn’t hold temp setting. We were told we were on 79th floor—it’s more like 7th or 8th floor. Our room had great view of all other rooms & saw a naked guy walking in his room, so had to keep blinds shut whole time. No view of strip. Called & asked for a different room was told call back tomorrow. Stay @ Palazzo or Trump or Wynn or Encore or Fountainbleau for better experience

The hotel was nice, but when our room was cleaned, we did get sheets with blood stains. Staff didn't offer anything except to tell management.

This visit marked 20 years with my beautiful wife. The staff at Nobu Hotel are so cordial and kind; we so felt special! We requested an upgrade to the Sake Suite and it blew away our expectations. The location is so convenient to shopping, shows and restaurants. The gym is clean and This our 3rd visit to Nobu and can’t wait to return.

I booked for Nobu Cesar’s and they did not have my reservation and put me in another Cesar tower.

The property was very well maintained. Unfortunately, for the hotel, there are much better options with convenient accommodation such as closer and cheaper parking to the room to that of what Nobu at the ceasers place offered.

Not what you would expect from Nobu. Rooms looked tired

Staff on our arrival night was great and got us a dinner reservation we could not get on our, but the staff on our final night was apathetic and basically rude. Shocking discrepancy.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Check in was easy and quick. We were placed in an accessible room (which we didn't need), but it allowed us to have a partial view of the strip. The shower was a bit inconvenient, and it was quite a bit different than the photos I had seen online, but that didn't bother us. The room was very clean. Loved the location. Staff was really wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and very customer service oriented. Very quiet hotel for being right in the middle of the action. Would definitely stay here again!

Any positives about our stay at Nobu were overshadowed by an absolutely horrible checkout experience. We knew we would be up late on our last nigh in town, so we arranged ahead of time for late checkout. The staff at the front desk gave us two options: complimentary noon checkout, or a 2PM checkout for a fee of $55. We chose the 2PM checkout, provided our room number, and verbally confirmed to the staff that it was my name/reservation they were seeing on their end. We didn’t think anything of it until 11:15AM, when the cleaning service entered our room. We told them we had arranged for late checkout and they left. I locked the room from the inside but this didn’t stop someone from coming and knocking and trying to enter every 15-20 minutes. Around 12:15/12:20PM, security was sent to our room asking us about why we haven’t checked out of our room. This was an absolutely ridiculous situation - especially for a 5 star hotel. I will be following up with the hotel directly about getting my $55 fee refunded. What’s the point of paying for late checkout if you’re going to be harassed every 15 mins and accused of not paying for the service? Not worth what we paid by any metrics.

Hard to find reception. Only 2 positions, huge line. Long walk from taxi/uber to reception

They denied my reservation saying that they were overbooked and that we should have booked directly with them.

Terrific room…quiet, clean, comfortable…except for the pillows. right there with hampton inn for terrible pillows. 1 was not enough, 2 was too many. only glitch was at check in…4:00 pm check in, room wasn’t ready until 5. mini bar…which we did not use…was excessively priced.

We absolutely loved our stay at NOBU! Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Caesar’s. The 3-hour spa pass was an awesome addition to the trip as well, highly recommend!

Bit of let down - not much Nobu and more regular hotel 4 star hotel - and zero personal service. Rooms were nice but no bathtub! All the swimming pools on Caesars were closed for winter - at least some other hotels keep 1 open.
Good location but no sense of something special and select we were hoping for.

My stay was unbelievable. I was magically upgraded to a suite by the absolutely wonderful front desk staff and had can’t be more grateful for making my night in Vegas so memorable! Staff was wonderful and the room was impeccable. Will definitely be staying at Nobu everytime I’m in Vegas from now on.

We arrived at 8PM and were told by the Nobu reception there was no reservation at the Nobu but at the Colosseum Hotel. My reservation clearly stated Nobu. So we walked over with all our lagguage stand in line for check-in just to hear that our reservation is for the Nobu and not for the Colosseum. The colosseum hotel was able to provide a king- size bed that matched our reservation at Nobu but we would have been forced to pay the full price, which was even more than the original hotel room we had booked and already paid at Nobu.
So we had to walk back again to Nobu and told them what we learned and they offered us a bed with two queen bed. We booked a king bed room. If I wanted me and my husband to sleep in separate beds I would have left him alone. After several back and forth I got no discount, no gift card, nothing from the hotel but the room I didn’t book but had paid already weeks ago.
Then I called hotel.com who said they can add 175 usd in points to my account and that still didn’t happen.
About the hotel room- spacious and nice design but neither did the shower or the sink drain, no fan in the bathroom that made it very moist and of course we still had to sleep in separate beds.
59 usd resort fee for a non existing resort as the gym has worse equipment than my Covid home gym and there is no pool.

Overall I had an excellent stay at Nobu. It was a quiet oasis in the middle of a crazy hotel and casino atmosphere. If I had to nitpick, the hairdryer provided is old and outdated and the air conditioning never really got as cold as I set it to and it got hot at night. Those things would not stop me from staying here again though and I would highly recommend others stay here.

This was a complete surprise, a boutique hotel within Ceasars Palace with amazing service, rooms and location.

I attend a yearly work conference at Caesars Palace and this year stayed in Nobu. It’s quieter and cleaner than the main rooms and the location means a little less time in the noise and smell of the casino. The rooms are beautiful but be careful of slippery floors in open shower bathrooms. Nobu restaurant is pricy but excellent.
