Excellent value and a good location. David the manager was awesome and extremely helpful. We will be back đ

The room was very nice and the inside very spacious. Not a big kitchen, but big enough. The huge Jacuzzi tub only had controls for the shower, but the water was nice and warm. The host was very helpful and reachable via WhatsApp after I called him. Easy walk to the bus stop for a ride down to the beach. You can't go wrong here.

Great stay here! In a great location with a really nice restaurant just up the road. Insanely good value for money - would recommend!

we had all basic necessities one would need. the apartment was spacious with vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms(1 queen and 2 twin beds), 1.5 bathrooms. the kitchen had everything we needed. the bathroom was big with a huge shower that was hot and easy to use. the a/c was cold worked well and always cooled the whole apt down, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. we had clean linens, towels, and more than enough toilet paper. having the garage/gate as an extra safety feature was a plus. itâs about a 5 min walk up a steep hill to the main road but this didnât bother us. make sure to check out ârestaurante el cerdo felizâ (only 150 ft from hotel) - amazing little family owned spot right up the street, it was the perfect place to walk to for dinner, we dined in twice out of the 3 nights we were in manuel antonio. we enjoyed the foosball and pool table as well. you will definitely hear animals at the crack of dawn - i wonât forget the rooster lol but all apart of the experience. lots of friendly dogs up and down the street. unfortunately we couldnât get the tv to work but this wasnât a deal breaker. also, in my opinion the beds were stiff, as I have back problems. otherwise, definitely check this hotel out when youâre in manuel antonio. it is centrally located, spacious, enjoyable and has everything you would need, especially for the price you really canât beat it. public bus is just down the street - 380 colones! thank you eddy :)

Amazing value for backpackers and travelers on a budget! We also saw a lot of wild life from our balcony. And the best restaurant in town just next door.

Natural Pacific Suites was perfect for us. The kitchen and common places are worth highlighting. Eddie at the front desk was incredible and really helped us out a ton with our options for the day. They let us park in their covered spot. Would definitely recommend this place. Had no trouble getting to the park, was really close to the bus stop, so transportation method was really flexible.

Property manager Eddie is the best. He goes out of his way to be helpful. He is present instantly upon request. He makes calls as needed. He helped us with our car problem.
The best person

We were a bit scared because of bad reviews about the apartment but we can't agree with that at all! This place is absolutely amazing. It was very clean, the rooms have both AC, a huge shower and a seperate toilet. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it was still enough for what we made.
The beds were super comfortable!
The only thing we would have like different is the lighting. It is very dark in the bathrooms and the rooms. So for us ladies it was a bit difficult to get ready.
For the price you pay, you get so much space. And you can see that somebody put a lot of effort into details in decorating. We even had some Christmas decoration in the apartment and the common area outside was decorated as well. Every socket has its own decoration. So much love in this place.
Moreover, the owner is very attentive and helpful. Whenever we had a question or a request, we had an answer in no time.
We even got fresh towels inbetween. We enjoyed it very much and would come back any time.

Manager Eddie of this property makes this a not so pleasant stay.
The breakfast was promised on the listing but was never delivered. When we reached in the evening Eddie decides not to be present at the property at the time of check-in and does not care to pick up the phone. The lady across the street was kind enough to carry our bags for two floors.
Next morning Eddie shows up to ensure check out happens on time only at the nick of time while his office is still closed. We bring down luggage with kids for two floors and he just stood there with blank face.
Costa Rica is a country of amazing and warm people but if for any reason you are tried of the warmth and hospitality then book this hotel.

There was no bedding provided for sofa bed. By the time we went back to reception to ask for it, he was already gone.

This was a very spacious room with 2 BR, and 1.5 baths, and kitchen. It should have been 5 star by that alone, but the roof leaked, the jacuzzi tub leaked and was messy to clean up, to get wifi we had to be towards the front door or out on the balcony (ie no connectivity in bedrooms), and there was no breakfast included-- that part should be removed from the listing. Additionally when we went to check out, there was no one in the office. We just left our keys, and went back to make sure they found them. So, many aspects of the stay that were not smooth.

Close proximity to Manuel Antonio and other activities. No hot water and main door was not locking

Not very convenient to restaurant or stores. very noisy neighbors until midnight +.

The pictures were enticing but reality was different. The woman checking us in was very pleasant but only spoke Spanish. The manager, who spoke english said he would come by on check-in night but never did. Only the bedrooms had air conditioning requiring moving the futon (the only seating in the living area) into a bedroom. The pool table and fooseball tables were both broken. There was no lighter for the cooktop so the mgr. told me to walk to the store and buy one. The towels and pillows were worn out. Clothes pins had to be used to keep the curtains closed. Could hear dogs barking most of the night and motorcycles driving by. Its shocking that Expedia would have this property in their listings. Extremely disappointing!

The stay here was great Eddie is the most helpful host their could possibly, he knows the area very well and even would offer rides so I didn't have to keep paying for taxis. I tipped him for it of course but he never asked. The place is very nice water gets very hot also has AC all of the rooms here are two bedroom pool table was missing one ball but honestly there is so much more to do their than that, still had enough balls to play 9 ball though. The place is beautiful and you wake up to beautiful birds singing each day. Supermarket about 100 feet from the hotel which is awesome. It's also right I'm between quepos and the beach. Loved my stay here and again Eddie made it twice as enjoyable while I was here . I recommend going on the horse ride to the waterfall as well only $70 you can't beat it.

We were the only customers on the property I guess because it is off-season so there were no property employees at the location, the property was very nice and well maintained

Itâs a great place to stay. We enjoyed it! It would be nicer if there was warm water available for taking a shower.

Just got back from a lovely 10 day stay at Natural Pacific Suites in Manuel Antonio, and I cant say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The owner Eddy was incredibly attentive and available for anything we needed help on, including booking high quality excursions in the area. Highly recommend the sunset boat cruise he booked us on. As far as the rooms go, the hotel offers 2 room suites which was a huge selling point for me and my friend who were looking for a place where we could both stay together, but still have our own spaces. Nice communal spaces with a view of the surrounding forest. Its a little off the main road, but still close to everything. The whole town is super walkable, but make sure to pack a good pair of tennis shoes.

Eddie at the check in was very helpful with information and call on his phone to book some rooms for are move north to Liberia .The place is in behind of the main stree but lots of variety store close by and a great burrito place across from the room. .this place had a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms with large jet tub and spacious sitting area and also large outside patio. .would definitely go there again. .Ps. 48 stairs to the top floor where the rooms are so if you cant climb stairs not a good place to be

Overall it was a disappointment but I blame myself for booking too late for a weekend. Only the bedroom was air conditioned so the living room was very hot. It was up the equivalent of 3 floors too. The couch which also could be used as a bed had a big sag in it and that was the only indoor place to sit. Maybe would work for a younger group to share the costs but definitely just adequate.

In short:
ROACH UNDER COVERS
Ants
Phone nonfunctional
Water all over stairs
DOOR DOES NOT LOCK
Long version:
Booked 3 nights, checked in late to find a barely legible sign, gate doors down, nobody in sight. Searched and called for 15 mins, then a lady comes from across the street who does not speak English (albeit not everybody in CR is expected to know English, but if you are advertising on English sites, a rep should speak English). She did not ask for my name to check-in, just let us in and led us up the water covered stairs apologizing as a water source was overflowing.
First thing we saw was a roach crawl from under the sheets of the bed towards the pillows and into the abyss (and everybody knows when you see 1 roach, there are bound to be at least 9 more). I still feel shivers.
Then found large ants crawling on the floors and walls. We already had a bad feeling about the place, so we did not want to stay even one night. Found a hotel nearby and tried to contact the owner to inform them we would not be staying.
Phone in the suite did not work. No way of communicating. Great.
Door did not lock. I repeat: THE DOOR, TO THE SUITE WHICH WE WOULD BE STAYING IN WITH ALL OUR VALUABLES, DID NOT LOCK. Reinforced decision to leave.
Called Expedia who is still negotiating with them for a refund, as it was denied even though I was told by Eddy 2 nights would be refunded.
There was a pest infestation, lack of basic necessities, and lack of safety. Worst experience ever.

We had a great time at this hotel. Our place was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed. Thereâs a big deck with a pool table and lots of seating. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Steep ground walking was all hillside for what we looked at. We were a bit early but gate was locked and only a neighbor that verified we were at the right address. We found another hotel.

Everything was really nice at these suites, we really felt at home here for the three days we stayed. It was nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals, and the proximity to amenities is great. The property IS NOT close to the marina as it appears on the map in Hotels.com, also, we ended up needlessly renting two suites of two bedrooms each due to unclear information on Hotels.com.

Enjoyed our stay at the Natural Pacific Suites. The Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the Parking Garage for our car. That toucan is something else.

We had two apartments side by side for 7 people that shared a balcony. This small 4 apartment unit shares a common area. Each apartment has a kitchen and small fridge. Secure locked parking. Located on a side street above Quepos on the way to Manuel Antonio. Small market and restaurant just up the hill. This is a great place for families. Don't know if they come every day but for us two Toucans woke us all 3 mornings by pounding on the window with their beaks.

Wi-Fi was only 20 min, then Internet was turn off, we called to reception, no answer

Nice and quiet place. Book the room upstairs. The room in the first floor was really humid and didnt smell so good. On the second floor everything is real good

We booked this hotel for our trip to Manuel Antonio for 3 guests. It was an apartment wit all commodities, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, Sofa (that was transformed into a bed for a fourth guest for only $15/night), tub with hot and cold water. two bathrooms and relaxing area outside the apartment. What I liked the most is that the space is very well distributed and it's all worked in wood which makes you feel very relaxed. The please is like 5 minutes walking distance from the main street where you can ride the Manuel Antonio Bus to the beach or to the town center. At the hotel they can call a taxi for you if needed. Eddy was very polite and helpful. He even came late at night when we needed him to get into the apartment. There is a supermarket close and a lot of restaurants and bars around Manuel Antonio. If you are willing to walk a bit and save some money and have a comfort like home.

We visited mid-July. Manuel Antonio was great. Mountain views and slight ocean view was a nice surprise. Toucans and iguanas were cool. Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Not enough TP provided. Huge jacuzzi tub was a major bonus. Good, safe, parking available for free. No coffee or breakfast provided... bummer. Nice kitchenette so you can bring and prepare your own food, which is a real money saver, but within a 5 minute drive to MANY great restaurants and the beach/national park. Full size fridge/freezer is great too. 1.5 bathrooms......yes please. Close to everything, but not walkable. You really want to have a car as it's in a quiet residential area. Nice "common space" with pool table, "outdoor shower" for returning from the beach, and plenty of seating. A/C in the bedrooms was nice as well. Spent a month in Costa Rica and this was my only night with air conditioning. The owner/manager arrives late and leaves early...but he will give wake up calls in the morning upon request and gives you his cell to call in case you need him any time during the night. It was great for us....we had the entire place to ourselves! No real, major complaints and overall, very happy for the price. You can easily spend $150-200/night for a room, we scored this for $58/night. We had a room and our daughter the other, would be an even better deal for 2 couples or a family with a couple children as there is plenty room.

Difficult to find (follow the road behind the Best Western hotel) but very pleasantly located away from other tourists but convenient for buses to Querpos and MA beach. Well supplied by local shops.
