Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, picturesque marsh and river views, multiple outdoor living spaces, and access to the Inlet Cove community dock and seasonal pool. The cottage is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Complete with new furnishings, hardwood floors, windows, as well as paint inside and out, this cottage will offer guests a one of a kind experience in the Inlet Cove community. The completely renovated (2024) cottage boasts three bedrooms, a whole house water filter, high end finishes throughout and an incredible view over the marsh.

Upon entering the cottage, you are greeted by a beautiful open living plan with a convenient drop zone, perfect to hang your jackets or beach towels, to your left. Immediately on your right is the master bedroom, which features a king size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower.

The spacious living area offers a couch and two lounge chairs, plus a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy. Just behind the living room you will find the dining area with seating for six, as well as the cozy sunroom with additional space for relaxation.

The kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis water tap and additional seating at the island, has been relocated to the back of the home so that you can enjoy the picturesque view of the marsh and river.

Also offering a beautiful marsh view, the second bedroom provides a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and newly attached en suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower.

In the third bedroom you will find two extra long twins that may be converted to a king upon request. A flat screen TV, as well as games, are available for the whole family to enjoy. The bathroom is just across the hall, and features a shower/tub combo. The full size stacked washer and dryer are also located in the third bathroom.

Guests can enjoy relaxing outside in the downstairs outdoor living area, or dine al fresco at the large dining table. The deck off the kitchen features a small table where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage while overseeing the beautiful marsh and river view. (Photos coming soon!)

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Kiawah is a wonderful place. We should know, we owned one of the Inlet Cove cottages for 25 years. #96 unfortunately has not been well maintained. The most glaring deficiency is the broken lighting at the entrance. Lack of light made coming and going at night very dangerous! Additionally, the railings and stairs were rotting and very unstable. The house had a lot of accumulated dirt on the fans and vents. The view of the marsh from the porch is great; unfortunately, so much old patio furniture is crammed into it that it is not usable for sitting or dining. For these reasons, I do not recommend this house.

The house, view and location are amazing. Can’t beat the Kiawah Island vibe… low key. The rental company were efficient and professional. If you want to use the credit for gear rental … make sure you order before you get there as you will not get same day delivery, otherwise you will loose a day. The house was clean and had everything we needed except dryer would not work and carpets need to be cleaned. Beds are comfy! We would stay again anytime!

Have always loved Kiawah, visited when I was in college and now having a family I had to bring them back. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Great little spot in a great neighborhood. Great central location for everything. Will definitely be back. Also property manager responded promptly and even accommodated us for arriving early allowing us to check in early.

Perfectly located rental on Kiawah! Easy biking and beautiful back porch. Great place for our morning coffee and family dinners. Good cooking materials and dishwasher- great for large family- we have 4 kids ranging in age from 7-15. We will be back!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our entire family being together on this special day for the 1st time since we lost our parents in 2009 & 2012. I live on Kiawah but my home couldn’t accommodate everyone, so I rented this home for those who couldn’t stay with us! Thanks to VRBO we now have wonderful memories of Thanksgiving 2022 with all my family together for 3 fabulous days!

Kiawah island is the best! However this house was incredibly dirty. All of the towels had to be washed and the bathroom and kitchen needed to be cleaned before use. The AC unit could not cool the house properly. A technician was sent out twice with little improvement. The thermostat would not go below 75. However the host was Very courteous and responsive. The location is ideal for both the beach and pool. The house just needs major improvement.

Kiawah Island is just beautiful. The place overall was great. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the fact that the linens smelled like "wet dog" and place isn't really updated but still comfortable. We ended up washing the linens before sleeping with them. Otherwise wonderful unit in nice neighborhood close to beach and river. The owner communicated with us very well throughout the entire process.

Quiet and peaceful stay at a wonderful cottage. Even though it rained for 2 of the days, we still had a great time relaxing and listening to the birds and watching the deer. Cathy was a super host and was extremely responsive. I am sure we will be back!!

What a sweet blessing it was to stay at 96 Inlet Cove!!!✨ My family’s first ever beach trip together was so special! Mrs. Senter, our hostess, was Heaven-Sent! She was so kind, inviting and hospitable! She treated us like we were part of her own family!(God bless you! ♥️) The property was so nice as well. It was clean and well stocked for all our needs! It was also just minutes away from the beach which we enjoyed walking to each day to behold the power and masterful work of the Creator we love!🙌🏻 We could not have asked for a better place to stay!🌟

If you are looking for a place that will hold a good amount of people and are not worried about it being just a little out of date, this is an amazing place to stay! We were out and about for most of the day anyway. The place has plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large group, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to use for cooking. We especially loved the fact that there were washer and dryer there to use. You WILL DEFINITELY want to take advantage of using them! Over all, it was a great stay!

My husband and I only wish we could have spent more time at this cottage! Sometimes online pictures of properties are quite outdated and when you arrive for your stay and open the door you think - this can't be the same place. When we opened the door, it was just as listed. It felt more like a home than a rental property. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. No glitches with the wifi. The porch was our favorite place to sit. The breeze there was so nice. We never had to use the air conditioning. The neighborhood was very quiet. Freshfields is a short drive away for groceries, dining & shopping. We were visiting our son on John's Island and this was a very convenient location. Cathy's pre-arrival information was timely, concise and we had no questions after reading it. We hope to stay here again.

We stayed one week at the end of January and had lovely days. This cottage has a distant view of the Kiawah River and gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is warm and cozy. Cathy is very responsive and very friendly. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors on both sides and found people in the neighborhood to be very friendly. VERY nice place to stay...we hope to return again!

Although I only had a weekend and it was pretty chilly we enjoyed taking walks to the beach the property was very convenient location. The hosts were very accommodating and returned our deposit quickly. We hope to visit again soon.
