Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This beautifully updated Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts three bedrooms, lagoon views, and a lovely screened porch. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this first-floor Tennis Club villa is conveniently located next to the best beach access point in all of Tennis Club.

The living room features a wall of sliding glass doors that open directly to the screened porch. A Comfortable sofa, loveseat, and chair, flat screen TV, DVD player, and games make the living room a welcoming place to gather and entertain with family and friends. The renovated kitchen is open to the living room and dining area and offers seating at the bar. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area offers lagoon views and has convenient access to the screened porch. The screened porch features a table and chairs for al fresco dining or soaking in the view.

The master suite has lagoon views and features a king bed, flat screen TV, and updated bathroom with double sinks and tile shower. Two additional bedrooms feature two queen beds each, allowing everyone in your party to have their own bed. One bedroom offers two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and bay window with sitting area and has private entry to the updated hall bathroom with tile shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.

Perfect location between ocean and tennis. Villa had nice screened porch overlooking a lagoon. Having 3 bedrooms and baths was nice. Some maintenance needed, some supplies could be better.

Very nice first floor villa, very clean. Close to the Tennis Center, Town Center Market, and the Sanctuary. Beach access was a little bit further than expected due to the boardwalk over the lagoon being closed (closest beach access is still Boardwalk 27, just use the foot/bike path through the tennis area). Kitchen had a good selection of dishware, pots and pans, and utensils. Full-size clothes washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances worked well.

Very happy with the communication with property management. All information received prior to arrival was very helpful. There is a grocery delivery service that you can order from online and have delivered to your unit prior to your arrival...sadly, I did not see this until after we were there (my fault) but will know for next time. The location of unit was fantastic - a quick, easy walk or bike ride to beach. Delivery and pick up of bikes, chairs, and umbrellas was great. Riding bikes on the beach was amazing! We loved Kiawah, the beach and will definitely return.

Layout worked well for our family. Our teen boys had their own rooms with bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Freshfields Village. If you are bringing coffee please note there is coffee maker but not a Keurig. It wasn’t a problem, just an FYI and they sell fresh ground coffee at the Town Center Market! Overall no issues with the unit.

Other beds are decent. 2 bathrooms have been redone and 1 is original. Ceiling in master bath is peeling badly. Toilet in new bathroom makes a loud whistling sound. Much of the furniture is outdated. Best thing about the unit is it’s location. Short walk to beach and Sanctuary.

Great location! Nice rental property. We walked or rode bikes to the beach every day! Clean and comfy. Screen porch overlooks lagoon. Only minor issue - folding doors to laundry area do not close due to size of washer/dryer and partially block door entry to bedrooms on either side. I am a petite female and had to turn sideways to enter bedroom.

The location of the property was perfect for our needs, close bike ride to the conference center and Night Heron Park, easy walk to the beach. The queen sized beds in the guest rooms were a very nice feature for our family. The beach wagon and umbrella for use was an unexpected surprise. Kitchen was not very well stocked (no salt, pepper, limited cook wear). There are no beach towels or chairs so plan ahead.

The furniture was comfortable, beds great, loved having the cart and umbrella to use at the beach. I really appreciate having the money to cover the bike rentals. Property management checked to make sure all was well. Two items to check on: bathroom sinks drained slowly and the dryer didn’t dry well.
