About this apartment rental

If you aren't Beach Bound, this beautiful condo will definitely make you want to be! This property is located on the first level above ground level with views of the ocean and exquisite landscaping. The private beach access is also located within view and just a few steps from the condo's ground level area.

As you enter the property, the light and airy open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas invite you to unwind and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items needed to create a meal for family and friends. The dining table has four chairs and a bench to seat up to 6. There are stools at the bar area for additional seating as well! The living room area has a sleeper sofa and large slider with expansive views that lead you out onto the oceanfront deck. The deck has both standard style seating as well as high top seating for your enjoyment.

Down the main hall are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The hall bathroom has gorgeous grey and white floor tile that extend to the completely tiled and glass shower that continue the white and gray theme. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a television in the room. The primary bedroom also has a Queen bed, television in the room, en suite bathroom, and access to a small private deck. The ensuite bathroom was completely renovated to match the coastal theme. You are going to love the blue tiled shower!

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Fort Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans to visit Carolina Beach today!

We had a wonderful long weekend here. It was dog friendly, neighbors were friendly. Apartment was clean, safe and comfortable. I have used Bryant Realty for several rentals and have never had any issues with them.

Great location, peaceful and walking distance to restaurants close by. One safety issue was with the bannister. It needs to be secure before someone falls over. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the shower doors were not cleaned and living room floor still had sand.

The location and condition of this unit is perfect. The unit is one of the best I've seen in terms of furnishings, supplies, decorations and cleanliness. The parking is directly under the unit so we enjoyed loading our beach wagon daily and walking just steps to the beach access. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed, including the cutest set of fish-themed dishes. The porch/deck area was well furnished with rocking chairs and a table/chair set that made ocean viewing enjoyable. This was a pet friendly unit and our dog was very happy here. I do coastal vacations about 2x per year and this is by far the best I've experienced.

The condo was great and well-stocked and the bathrooms weren't the typical tiny condo bathroom. Nice short walk to the beach and nice views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as advertised! Easy private access to beach and you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves! Dog friendly - and a short walk to the boardwalk area for ice cream or donuts. Check in/out was a breeze! We had no issues with anything while we were there and it felt super comfy and like home! We would definitely recommend!!!

Looking for a great place for a just a few friends or a romantic getaway, this is your place. View of the ocean (and I was on the first floor), dog friendly (they even had a water bowl set out) and close to downtown (we walk everywhere) this was everything I wanted in a beach rental.

Carolina Beach is a bit chintzy and overpriced. However, the beaches are clean and beautiful and this property gives great views and immediate access to the beach. The condo was well appointed and super clean! Our only issue was the tightness of the parking which appears to be an issue island-wide.

After several COVID years if not travelling, we needed a break! This vacation was everything we hoped for! Loved our morning and evening beach walks with our pup, beautiful sunrises, and close proximity to lots of fun...NC Aquarium, fishing pier, great restaurants, and a fun pontoon boat ride!

I have no bad things to say about the property or our stay. Beautifully maintained beach condo with perfect view. Very clean. Comfortable. Decorated beautifully. We were able to bring our two dogs which was awesome. We found Carolina Beach to be extremely accommodating to dogs which is amazing. I am so pleased with everything about our stay!

Staying here makes me realize why we need to move/retire to the beach when the time comes. Loved seeing pelicans and taking my dog on the beach every morning and again in the evening. The property is in a great location and a short drive to Wilmington too. Looking forward to going back!

This condo was in a great location, had easy parking for 2 cars, was very clean and well decorated. And of course the best part was the view. Listening to the waves before bed, and waking up to them was amazing and so relaxing.

We enjoyed our fall visit to this comfortable property! It is a condo first floor. We did not have anyone above us during our stay. There is a new sectional couch from when the photos were taken- it is great. In every other way the photos are accurate. I noticed some dog hair on the indoor rug and the outdoor balcony, but admittedly it’s hard to get all of that cleaned up. I think we are at the end of the season so the beach chairs and umbrella provided were pretty much shot. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds and linens very nice, and all 3 TVs were new and working well. Check in was easy. We didn’t have to contact anyone for anything but we had been given phone numbers im case. We loved the beach especially at low tide and our dog absolutely reveled in running on the beach. We liked the restaurants Michael’s Seafood and The Shuckin Shack a lot. Also had a yummy warm cookie from the place with Vegetable in the name. Haha vitamin chocolate. Anyway, a great time.
