About this house rental

Amazing views from this beach house. Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

The upper level of the house was an amazing stay. It was impeccably clean and well decorated. There are enough rooms for a family but we only had the two of us there. The amenities were plenty. The hosts were in constant contact with us. We received the code to get in once the room was clean. The beach location was beautiful!!!

We chose this location to bring our Military daughter for a quick getaway before her deployment. The Upper unit we stayed in had the perfect ocean view and the sounds of the ocean was better than therapy!! The owners thought of everything we could need. Check in was so smooth. Beds comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. One of our days was a stormy day and that mixed with cozy blankets, sounds of waves, pops of thunder, and a good movie was amazing. We were there during the *off* season so a lot of the restaurants were closed. Our biggest disappointment was the boardwalk. The Ferris wheel has been permanently removed and it appears the boardwalk is slowly closing down. If you are coming for that area only - do more research. Even with that we did find wonderful places to eat and shops to visit. Incredible views!! This trip was very relaxing!!! I highly recommend this house seated right on the beach. And these owners have several other properties to choose from. They take extreme pride in making sure each of their guest walk away with a perfect trip!! Book it now!

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! The location was perfect. We walked right down to the water with our fishing poles and enjoyed the ocean. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We have stayed all across the country and this is now one of our favorites. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. After losing my 5 year old grandson in a very traumatic way on New Years Day and having to wait to bury him almost 3 weeks later on January 20, I needed to get away and start the healing process. This lovely home and it’s surroundings were exactly what the doctor ordered…literally!

House was very clean. Nice view of the ocean with quick access to beachfront. Very comfy feel. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with pans, pots, a coffee maker and a Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, plenty of plates, glassware, and utensils. No blinds in living room windows however, so that took some getting used to at night. Great stay however. Perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. 2nd bath was extremely tight for the adults, but we managed. Thanks again.

My husband, son and daughter in law really enjoyed the property. Sat in the rockers on the porch watching the sunset and having drinks. Master bath was huge but main bath was very narrow. The boardwalk was very small and disappointing compared to what we are used to in Ocean City, Maryland.

The location of this house is ideal. We love being oceanfront and having a very quiet area along the beach to enjoy. My toddler loves being able to run and play in the flat backyard. Nice quiet area. Clean house with all the amenities. We will be back!

We stayed at the Oceanfront Upper House at Carolina Beach- First off, Jamie & Brian, the owners, are super detailed and communicative. The house is oceanfront, a private dock leads to the sand- (maybe 50 steps? 30?) the house itself is impeccable. Jamie and Brian talk about cleanliness of their rentals is their #1 priority, and it shows here; You're greeted with shining kitchen counters, and a open floor plan living space, immaculate. There are 2 full baths, and 3 bedrooms, all well appointed. the Primary BR was where we stayed for the 4 days, the room was a king bed and very comfortable, the bathroom had 2 sinks - great counter space. Kitchen is stocked, there is laundry - we were able to wash our beach towels, and the best space- the expansive front porch with views for miles of Carolina blue water. Our stay was just after the busy summer season, everyone is back to school in NC this week, so we basically had the beach to ourselves on all of our days there. We were chatting with my sister-in-law in PA who we travel with regularly, and we're already making plans to rent next summer. We Celebrated our 30th anniversary on our 2nd day of the trip- and we could not be happier with the home. We're 2 hours away (inland) and have lived in NC for almost 20 yrs, we've been to so many beaches in NC but not CB- and I'm so glad we made this trip our 30th celebration. The town is cute, we had an incredible dinner at the Lake House Steakhouse + memories forever. Thx for hosting us!

Enjoyed our brief stay and hope to come back again. The dunes and beach are beautiful and the upstairs part of the house is great. I would give an overall rating of 5, but the 2nd bathroom layout is a bit odd and very narrow. Easy enough for kids, though.

We so appreciate the care and cleanliness of this property! The cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. So comfortable and well equipped, too. The location is perfect, very quiet and not crowded at all. Close enough to get to the Boardwalk, but the only thing we did was go to Britts Doughnuts!😃 Great deck, and the artificial turf area between the beach and house is a wonderful idea! Great for our grandaughter to play in the evenings. The owners were wonderful. Check in and out was easy. Perfect for small families!👍

To avoid the horrible time I had a Myrtle beach the previous year I decided to go somewhere more quiet right on the beach. This was def worth it! House was as described super convenient to walk to the house from the beach when dealing with an energetic toddler. House was clean and owners provided ample communication. Will come again !
