This three bedroom, three bathroom, multi-level condo sleeps seven across two king beds, one queen bed, one twin bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. It features two master suites, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, two private balconies with outdoor seating and incredible views overlooking the Dillon Reservoir and mountains. This rental includes access a shared hot tub and a private garage + driveway with dedicated parking for two vehicles and plenty of storage for skis and bicycles. Ideally located just steps away from the Summit County bike/walk path and free summit shuttle, minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, Frisco adventure park and historic Frisco Main Street; you are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
As you head up the two flights of stairs to enter the unit, you walk through the first balcony area offering outdoor seating. Just beyond the entryway is the updated full-size kitchen offering granite countertops and all the essential cookware and tableware to make a delicious meal. Past the kitchen is the dining area featuring a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The open concept living area has ample seating, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and access to the main private balcony. Head outside to the balcony to soak in the crisp mountain air and savor the breathtaking views of the Dillon Reservoir. There is outdoor seating for four and a table big enough to enjoy a meal!
Also on this level is the second master suite, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, pantry, coat closet, and laundry room. The second master suite offers a king size bed, sitting area, vaulted ceiling, en suite bathroom and large windows allowing for great light to flow in and incredible views to be enjoyed. The en suite bathroom offers a granite countertop single sink vanity plus a shower and bathtub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a twin size bed and a dedicated workspace. There is an additional guest bathroom just outside this room featuring a walk-in shower and granite countertop. In the hallway is a laundry closet with an oversized stackable washer, dryer and separate coat closet.

We really enjoyed our stay. the view was amazing and the house was comfortable and clean. The communication with the host was seamless.

We spent the first hour of our stay looking for the correct unit,and building.
Then the access codes were incorrect. Finally after two calls to very helpful people we finally got a key out.
The only problem hint I could say would’ve made the stay better is ceiling fans need to be added because the sun through those beautiful windows is intense and even after opening the windows it was SO hot. Too hot to sleep.
One more thing, perhaps mention to the cleaning crew to not show up before check out. Otherwise it is an amazing unit.

Check in was easy, communication from property manager was good regarding door codes and rules and general property info. Place was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace! So many rentals have cheap mattresses, the ones in this place were excellent. The kitchen was nice size and well appointed. The view from back windows was the best! Would stay again.
Parking was good. We did not use garage because it was kind of narrow and did not want to damage car or garage. Overall the place was perfect and we liked it very much. Only a short drive to most of the important stuff in Frisco. Very short drive to copper mountain. Can’t wait to return to Colorado.

We had a lovely time here at this condo. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains and Dillon Reservoir. The early morning hike behind the condo was one of one of my favorite parts of trip. We even saw a moose!The one thing I should mention is the upstairs bedroom is like a loft with no wall, only a shade, closing it off from the downstairs. We might not have rented it had we realized that, but no regrets. The view was so good!

Rental exactly as pictured. Beautiful and very clean! Great seating arrangement in LR, plenty of ways to get comfortable. Huge window in living area overlooking lake Dillon. We enjoyed watching the alpenglow over the peaks and watching the snow by the fireplace. Even though it was near I70 the unit was very very quiet, never heard any traffic or neighbors. Beds very comfortable with soft sheets. Loved having the garage. The only unexpected thing was that the upstairs bedroom suite did not have a solid wall, it’s a loft. We probably missed that in the description. The owners created total privacy with a thick pull down shade, but sound travels. Overall we loved this rental and would absolutely stay again (we’ve already talked about coming back!) and do recommend without hesitation!

We had a group of 3 friends who stayed here, it was more than enough space! The views were amazing, they must be some of the best in the entire complex. It was great for each of us to have our own large, very comfortable, beds along with our own bathrooms. It was easy walking distance to Outer Range Brewing and a few restaurants/fast food joints. You have to stretch a little bit to find anything to complain about, but it would have been nice to have a bit more shampoo than a single small hotel bottle, and more than 1 tide pod, and the TV was painfully slow with very poor speakers for that post hike veg out, but other than that very minor annoyance it was perfect.

We dined at a variety of great restaurants. The location was on point since we had planned to visit multiple ski resorts and this property was central to all. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this location. The kitchen was very well-stocked with any cooking equipment and serving dishes we needed and a nice large dining table. The condo has amazing views of the mountains out the picture window--where we also saw a fox crossing the snow in the morning and at night. There was a nice balcony that we would have made more use of if it wasn't so cold out--but the snow is why we came. It was close to Copper and A-Basin where the skiers had some great runs. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms and baths were great for 2 couples and 2 daughters. The garage and parking space in the driveway were helpful. Easy check in. The hardest part was climbing the stairs with our suitcases and food. All in all a great stay and would come again.

Condo was wonderful as well as location. Beds and baths were spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked if needed. We overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. However, I feel the property management company could have done better. Coffee maker and garage door didn't work and was reported to management. We googled coffee maker, bought vinegar, and cleaned it and got it to work. However garage door issue was never corrected. Code didn't work and an attempt by management to correct issue was never made. Hopefully it is corrected prior to next rental.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, provided everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of space, great location, and a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. Even our grandkids stood at the window for long times to enjoy the view.
Just make sure you bring a flashlight when you have to go downstairs when it's dark: no lights by the garage and hot tub.
