WiFi never worked for the entire stay and property manager was unable to resolve.

Check in was only at 4pm but check out is as early as 10 am, most hotels are at 11.00 and on the day, a grumpy man arrived at 9.30 to drop off cleaners and was expecting us out immediately. Also, WiFi didn’t work for 1st 2 days because it needed to be topped up but they switched off the WiFi by 9.30 on the day of check out. The bathroom has algae/moss and mould in it. The one bedroom didn’t have working lights. The other bedroom with a double bed didn’t even have a wardrobe in it. Given the price for 4 days this was definitely not worth it.

Location's perfect. Size of the property works well, with an ensuite bathroom. The property is managed by a company, not a home owner. Thought this would be ideal as "they should really know what they are doing". Problem was any special request /question is answered by an employee with responses taken from the "employee handbook". The reply time was fast, but when corresponding by email I had 3 different people responding within 1 email thread. No broom to sweep up in the kitchen and were told there was no broom and to use the Hoover. I think an owner would have brought a broom. We did have some issues, a clogged drain and curtains not up, and they were handled in a professional and timely manner. The ensuite does not have a door, it is open to the bedroom. Maybe this is normal in the UK, we came from Canada. The Wifi is great in the living room and it reaches the rest of the property but gets weak on the top floor. Outside bins for garbage/recycling were overflowing. We had to put ours on the ground next to them. There was nothing posted about when the bins were picked up, I would have happily put them out. Nothing to explain the sorting of the recycling and waste. Visited from Oct. 30 to Nov. 7 and found the property cool. Heaters couldn't warm the place. The love seat in the living room was quite worn, a huge rip/hole in the cushion and the arm rest. Covered up by a blanket. Unexpected for this cost/type of property. Appliances are from IKEA and not easy to figure out.

Beautiful flat in near Morningside. Pictures were true. Spacious rooms to relax. Easy to access the flat. Will recommend to others.
