Amazing value.
Good service.
Hot shower.
Location good- no cat parking. They send you to an NCP nearby however there is a cheaper one across the road.

Staff are friendly but card didn't work second day, lift broke once and no tea and coffee facilities. I know its budget but wouldn't stay again without that.

It was a cute room for just a weekend in Leeds to watch rugby and celebrate birthdays but it was a very basic room but did the job.

Great budget venue. The checkin was slow though. But the reception has a selection of drinks and snacks for sale too. Great for nights out

Lovely hotel very clean and well maintained. Just stayed overnight for a night out in Leeds so didn't eat there so can't comment on the food but the room was lovely, clean and bed very comfy.

You get what you get with a budget hotel but there was a horrible sewage like smell coming from the shower all night, it was disgustinf. And the toilet was in like a cupboard and just smelt really bad

Room was clean and tidy bedding very clean and bed so comfy, bit disappointed with breakfast never known donuts for breakfast haha.and bananas were all manky

Staff were helpful. Level of general cleanliness was poor - the floor and skirting boards in the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, hair from the previous occupant was in the shower, and the stairwell between floors was gross. I accept this is a basic hotel, however as the room cost over £100 I would expect better.

Wasn’t bad but could’ve done with coffee in the morning and there’s no free machine or anything but the overall stay wasn’t bad

Was like a prison cell in fact i wouldn't put a prisoner in here

Basic (no kettle, never mind tea/coffee; alsi quite sparsely set up); but could forgive it a lot for its very convenient location for Flixbus and my event venue!

Accidentally booked the wrong dates and changed within 5 minutes a week before my stay to see my dad who’s gravely ill in st James hospital Leeds through hotels.com and they tried to get a refund of £95 to which the hotel manager refused for a room with no drink making facilities then charged me £8 for a coffee and toast!!! I’m never using Ibis again!!! Money grabbing arseholes.

Good location and clean and comfy stay

Fine for a night but didn’t get much sleep with the loud music all night booming through the ultra thin walls

With 'Budget' in the name I wasn't expecting a palace, but the room was clean, had all that I needed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental, and overall the price was very reasonable. I would certainly stay again.

It is the perfect hotel for 1-2 nights. I booked it for 1 night and I was okay with it. I didn't like that the room didn't have a wardrobe and the shower didn't have a shower set kit that I could move. For that reason, I wouldn't book this hotel for more than 2 nights.
The staff was very welcoming and supportive. I loved that they allowed me to check out earlier and leave my luggage at the reception so I could come later on in the evening to collect it. That was very helpful! Thank you very much.

Basic, but clean & quiet. Perfect for what we wanted (accomodation after a works do). Would stay again.

Cheap and cheerful hotel that is clean and reasonably well located. Fairly basic but does the job of a budget hotel brilliantly

We were able to check in early, great view from our room even though it wasn’t sold as a room with a view. Excellent shower! Amazing value

Stayed here for Leeds Pride, was a close enough walk for all the bars etc. Property itself was clean, bed comfy, basic continental breakfast, bathroom a bit dated, seemed like old student halls that had been converted. BUT for what we paid it was absolutely fine if all you want is a bed to fall into after a night partying.
5.0
Adequate for our stay but could have done with tea /coffee making facilities in the room.
The staff were really helpful and friendly-thanks.

Overall our stay was ideal for the pricing, breakfast was good and the room was bigger than expected! However upon arrival I was left frustrated after a very long journey to the hotel when I went to check in I was told one of the persons I was staying here with needed parental consent to be able to stay there (she’s 16) HOWEVER there was nothing on the booking prior to this about showing id or anything it was a good job she had her provisional license on her as there was no information that we needed this.
We then were waiting nearly half an hour for an email to come through on their device from the parent of who I was with baring in mind this email was sent several times by the parent yet we were told it’s still not come through. The person on desk was not helpful in this matter and after a very long journey down to Leeds it was not what I wanted to deal with if this information was put out to guests before then it would be quicker to check in and less stress for both guests and people at home…
