Comfortable, convenient, a little pricey.

The room had a good view. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient.

Why no real breakfast available. And the coffee is mediocre.

Perfect for our one night stay in KC. Fun hotel decor and facilities in a handy location

Fun funky hotel. Handy location near the plaza.

The mirror was dirty and some sparkle still on the floor from a previous guest.

We will be back. We loved this hotel.

We like the friendliness of the staff and the fact this doesn’t look or feel like a regular hotel .

Didn’t expect to pay for parking, as we were told he would take care of it but it was on our room bill. Also the bathroom not very private for friends and family. These are not deal breakers, this was a nice hotel with a reasonable cost.

We enjoyed our stay.

The place was very trendy and beautiful! The bar and drinks were excellent! They have a pool table and a patio with corn hole and a fire pit.

We could hear our neighbors next door to us. I’m sure they could hear us and hear the toilet flush as well.

The Staff made my stay better than most properties.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay more compfortable and enjoyable. I mentioned a good cold shower after my 8 our motorcycle ride in 106° weather. Upon returning to the lobby with my luggage, and heading to the elevator, one of the staff called me out. She asked me if I took baths or showers? Showers, I hate bathes. Your room has a bath only, let me make that change for you. What a HERO!

It will be better when the blocked street and construction are complete. The climb up the hill after a huge supper on the Plaza, But, I am getting fat and old. LOL

Comfortable. Staff professional & helpful; convenient location; nice amenities. Great value!

The breakfast was decent, grab and go. I loved the decor! The bar, pool table, and listening rooms were a nice touches.

I ordered appetizers and was underwhelmed; the chicken wings were ok but, the cauliflower was mushy and tasteless.

Great location, but issues with housekeeping

The location was amazing- 2 blocks from the Plaza- shopping, restaurants, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. I liked the modern design in both the lobby and the rooms.

The housekeeping was less than adequate. The room was not made up the first day. When we called the front desk, they informed us that rooms were cleaned every other day. The next day, the room still was not cleaned. When we called down to the front desk, the said the rooms were cleaned only upon request. I have never heard of such a policy! We requested to have it cleaned immediately- which was done, but not thoroughly. Another issue we had was with the lack of drawer space and hangers. We we’re staying for 4 nights and had a lot of clothes for wedding events.

My stay was exceptional, but they could of sweeped the room better.

the property was well maintained and had a very well decorated and welcoming feel. it smelled good everywhere, the lobby had many small pockets of space to sit and talk. The bartender is super friendly and drinks are good the room I had was exceptional.

the room was very clean but my only complaint was that it was not well sweeped, it had what looks like small cement residue from something they fixed in the room.

I would Definitely go back to this location.

Breakfast was good. Employee was very helpful in getting what I like. All employees were helpful, friendly and overall great!

Great Stay in Westport KC

The “City View King” room was beautiful with 2 walls of windows, comic book decor and a super comfy bed. The hotel decor was interesting and fun. The bartender, Wayne, was friendly and the drinks were great. Great location for Westport Plaza access.

I wish you could order different coffee drinks at the breakfast area.
