Our stay was very enjoyable the pool, workout room and wonderful lemon water.!
The breakfast was exceptional, a great variety of food choices including oatmeal and fresh fruit, French toast, waffles, variety of breakfast meats & eggs. Pastries too. Suggestion: add light / low sugar yogurt and sugar free syrup. Many visitors are diabetic

A restful stay. Staff was very polite, courteous and helpful.
Greeted with smiles from the front desk staff (Dearra & Jamie), along with efficient check in. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful, with Carmen keeping everything pickup and stocked. The housekeeping/maintenance team greeted us during the day, were very helpful...Thank you, Jamile for helping clean up my spill promptly for other guests' safety! Victor and Clara were doing great keeping the rooms clean and stocked. You team is greatly appreciated.
Morning of check out, showed Rina (front desk) a video of a loose floor tile in between door and bathroom. Rina said thank you for bringing it to her attention. She would report it to the maintenance staff for repair asap. Guests be helpful: take the time to let front desk staff know about things that need attention. Housekeeping doesn't have the luxury of time to take note of everything.

Disappointing
The staff was very friendly. The location was great.
They weren’t very organized. I booked months ago, and they claimed they didn’t have me in their system. The beds were STIFF, and I am not a complainer.

Evening front desk staff. Too busy talking in the back instead of attending paying customers

Overall, the rooms were decent and clean, but the price needs to match the quote.
The facility was clean and breakfast was good.
The staff all acted like they didn’t want to be there, I didn’t see one smile, the entire time. The pool was ok but the ceiling paint looked like it was falling off. When I booked it the total with fees and taxes was 204 they charged me a random $20 fee and then 206, right after I checked in. This really irritated me! The elevator was kind of scary it made weird noises and jiggled. Another guest told me it was shut down the last few times he stayed there and it was hard to get his luggage to the 2nd floor. Luckily it worked while we were there. For the massive price, I expected allot more and extremely good service, so due to not that being the case, I was disappointed. However I was happy that they had an indoor heated pool, since it was cold out, and hot chocolate and coffee at all hours! I also appreciated the make up remover wipes in the room! And the super cute coffee cups! That was a nice touch.
