This cozy home in "Nantucket-style" Olivia Beach will have you breathing in the salt air and relaxing in no time. Boasting enough space for everyone, this home is the perfect place for that coastal getaway. With two en suites, there is no need to draw straws for who gets the primary suite.

Relax in the glow of the gas fireplace in the downstairs living room, or enjoy some cable TV and board games in the upstairs game room. If you would like to truly enjoy the outdoors while on vacation, step across the street to enjoy the community park strip, which includes a sandlot volleyball court, playground equipment, room for a game of cornhole (the game set is included at the vacation rental), and a firepit where you can roast marshmallows.

When you have worked up an appetite, this home has a well-appointed kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. If you feel like dining out, Olivia Beach is moments away from a variety of great restaurants. Take the kids shopping at the outlet mall in the center of Lincoln City, or make a day of searching for glass floats at the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is steps away from the front porch, and another short walk will have you enjoying the soft sand between your toes. At the end of the day, you can slip into the private in-ground hot tub with friends while you enjoy the coastal breeze. THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming is available with your own accounts. There are free movies through Spectrum.
The pool and rec center are only open from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
A 50 amp EV charger with a universal plug is provided (free usage). Tesla owners will need their own adapter.
Pets cannot be left unattended at any given time.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This could be a great place to stay if it was cleaned. There was dog hair basically on everything. All our belongings are covered in dog hair now. We loved the bunk bed setup for our kids. This was the main reason we chose this home, even though it cost a lot more than other similar homes. The fridge makes a near constant high pitched beeping sound. We think it may have been the fan. It would continually switch on and off at random intervals, and every time it switched to on it would make the squeak/beep sound. The entrance to the home/laundry room is quite smelly. Not sure what is causing the smell but it was nice that it had a door that closed to keep it contained. We liked the location and neighborhood and have stayed in the area many times. It was nice that the home had things like plastic wrap, cutting boards, knives etc.

We were a combination of four adults and six kids, and were very happy and comfortable at Raven's Hideaway. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay, had a great mix of games and puzzles for the kids, and is in a fantastic location for park use and beach access.

This home was amazing, from how well it was stocked, house layout, proximity to everything we needed and wanted to do. The home felt like a home and was perfect for my family. The bunk bed room was perfect for my grandkids! We will be booking our next stay and will be making this an annual trip! My only complaint is we wish there was access to a vacuum in the home- would strongly suggest adding it to the list of things in the home. Great location, plenty of space for 6 adults + 4 kids. Beds + other furnishings were comfy, kitchen had all the tools we needed and we appreciate the "extras" that were left -- plastic wrap, tea, seasonings, etc. Wifi, TV, games and kites were all available. We had a great time -- would definitely recommend this property.

This house was great - and very clean. One of the most clean vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Loved the location right across from the park, heated pool access just a short walk up the road, beach access nearby, and the overall feel of the house was welcoming and cozy. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future - thank you!

The home is utterly cozy and comforting, a perfect retreat to enjoy the beach in fall. Gorgeous neighborhood and picturesque walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed running on the wrap around deck and playing at the playground too. Thank you for a great time!

2 couples, 3 kids and Grandma. Had a great stay, the bathrooms and bbq were not up to acceptable cleanliness, but over all a nice place. The hot tub is tucked away in a corner and not super desirable to hang out in. Lots of space for us, but would be crowded with more than our party. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes.

We had amazing time! Everything was fully stocked-- kitchen had every utensil etc that you could possibly need, lots of towels, bedding etc. Beds were super comfy, loved the hot tub and outdoor shower. Was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids under 11). It was also amazing to have the beach chairs, skim boards, beach shade etc. Location could not be better-- across from the park, and just a short walk to the pool and the beach. Things that could be improved: a cordless vacuum to be able to quickly clean up, the pans in the kitchen were very sticky (even when they were generously oiled). We hope to see you again!

Spectacular home; perfect for an Oregon coast vacation "base." Kitchen was outfitted with current utensils and cookware, and featured beautiful appliances and countertops. Beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. The hot tub and exterior shower were a very appreciated bonus! ** When booking this property, note that private, off-street parking is located behind the residence, and access there is not well-marked, illuminated, nor readily noticeable. We'll be back!
