This home is my dream house for a vacation, it has a beautiful ocean view and you can watch the sunset from multiple rooms. Walking to the beach we found the neighbors there to be friendly. There are tons of fun things to do in the area and the host provides detailed information in the Welcome book to guide you. The biggest selling point for me is that the house is crystal clean and feels like living in a 5-Star hotel. I love it!!

We gathered at the Dreamweaver house for a friends weekend getaway! We loved the home from the minute we arrived and saw the beautiful ocean. The accommodations were perfect each couple had their own room and bathroom, the home was immaculate. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen, broke bread around the table with the view of the ocean out the window! We walked the beach and sat in the hot tub while also seeing the ocean. It was amazing. When we arrived Beth had a welcome gift waiting for us and homemade cookie dough in the freezer with baking directions! We all left saying we can’t wait to rent the Dreamweaver home again. Thank you Beth.

My family of six loved our stay. The views are stunning. The beds are cozy, each bedroom has a bathroom, and it’s the first house I’ve rented with an EV charger. We really enjoy cooking, and the kitchen made it a pleasure to bake or prepare a meal as it has every appliance and gadget you might desire. Even a well stocked coffee bar! We took advantage each morning by starting our day drinking coffee and soaking in the hot tub. Followed by daily walks to the beach. If you have a dog, the host even has dog beds and a wonderful selection of dog accessories. We will definitely be back next year and bring our dog. I highly recommend this house and host!

This was our 3rd time here and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Beth and Greg continue to exceed our expectations. We were coming to celebrate our 13th anniversary and to finally get married on the beach. The moment we walked in there was a customized sign congratulating us and even gifts for us! It’s the most attention to detail I’ve ever seen or experienced from any hosts. 5 minutes in and I was already in tears. These gestures mean so much more than I can explain. We feel so blessed that our kids, and family, get to experience and create our best memories at the Dreamweaver house. Our stays are always a 20/10. Everything you could need is already at the house which makes your stay a true home away from home. As our stay comes to an end, my daughter (and the rest of us) are always so eager to plan the next time we get to visit. We already miss the kids club house, stunning views, chocolate chip cookies, early mornings in the patio - the list goes on! So thank you Beth and Greg for creating such a perfect vacation home and being the best hosts!

Beth was an amazing and thoughtful host. Everything about our stay was perfect. We were able to check in early and check out late. Beth had a really thoughtful and generous welcome gift for us when we arrived (a lovely picnic blanket) and also had cookie dough for us to bake cookies! This was the best vacation rental we’ve stayed at and we’ll definitely be back!

Our family and friends loved our stay at Dream Weaver Beach House! The hosts thought of everything ahead of time. It was so comfortable for all 6 of us and so well stocked. Our kids loved the extra games and loft area. The views of the ocean and sunset were OUTSTANDING! The private beach access was also a plus. We loved our stay!

Dream Weaver is our little slice of heaven away from home. We just spent 4 glorious days at the home with Beautiful weather the entire stay. This was our 2nd visit to Dream Weaver in less than a year & we are already, ready to return. We can't say enough about the home and how well laid out it is for sharing with family or friends. It has a nice open kitchen/living concept for entertaining. The home has lots of windows to let the light in & to showcase the views. The hot tub is wonderful as well, but the sitting porch with its view down the Irish Beach coastline, is our favorite. It is the perfect place to read or enjoy conversations with friends. The home is kept very clean and the hosts have carefully thought out every detail possible to accommodate their guests. Even providing homemade cookies for you to bake and share. Plenty of supplies provided, so you aren't making multiple trips to the store. However, if there is something you need the Manchester store is only a couple of miles to the south. The neighborhood is quite and although the home is a distance from the hub of Fort Bragg & Mendocino, they are just a scenic drive away for a day outing. The private beach at Irish Beach is the best for daily walks, never many people. The hosts also accommodate your treasured family pet making it a great place to take your favorite furry friend. Beds, water bowls, treats, etc. all available. If you are looking for a one of a kind coastal experience, then look no further. Dream Weaver is the house!

This home was not only beautiful but it had EVERYTHING we needed! The ocean views & sound of the waves were just what we needed for our ladies getaway. One of our ladies baked/cooked the entire weekend & was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked. Plenty of games to play & the backyard was sooo cute…..we had rain most of the weekend so didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub but we will definitely be back!!! Beth was amazing & we definitely felt the love for this home…..Dream Weaver is the perfect name!!!!

This house is a true dream!
The views are absolutely gorgeous, and you have walking and driving access to a peaceful community private beach. You can watch the stars from the front porch while hearing the waves, and have dinner watching the sunset over the ocean.
Two bedrooms have wide ocean views, while the third one benefits from the sounds of the water fountain in the backyard. The backyard is fenced for privacy and the hot tub is tucked in a corner with ocean views. The perfect combo!
Additionally, the house is brand new with all the modern technology you want, including remote control shades, toro bidet, and heating systems.

Our stay at the Dreamweaver Beach House was amazing! From the heated floors that kept us warm to the relaxing jacuzzi, everything was perfect. Our cat and dog loved it too!
What stood out was how the host thought of everything. There were treats, toys and beds for our pets, and they even gave us a list of great places to explore. The huge windows showed off the beautiful coastline, making us feel very special.
In short, this beach house is fantastic for pet lovers and anyone looking for a cozy escape. The host made sure every detail was just right, and we left feeling relaxed and happy. A truly memorable getaway!

We love coming to this house it has amazing views, close to different attractions , Point Arena, Fort Bragg and Glass beach just to name a few, but the biggest attraction for my family and myself is you feel so relaxed in this house. It feels like home instead of an Air B&B type house.Favorite part of the house is the sun porch you can relax in comfortable chairs while watching the ocean or the humming birds!

Everything was perfect. The views from the main part of the house and the small enclosed “porch-like” area were stunning. The gorgeous dining room table was ideal for meals, for visiting and for family games. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, so it was easy to make even the complicated meals various members decided to create. The beds were incredibly soft and comfy. I want one just like the one we slept in, and asked Beth for the brand, which she looked up and sent to us almost immediately. We walked on Irish Beach almost every day, and I even snagged a piece of driftwood as a souvenir — hope that was allowed. We rode on the Skunk Train at Ft. Bragg and had a lovely walk though the redwoods at the halfway point, followed by a delicious lunch at Mayan Fusion, and then a walk on the beach there. All in all, it was the ideal spot for a family gathering, and we look forward to more such occasions. Kudos to our hosts.

We were looking for something quiet away from the touristy areas of the coast and some place that would be a good fit for our fur baby. This home was the PERFECT fit!! The house was just as the photos appeared. We were greeted with bake your own chocolate chip cookies & a welcome gift. We had concerns that the house may not be well stocked & with the distance to town we came prepared. To our surprise the house was well stocked with seasonings, paper towels & needed supplies. The house was also well supplied for our dog with 3 choices of dog beds, dog bones, etc. There were so many BESTS on this trip. We loved the sitting porch for reading & conversation where we sat & took in the cool air, the view of the ocean & the beautiful sunsets. The wildlife was awesome, we had a Bobcat wander through the yard, deer up the street, hummingbirds & other birds constantly near to watch. Having the private beach so close was such a treat for our daily walks. And we did find a nice local grocery/hardware store nearby in Manchester, it was pleasantly stocked. We went to the Point Arena lighthouse and to the Point Arena Pier where we bought a 5lb ling cod from a local fisherman at the pier. We took it back to the house and had our traditional fish fry with friends. The Hot Tub was also nice. It was the quiet solitude we so needed and we just took it all in and truly enjoyed the few days we had there. We will be back in the near future, The Dream Weaver is a great place and the hosts were impeccable with their communication!!!!!!

We feel incredibly blessed to have been able to stay at the Dream Weaver house for a celebratory family weekend. We own a home down the street and had more family in town than we could comfortably accommodate over the weekend. We chose to have our family stay in our home and rent the Dream Weaver house for ourselves. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is incredibly well appointed and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout. The décor is top of the line and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings after fun filled days. The hosts truly thought of everything and we loved the space.

Just a great way to live for a while. This place has a power to relax you. Everything was just amazing. The spa, the serene location, the kitchen...the beds are great. Nice TV...laundry....all just thought out and prepared for you to use. The external security cameras are a non-issue...they are pointed to external spots allowing for your uncompromised privacy. We made the right choice with this home! Perfect location with the Ocean right across from the house, great views to the South, West, and North even through the large windows all across the front of the house. (Also great Mountain views behind the house to the east). The sunsets are just Spectacular, from the bench out front while listening to the Ocean, or sitting at the Dining Table or family room which put the finishing touch on our days. And the best part is at night it is so quiet and peaceful, I was overwhelmed with the stars, planets and even the edge of the Galaxy right overhead in the night sky. Lots of living space which is very well set up in every room, the house also has all the amenities of home which made it easy for us to prepare food and snacks during our stay. The backyard has patio chairs to sit and visit and listen to a fountain, there is even an area with an artificial lawn set up for the dog to take care of business! We found some great places nearby in Point Arena and Elk to eat and site see (the Light House tour is worth it). Mendocino is even an enjoyable drive just half an hour North. Most Definitely will come back for another stay.

I can’t say enough great things about this house. It was so easy to check in and check out and everything inbetween. The homeowners made sure every member of my family was taken care of and thought of. There is a loft in one of the king size bedrooms that is the perfect oasis for kids. There are books, games, a hammock even! There were cookies waiting for us to bake in the freezer and we got a welcome gift. My family and I have been coming to Irish Beach for 35 years and this house just made our time even more special. We will definitely be staying again at this house!

We came here with extended family to celebrate a big birthday milestone. Everything about this place was first class, from the recently renovated interior, the thoughtful touches, even the delicious cookie dough, waiting in the freezer to be baked when we needed a snack.
The owners were super fast in their responses to any questions we had, and very flexible around our times of arrival and departure. The views from this house are phenomenal - pictures don’t really do it justice. Watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean from their hot tub was a highlight of the trip.
Access to the Private beach via a key is an added feature. An easy, drive down, or a steep walk up, as you add an enormous beach, that is almost empty of people. It’s just you, the surf, and the sand.
Beds and bathrooms were really comfortable and we all got a good night’s sleep. So many thoughtful touches inside and out – this is a home that has been prepared with love for guests.
This will be our top choice when we’re returning to the northern California coast.

If you want to unplug and recharge by the ocean this is the place to be. Even with rain forecasted during our whole stay the clouds were constantly passing making way for sunshine and plenty of rainbows. Beth was very communicative prior to us arriving; informing us of weather conditions as well as accommodating our needs for a playpen and high chair. She even set out toy blocks and books for our kids to enjoy during our stay. Even though it was cold, the house is very well insulated. Despite the rainy conditions we never got bored. There’s plenty of board games and movies to occupy your time. We even saw a family of deers one of the mornings. Beth’s kitchen is fully equipped with so many kitchen gadgets. Waffle maker, toaster, blender, keurig you name it. Wehighly recommend bringing plenty of food to cook as grocery stores and restaurants are a drive away. My favorite perk of this home is having access to the beach. She also left frozen homemade chocolate chip cookies and we baked it first night I thought that was so sweet! Kid friendly! So peaceful as well. The view is heavenly even on gloomy day.

When I travel I normally like to check out the local shops, restaurants, etc. I did not get into my car once during my stay at the Dream Weaver house. I enjoyed being at the house so much I had no desire to leave. It is not only beautiful, it is also incredibly comfortable. The furniture is great for lounging and I slept well because of the mattress and bedding. This is not a drafty beach house. The temperature inside is easy to keep comfortable. EVERYTHING is clean and in great condition. Whatever I needed to know about the house was in the thorough welcome packet. Even the light switches and remotes are labeled. Very helpful! Blankets, towels, dishes, cookware, appliances, etc. are high quality and add to the comfort. Not to mention the extras that are included such as coffee, spices, oils, shampoo, conditioner, and on and on. The ocean views from the house are incredible. I love how open and light the living spaces are while at the same time feeling cozy. We really enjoyed the spa. What a treat it is to be within walking distance to the beach. When it was time to leave the check out instructions were (thankfully) very simple. This house has it all if you’re looking for comfortable and luxurious accommodations in a great location. Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible time at the Dreamweaver house. There honestly aren’t even words to capture how special our trip was! Besides the immaculately gorgeous home and view, our host Beth went above and beyond to make our stay one that we will never forget. From the pristinely clean environment, (even though pets are allowed!), to the thoughtful welcome gift and wonderful communication, we recommended a trip to this magnificent home ASAP! We are already checking our calendars to see when we can go back for another visit!

The Dream Weaver beach house was just what we were looking for in a relaxing weekend getaway. The house was perfect for our group of four adults and three young children under 5. The house was stocked with movies, games, toys, and children's books for all to enjoy. The kitchen amenities and appliances were top notch. There are so many great things to say about our stay here!! Beth and Greg were wonderful hosts and made sure that we had a joyful and relaxing weekend. Beth was readily available to answer our questions which made it easy for us to navigate a new town. The home is beautifully decorated and the attention to details are exquisite making the experience feel luxurious and also cozy/comfy to feel like you're at home. They definitely thought of everything into making this vacation memorable for their guests - from the many amenities we got to enjoy - the amazingly soft and cozy comforters and pillows on all the beds, every kind of kitchen appliances you can think of, the toilet seat warmer and bidet, the guest lotions, body wash, shampoo, conditioners, the play loft area for my toddler (new toys to play with!), the hot tub, the sun room....I can go on and on. Our family definitely enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely make a trip here again to enjoy all that there is to offer in this beautiful home and town.

I’ve never been to a vacation rental that was so well hosted and stocked. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING and were quick to respond via text. My friends and I walked to the beach, made delicious meals in the spacious and equipped kitchen, enjoyed our morning coffee in the hot tub and took an easy day trip to Mendocino. I highly recommend staying at The Dream Weaver.

Entry into this wonderful property was seamless. Starting with a mud room which can also be used as a year round indoor/outdoor porch was so useful. The house was spotless, beautifully updated and had every household item available, space and floor plan worked great for our family to spread out. Absolutely loved the large wall of windows to the ocean view. Kids loved the loft and hot tub. Would stay here over and over again. Owners were so helpful and hospitable even leaving a welcome gift and cookie dough to make freshly baked cookies. Cannot say enough great things about this property.

The moment I stepped in the Dream Weaver I was overcome with delight with the whimsical and cheerful decor. Beth has put so many wonderful touches in this home. The upgrades, including the electric blinds, the appliances, and even a self- cleaning toilet with a built- in bidet toilet add to the comfort. I also appreciate that the home smells fresh and clean with no offensive toxic smells. The vegan chocolate cookies were the BEST EVER! The views from great room and the master suites are breathtaking. What I love most about the Dream Weaver is that is totally dog friendly . . . enclosed backyard, comfy big fuzzy doggie beds, concrete floors that are easy to clean, and even a doggie pantry with doggie do- do bags, treats, leashes and very nice water bowls. Beth was a joy to communicate with. This is a fantastic place for a relaxing, fun, luxurious and comfortable retreat for friends and families, canine companions included.

Prior to my highly-anticipated weekend away with my girlfriends, I would daydream of how relaxing it was going to be. I would find myself looking at the pictures online and imagining what it was going to be like to stay in this lovely home on the coast.
Well, the beautiful pictures (& my imagination) don’t even begin to tell the story of this perfect little retreat. I am still in awe and amazement at how incredible this beach house is. It exceeded all of my expectations.
It’s difficult to put into words how we felt when we walked into the house. We were speechless. The spectacular views are breathtaking and you get them in almost every room. The bedrooms are spacious yet cozy, beautiful and inviting. Just like in the rest of the house, the owners spared no expense in setting up these bedrooms! All the blankets (which are strategically placed throughout the house in all the places you’ll need them) are so soft and fluffy and the temperature of the house and the heated floor is always just right.
Everything about this house made me want to stay inside. So I did. I went to the beach once and didn’t leave the house again until it was time to say goodbye. (Don’t judge.)
The attention to detail blew my mind! Everything you need is there—all the spices (even nooch for the vegans), and oils, all the coffee and tea and cream (and big cozy mugs), all the bowls, pots, pans, utensils, tools like a fancy wine opener, salad spinner, immersion blender. There’s a basket of towels for spills, eco-friendly everything (including the fabric softener), books, a hammock, spa shoes! They have games galore, all the apps for all the streaming, and did I mention?…all the fluffy blankets to cozy up and watch movies, read a book, gaze out the windows with that big mug of coffee. They’ve got all the soaps and fluffy towels you’ll need and even super soft kleenex.
And the cleanliness…this home is immaculate! I couldn’t believe how clean it was. Pets are welcome, but there was no trace of any animals ever being there.
All you’ll need is your clothes and food (and maybe a little Irish cream for that coffee).
THANK YOU to the owners for their care and attention to detail, for their excellent communication, for the sweet gift and cookies they left us, and for making it feel like their top priority was that we were delighted with our stay.

The Dream Weaver property is absolutely amazing in every way! The interior of this home is full of everything needed to relax and enjoy the time spent here. From the cozy comfy style to the stocked kitchen to the high end bathrooms to the lovely bedding to the hot tub and outdoor patio to the many helpful labels this is an experience to remember. Add in the stunning location on the bluffs of the coast and access to the jaw dropping Irish Beach and you are in for a really special stay! Additionally, the host is so responsive and kind! I would recommend the Dream Weaver home to everyone!

I cannot put into words how great our trip went, but I will try. The first thing that came to mind when entering the property was how clean and finished the accommodations were. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in California, but this house takes the cake. The atmosphere of the area was magical, you can see the ocean from the window. The local establishments were a bit of a drive, but worth the effort to visit. With the amenities you can tell that the owners thought of everything. The beach is a short walk away, although I do suggest driving as the path is really steep. My only complaint is that I didn’t book an extra day! I will be staying here again for sure!

This rental is on the pricier end but if you can swing it, the quality of the experience justifies the cost. The house itself is modern and updated, the views and location are great, and there are many, many small, thoughtful touches that elevate the experience above your standard rental and make the place feel like the best combination of home *and* hotel in terms of amenities.
The hosts are also super responsive.
Finally, while there are no guarantees, they ended up being flexible on both our arrival and our departure times, which allowed us to have a wonderfully relaxing final morning at the house.

The house is immaculately set up as a vacation rental. It is fully equipped, and well organized. The hospitality touches were unmatched and the cookie dough in the freezer was a truly special touch.
The views are spectacular and the location charming. It was a great place to stay for a weekend with 4 adults and 4 kids.
The kitchen is properly stocked to enjoy cooking on the high end appliances. The radiant heating in the floor made for a comfortable respite during our winter stay.
We made use of the child/baby amenities, which were clean, in good condition and of good quality. We charged our car in the garage.
We didn’t all make it to Irish Beach but it made for a lovely morning running route.

Before even leaving for our trip the host made it a point to reach out and ask if there was anything we we’re celebrating and if there way anything we needed to meet the needs of our stay (which was awesome because we had two dogs and our 11 month old with us).
Once we arrived at Dream Weaver House we were instantly blown away- the pictures do not do this home justice! Everything was spotless and looked like we had just walked into a model home. The owners even went as far as to leave a cute note and homemade cookies for us!
There is nothing bad that I can even say about this VRBO! The host are easily reachable if you have any questions, they had the house completely stocked with new kitchen sponges, extra towels, blankets and pillows and a completely stocked kitchen with every cooking item you might need- they even had dog treats and new dog beds for our two dogs!
We were skeptical at first staying somewhere that didn’t have any reviews at the time of booking but we are so glad we booked with Dream Weaver! This place is one that we will continue to come back to time and time again!
