Poor quility property.
Nothing.
It just was not what I expected, it was a council house which claimed to be an apartment, the shower was horrible, it littraly sprinkled water and was leaking at the bottom which was the reason for 0 pressure, it also didn't look very clean, The toilet was wobbly and not stuck to the floor, one of the door handles didn't open from the inside of the room and my brother got stuck and had to wake me up by banging the door to get somebody to open it. It's just overall a poorly maintained property. I wish I had something nice to say but I just have to be honest. I also did not like the fact that I had to transfer £150 as a deposit I didn't feel very comfortable doing this if I'm honest and getting the deposit back got me worries as they never answer the phone and didn't reply for a day when I asked when I'll be getting it back.

Teviot Road
Everything. It was good value for money. A good site for us with good public transport links. Nice enclosed back garden for the dog to run around in. We didn't meet the owners but could get in touch via messaging. Nice quiet area too. Sat nav found it easily. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice self-catering city break.
Didn't think to bring a sharp knife to cut joints of meat etc

Worst place to stay in Nottingham
We had to pay an extra 150£ deposit at the beginning and fortunately, we got it back. We got working WIFI.
The whole property is neglected. The bathroom has leaked from the water heater and the toilet. In one of the rooms the door handle was not working from the inside. You got trapped there once you closed the door. There was an open ventilation that was carelessly closed with some duct tape. The garden looks like it is slowly becoming a dumpster. The surrounding houses are a sad sight as well.

Regular house for an inexpensive outskirts city stay
It was a house with 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our stay. We weren't in the house much as we were at a family event in the city. We just needed comfortable beds which there were. We all slept well and the bottles of water by the bedsides were a nice touch
The house is on a housing estate so not great surroundings if you are imagining exploring. The outside is very rundown and unkempt so don't be put off when you arrive. The bathroom and shower are downstairs and were showing their age. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived but for 2 days and a reasonable price it was fine.

Bad
It was a 20-minute drive from pretty much everything we wanted to do, and it was a comfortable sleep with comfortable sofas.
It was quite worn and old, didn't seem like it was that well looked after. The bathroom light was dodgy, so it only came on after pulling the cord about twenty times. The house number was incorrect on the directions and was only updated once we called and asked where it was because there was a car in drive of the house we were directed to. It was a little bit stressful waiting for the keycode as I'd sent the deposit of £150 without using booking.com where I'd booked and they then waited until we were a few hours into the journey to send it to us. We were asked to vacuum all the rooms in order to get our deposit back and were only told on the day we were leaving rather than during or before our stay.

Great home, with a well communicating host.
Exactly how it looks in the pictures, it was in a great location if you are driving like us, plenty of parking around and on the property, we had no problems with the host and also with the facilities, will definitely be staying again when travelling to Nottingham
