La ubicación y comodidad del check-in
La hora del check-out podría ser un poco más tarde

Was very central to bus station
The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs up to the room
4.1
The freshness and cleanliness of the room, ensuite and spotless kitchen. Little things like a cupboard full of clean glasses, crockery, ironing board, cutlery. Will definitely recommend and/or return. 62 steps to 3rd floor but very private and cosy. Quiet doors and clean everything.
Floor 3, room 4. An ‘attention’ sign when you exit ensuite back into bedroom - bit of a large step but after 2nd near accident, you pay attention 🤣🤣🤣
4.1
Good location in the city centre near to pub, restaurants and all the city’s attraction.
There is a convenient parking near at the House (Old Town Rose Street Multi Storey) open 24/24
4.1
Great house to stay in with nice caretaker. Owner allowed to check in bit early and it relaxed us after long bus travel. House was clean with all kitchen stuffs included.
Everything was good.

I like the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff also a great location
I found it very misleading that our private bathroom was a walk along the landing and not an ensuit like I thought it was it really did spoil my stay but like I have said I'd stay again but would double check I had an ensure as it was less then ideal for me
4.1
It had a fan
We could not sleep one bit last night due to the noise from outside, and the bins seemed to be getting emptied every 2 seconds it was very loud. We ended up missing our train because we were about to fall asleep before having to check out for 10

Easy self-check in, exceptionally clean facilities, very comfortable bed, conveniently located for train station.
Wouldn't change a thing!
4.1
It was comfortable and had lots of added things like fluffy towels, kitchen and tea/coffee
The three flight of stairs with our luggage and the noisy pigeons poking at the window.
4.1
All facilities provided wonderful shower great location
Large rubbish and laundry bags in hallway throughout our stay

Clean
No toilet in the room. It was being back in Blackpool in the seventies And you had to climb up 64 stairs to get to the room .

The location in the middle of the city is an advantage when you want to be out in the evening. The room was nicely decorated, and the bed was okay.
The location in the middle of the city - pub visitors made noise until 2am. Third floor can be challenging when carrying luggage. The bathroom was very, very small. No breakfast is offered, but there are several occasions around where you can get some.

Excellent large room in the centre of Inverness. There was a kitchen with fridge and toaster, which would be useful if staying longer. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower.
We needed a room at short notice as Easy Jet cancelled our flight and threw us all out onto the street shortly before midnight. This room was perfect. Also booking at 11.58 pm, online booking wasn't available, so I rang the number and the woman who runs the house texted me details on how to get in within minutes. Fantastic service and very grateful.
Minor. Very small sink. A little warm because the windows were veluxe, so if you open them for air, you get light in the morning. No lift, so we did need to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Each room had a box on the landing with a code to access a key (card) for the room, which relies on the previous person returning it. Another couple couldn't get into their room because the card was missing, but someone came out to help them. So again good service.

updated, very comfortable
a little warm on top floor, but could open windows
4.1
- Location on Church street places you smack in the centre of town
- Shared kitchen facility very useful
- Good alternate to conventional hotels, at a competitive price. Very comfortable, self check in instructions very clear
- Quiet at night, despite the location
- Rooms are on the 3rd floor, without an elevator can be a bit of a slog with bags
- Room 4 was perfectly suited for our stay but needs some TLC (paint touchups etc)

Great showers, very clean, super location.

Location was excellent spotlessly clean.
We stayed in Room 3 it wasn't made clear that our shower and toilet was separate from the bedroom which was inconvenient for me definitely would go back but not to room 3
4.1
Great location, clean and tidy.
There was no table to eat the self-cooked food in the room & kitchen.
The sink in the bathroom was very tiny.
Only one carpet.

Bed was so comfy and everything was spotless!! It was lovely, quiet and had a beautiful peaceful sleep. We would quite happily stay again. We met your housekeeper Terry and he was extremely helpful and polite. 10/10
Can't think of anything to be honest

Decor good. Room clean and comfortable.
Other guests shouting in the corridor. Playing music and banging doors.
4.1
Excellent accommodation in the heart of Inverness. Everything is in walking distance. The host communicates very well, very approachable and helpful in case of any questions.
