I decided to book this beautiful home for my mother’s birthday. It was such a relaxing and fun place. We took so many pictures all around the home. My mother was so happy and that’s all I wanted. Created new memories in this home was amazing and the host was really nice and responded our messages right away. I highly recommend this place!

We were warned that the central air and refrigerator was broken however the property manager told us it would be fixed by the time we arrived. The EVENING before (too late to make alternate plans) he told us that it hadn't been fixed but that there was a cooler for the living room and portable A/C units provided. He said the previous guests said it worked fine.. This was anything but true. The entire time we stayed the property was over 100 degrees making it impossible to cook, sleep, and really relax at all. It made the home unbearable and our food was not able to be cooled at all.
Also the cleaner finished 45 mins LATE and we weren’t able to enter the home properly until 4:45pm, we sat outside waiting in the heat for him to finish...
I was very patience and communicative and the property manager basically did not respond with any solution, and blatantly ignored my complaints so I am forced to leave a bad review.

We arrived to the house and it was 88 degrees in the house. The AC was not working. The owner did put two portable AC units in the living room but they did not cool down the space. We had to fill them multiple times a day with water! PAIN!!! We also discovered the refrigerator was not working. We had 3 days worth of food in our car for 7 people!! There was a new mini fridge put in the sun room which was even hotter than the main house. It was not large enough for our food nor did it keep our food cool. The owner did sent an old beat up cooler with a bag of ice to the house after we requested it. The ice did not last long in this cooler since the house was so warm all the time. Over half of the outlets in the house did not work. Which made it hard to keep the AC units in the rooms running. The owner did send another extension chord after we requested it. There were NUDE framed photos and drawings of women on walls and in the bathroom. The owner states that this house is kid/family friendly. These are NOT photos that I would want my children to see!!!
The 4th Queen bed is an air mattress!!!! This is not communicated on the listing and we found it when looking in the closets! The property has great potential but needs ALOT of maintenance. The photos are not up to date! We asked the owner to compensate us for the property not meeting our needs (no AC and no full fridge) but he never responded!! Oh and the washer and dryer are outside under the house. This is not on the listing

We were 7 people staying at this house for a night. We thought the common area queen bed was set up, until later we realized that we had to set up the blowup mattresses ourselves. But it was too late that we found out and realized the blow-up mattresses were in one of the closets the next morning via the reply from the host. It would be nice if this was informed before we arrived. Eventually, the host sent a very informative and detailed message regarding the check-in just not the blowup mattresses.
The floor's soundproofing is not very good, so whenever there is any movement or activity upstairs, it is heard in both rooms downstairs.
We love the little kitchen and do some cooking for dinner and breakfast. They have all cooking utensils but not cooking oils, pepper, and salt.
There was some trash in the table tennis room, and the tennis table were dusty.
The outdoor view is great, but the outdoor chair cushions are dirty. You can take away the cushion and sit on the chair.
There is a nice little sunroom to hang out with friends for a talk.
Overall, we had a good time spent there. It would still be a great place to stay as it is close to the Ash Mountain Entrance. Thank you.

Everything was great. Our family really liked the house. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook family meals and we soaked in the hot tub and played games after visiting Sequoia National Park. Would definitely stay again.

House was very comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen lacked a few essentials: salt, measuring cups, strainer and grater. Overall, great place to stay. Make sure to check weather for Three Rivers as quite a bit warmer than up in the sequoias.

Stayed here as last stop on our cali trip. Stunning views , great access to sequoia park close to good restaurant options and groceries. Property looks slightly more dated than pictures but did not impact stay at all. Easy check in and out. Make sure you screen shot basic info incl wifi as there isno cell signal at house. Overall great stay would highly recommend!

We had a great time in the foothills of Sequoia NP while visiting this home. House was clean and cozy. a great place to relax after long days visiting NPs. Had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The outside areas were our favorite - an awesome way to watch the sunset and enjoy the beautiful weather we had while there.

Perfect location for hiking in Sequoia. Unfortunately road into Sequoia was closed for repairs so this location was not worth the extra cost paid for the location. It would have been nice if listing had mentioned the road closure. That said the property was spacious and the decor was perfect for a mountain get away.

Nice home, let in early stating cleaners finished early. Dropped off bags went hiking then to dinner. Arrived back at house after dark surprised front door light switch only went to outside porch light. Had to find our way in dark to nearest wall, feel for a light switch. Same in upstairs bedroom, this time had to feel for fan light pull, then going out back door to check out the hot tub, that light didnt work. Decided to just go to bed, were leaving early morning.
Bathroom 1 light out, shower leaked, hairs in both showers as well as used soap pieces on shower floor and shower shelf. Between 2 full baths no wash cloths, 1 hand towel, 2 bathtowels. Refrigerator had ice build up, freezer had 2 old used bags of ice and hair! Bedspread was my breaking point, "grossly stained" needed washed. No top sheet only a bottom sheet, went downstairs to find 1 from one of the 2 other bedrooms. Downstairs bedrooms were cold, took the only top sheet found on that bed, upstairs. Turned heat on, it stated it would take 45 mins but never got warmer than 61⁰ in livingroom area, downstairs considerably colder as well as upstairs bedroom. The washer-dryer are sitting in the carport with layers of dirt on them, not hooked up to power/water and unusable. Messaged owner I had photos, his cleaners are duping him as bedspread stained, bathrooms n refrigerator need cleaned. He said he was going to have to check it out, he never had a bad review. Gave him 9 days to respond again, heard nothing back, sad.
