Ground Floor – Entrance hallway leading to a double ensuite bedroom with access to the garden. The room boasts a comfortable double size bed with premium quality Egyptian linen for you to sink into after a long day of sightseeing. There is a double door wardrobe and a bedside table. There is a double French door leading to the garden and a window in the room.
First Floor – Open plan living area with modern fitted kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery and crockery. It is perfect for kicking back in and enjoying a meal at the dining table.
Second Floor – There are 2 bright double bedrooms and a 3-piece family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with quality Egyptian linen and double wardrobe with hangers. There are 2 large windows in the room, lots of sunshine guaranteed on a sunny day in Manchester with views from the garden.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with quality Egyptian linen and double wardrobe with hangers. There is a large window in the room, lots of sunshine guaranteed on a sunny day in Manchester with views from the street.
To the top floor is a large master ensuite double bedroom.

A nice property with very comfy beds in a quiet neighbourhood. Could do with a bit of TLC in the common areas and a few more kitchen items - we just had enough bowls for five people. Bedrooms a good size and all very comfy withdouble beds, although could have done with a few more pillows and towels. Great position for city centre, Trafford area, Salford Quays and for going to Liverpool; parking good too.
