Over the minimalist dining table, enjoy home-cooked meals made in my fabulously well-equipped kitchen boasting a luxurious Rangemaster double oven and cooker! You'll find other thoughtful conveniences like a juicer, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. The Sonos smart speakers are accessible through high-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Airplay, allowing you to stream your favourite songs while enjoying the views of The Shard.
The delightfully furnished bedrooms offer luxurious king-size beds with hotel-quality linens for goodnight's sleep. The bathroom is complete with a power shower, bath, and complimentary toiletries for a refreshing experience. Rest assured that the apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety, ensuring a worry-free stay.
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

The Cut, located nearby, boasting several restaurants and bars covering a selection of cuisines together with the historic Old and Young Vic theatres. There are also many pubs nearby, including The Lord Nelson, The Ring and The White Hart, while business travellers can access Canary Wharf and the City of London within fifteen minutes. All in all, Nelson Square provides a beautiful vantage point to access this great city.
This area is conveniently located close to several stations, including Southwark Station (4 minutes walk), Borough (10 minutes walk), Liverpool Street (2.6 km), Victoria Station (3.5 km), and St Pancras International (4.3 km).
Heathrow Airport is an hour's drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Really convenient flat inside London. Well located in a square close to the Southwark metro station. Quiet place, even if close to train lines. The beds quality was convienient. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom a shower without a bath shoul be more suitable for seniors.

Our host was very accommodating. We arrived early and gave us the opportunity to check in early. Four of us stayed for the week. While the space is not large- we weren’t at the room for long periods as we were out exploring. We were centrally located so could get to everywhere easily. Its busy so not a quiet area because you are so close to the nightlife. sleeping at night not great, but the ear plugs helped. We had a great stay regardless and would recommend to ofhers.

Very disappointed, had confirmation from Expedia and vrbo and never received any communication from host. We arrived to London went to location nobody was there any couldn’t contact host. Only then to waste hours on phone and had to book hotel last minute for greater cost.

Our 4-day stay for my wife, me and two adult children was very good. It was a good location walking across the street to the Tube, a 24/7 convenience store and a terrific pub for food and drinks. It was an excellent base for us to explore London. Only downside was the lack of responsiveness by the owner when we had questions or the plumbing problem. Otherwise it was a great location and apartment overlooking a nice park for football, basketball, exercise and kids play area.

We spent 4 nights here and found it very easy to hop on the underground and get all around town. Even with Southwark station closed one day, Waterloo was close enough to walk to and still get around. Lots of good restaurants nearby and local convenience stores for anything you need. Up several floors so the lift was very useful. Cute place, loved the art.
