About this house rental
House located in the well-known Voramar or Pinewalk promenade, with a privileged location on the sea, in front of a quiet and spectacular beach with crystal clear waters.
The house has just undergone a complete renovation, so we enjoy excellent and modern qualities in an unbeatable location.
The property is built on two floors and has two accesses, both from the promenade over the sea and from the back street.
On the first floor, accessing from the beach, we find two terraces, one with benches and the other with a dining table, both with spectacular sea views and access to the house, which is elevated above street level.
Entering from the sea, we access the spacious and bright living room overlooking the sea and the Fortress, as well as the semi-open kitchen, with direct access to the backyard, where the laundry is located.
On the second floor we find the 3 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, and the other two share a bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views.
