Beautiful and different experience in a great location and excellent staff

We had not clocked that breakfast is not available every day of the week so worth checking whether it is available on the days you choose to stay. They offered coffee and cake as an option and the day we did have breakfast it was excellent. Staff were very helpful and engaging, especially Hannah who showed us to our room on the first day.

Stunning floating luxury!

We had a very comfortable stay here, the room is modern and absolutely immaculate, very well furnished and decorated with a really nice colour scheme. The bathroom was huge with separate shower, toilet and his and her sinks! It's such a unique concept and they have executed the idea so well! Our breakfast at The Deck restaurant was brilliant each morning! We booked last minute and were checking in on the day of their annual staff party, despite this management kindly arranged for someone to be there for us to check in, the staff member was very helpful and informative and we really appreciated her assistance! Thank you Amber! All the staff were lovely too! The location is very tranquil and it's nice to be on the water in the marina! Parking is available, just inform them of your number plate at check in.

The only thing I would have to mention is really a minor thing, the chefs in the kitchen played their own music a little too loudly at breakfast time, which clashed with the music playing in the restaurant. We were the only ones seated in the restaurant most mornings, so with more people seated this may not be a usual issue. The rooms do rock and creak a little in strong winds, but this didn't disrupt our stay at all and is to be expected.

Special mention to Lisa

Lisa was absolutely fantastic, really made us feel at home and was so accommodating. She is an absolute credit to the organisation. The rest of the staff were also so lovely. The room was really clean and such a cool place to stay.

Very nice stay.

Fantastic place to stay, location on the water with a great restaurant very close. The pod is a unique experience that is a great one. Very nicely done and with all things needed it’s an ideal place to stay. Room is a decent size as is the bathroom and toilet.

No kettle! Those coffee machines only churn out coffee flavoured hot water - if you want tea it’s deeply disappointing!

Marina's Life experience!

I liked everything. The room with the great view. If yu are a sailing freak and you travel in autumn to Wales the place is perfect. In the Marina, warm, cosy, clean with great staff. Definitely recommend.

We only live 3 miles down the road but we’ll be back very soon!

The views are amazing, Cardiff Bay and Penarth are both super easy to reach. Both worth a visit.

There was no mirror near a plug - this would be super helpful. Also, a couple of bottles of water in the fridge wouldn’t go amiss.

Set on the picturesque harbour of penarth , these floating bedrooms are an experience to behold . Lovely decor , lovely little touches with the surfer in the bathroom, the cozy slippers and chunky robes and a proper pod coffee machine , and possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in . The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and warm
