Tolles und schickes Hotel in Charlotte.

Super Hotel in toller Lage. Man kann die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse ziemlich gut. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und geräumig.

Beim Frühstück war grundsätzlich zu wenig Personal vorhanden, daher kamen alle Sachen nicht regelmäßig nach z.B. Besteck und Essen. Das Waffeleisen stand von 4 Tagen nur an einem zur Verfügung. Außerdem gab es bei 4 Übernachtung leider keinen Zimmerservice und wir mussten notwendige Sachen uns selber an der Rezeption abholen und der Müll lief leider über.

Didn't need kitchen, but it would be nice for long stay.

Elevators were FAST and easy to access. Bar was terrific, as was the staff and desk staff.

No closet for clothes!! there was a big metal garage type container, made it impossible to look for clothes with door open without hitting the bed. Couldn't see inside because half open door blocked the light.

Needs improvement on housekeeping.

I love the valet parking system. The guys were timely and very professional at all times. I also love that the receptionist at the front desk was attentive and very kind!

Once we got checked in and went to our room, we learned that our room had not been cleaned as the bed was not made up! I was a little disappointed having to be moved because of thay because our view was perfect there. The room that we were moved needed thoroughly cleaning too but we handled it ourselves. The shower was gross!

Great location to stay to be near my husband while he had surgery at Presbyterian on Hawthorne!

The property was emaculate!

Only problem I had were the bed pillows. I think they only had 39 feathers in each! Could not get comfortable due to head sinking in middle of pillow and both sides coming up on my face like I was sinking!

Won’t be back

They had buffet style breakfast and the room was clean.

The front desk staff was not friendly and acted annoyed upon check in. The $45 fee to valet your car everyday was actually absurd and if we would’ve noticed that add on fee before booking we would’ve chose a different hotel. The staff who set up and broke down breakfast every morning were rude and the overall vibe of the staff was that they were annoyed being around the hotel guests. The hotel was not worth the price, there’s not even a pool/hot tub on site and the restaurant attached was not good.

More than you need for one night

The bar area was cool on the entry level. The breakfast area was nice. Very studio apartment style which was more than what we needed, but nice. Clean overall.

I booked a king room with a tub and got a double queen room with a shower. That kind of bummed me out, but since we were only staying a night, we weren’t going to fight it. I tried pulling closed what I thought were blackout curtains and they didn’t budge. Finally, the body wash and conditioner we empty by the time we needed to shower.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable.

The cost of parking our car was way overpriced. We reserved a king room and were given a double queen. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing a parking garage. Considering how light the traffic at breakfast I think we could have been given a better room. Breakfast was paltry. There was no milk go red our cereal and no staff was visible for 5 minutes. When I looked into the back the server was just standing there and when she saw me asking for milk all she would continuously say was you don’t belong back here. No apology for there being no milk.

The bed was very comfortable.

Valet took hours to park cars, I waited an hour and a half for someone to take my car. Then the valet quit midshift. The manager was nice enough to take off the charge. However this is not a good place if you have your own vehicle and plan on parking. The design of the driveway leading to the hotel is too small for valet services. The garage next to it is waayyy too expensive to park, and if you use outside parking you’re guaranteed to get your car broken into

Breakfast was just ok, they did run out of coffee and food at breakfast. They ran out of coffee in the lobby too. The breakfast staff was apparently understaffed according to tge employees. A manager was not seen helping the short staff.

We were in room 205 - there was sooo much noise through out the night. We got no sleep at all! Don’t know if it was the elavators or that we were near the kitchen but it sounded like elephants tramping through the halls all night.

There was no free parking. They charge 45 a night for valet and that’s the only option they. They do not offer self parking nor do they honor the price they have online which is 35 a night.

The staff was very rude and there was no free parking. The only good thing was the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

A must stay if you're in Charlotte!!

We loved everything about the hotel. The location was close to everything! We walked to the park that's right behind the hotel. We walked to stores and restaurants that are downtown as well. It was exceptionally clean, very quiet and had great amenities.

Location. Comfortable beds. Large TV

No pool . Breakfast bar ran out of eggs at 8:00 & had to wait for more eggs to be cooked . Happy hour 2 bottles of wine left out for anybody to consume . Bathroom & kitchen floor was not swept

We were pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Free breakfast was great, rooms were clean and very spacious, updated. Lots of conveniences like a coffee pot and a burner top for cooking.

We were not aware of the parking situation before we arrived, we just assumed guests of the hotel would have free parking but that was not the case. We had to pay for valet parking which was an expense we had not anticipated.

Hotel room was comfy, valet needs some work and organization.

The valet. First day there we needed to get something out of the car and they couldn’t find our car key for almost 45 minutes. The second day we were trying to go get dinner and ordered for the car about 5 minutes before we left our room and they couldn’t find our car. We ended up canceling our plans after waiting in the rain for almost an hour.
