Good place, great staff with free parking.

20 min walk from main tourist + free parking + clear and cozy bed room with nice bathroom. Great staff in mornings as well as at call center.

Drinking water facilities should available. Somehow tap water from bathroom in room 124 was not cleaned.

Electronic key locks are useless, doors slamming, shower doesn't drain, but it's cheap.

Th property was recently renovated and very clean. The cleaning staff was helpful and courteous.

There is a door code system that is nearly nonfunctional. Emails ahead stated that it could be used to drop off luggage before check-in but the codes did not work prior to check-in time, and rarely worked during the stay at all. It was not uncommon to be entirely locked out of the building! The tablet at the front connects to an off-site assistance desk that was helpful, but there should really be some sort of staff onsite. Additionally, despite very few other guests at the hotel, we were booked into a room in the basement looking out to the parking lot. The heavy doors slam shut and are jarring as others moved about the hotel. The room should not be advertised as a "standard king" when it has a double sized bed. The bathroom is set up without a proper enclosure for the shower; however, the floor and drain are not appropriately set up to accommodate the water, leaving the entire room one big puddle after even a brief rinse. It was still pooling in the morning after a shower before bed. The front room has chairs an tables but no amenities of use such as a microwave or kettle. Overall, it was the cheapest hotel for a reason.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

schön renoviertes Bad, schöne Möbel, parken vor dem Haus, tolle Lage um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen.

Türsystem funktionieren nicht zuverlässig. keine Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Handtuchhaken im Bad. Türen schließen schwer. Kann alles mit wenig Aufwand geändert werden!

Zeer gehorig en lawaaig hotel

De kamer was netjes en schoon

Erg gehorige kamers! De deuren op de gang zijn slecht geremd en vallen met een harde klap dicht. Met het vele in en uitlopen van bezoekers de hele nacht heb je geen fijne nachtrust. Geen personeel, dus bij problemen moer je bellen. Code werkte niet bij aankomst. Klantenservice doet niks met klachten over lawaai in het hotel

The door access and charging process for the room was frustrating, though the room itself was great.

It was clean, comfortable, a good location, and very affordable.

Me and my wife, as well as another couple in the same building, had difficulty accessing our rooms because payment was not processed. I’ve not had this type of issue with other bookings via this website before. It wasn’t until I had arrived for check in and called the provided number that I was provided a link to finalize payment. Additionally, the directions sent were not clear regarding how to input the room access code (specifically how to activate the lock so that we could input the access code). As a result, we activated a security feature that locked us out of the room for a few minutes; I had pressed the black button at the top of the lock thinking that would turn on the backlight so that I could see the numbers.

I recommend this hotel, but it is a little far from the action.

We were very happy with the complimentary parking available onsite. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found a laundry facility within a short drive from hotel, which was helpful.

Our room was comfortable enough, however the fan in the bathroom was loud and we had to turn off all the lights in order for it to be quiet. The lights also dim up or down by themselves sometimes. The bathroom didn't have a lot of space for putting our toiletries out. There was a small shelf over the sink. We had to keep most of it on the floor.

Enjoyable under the circumstances (overnight due to flight cancelation).

I did not go to the breakfast. The attendant was very nice and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a safety handle in the shower. Also EU or USA electrical outlets or at least a USB or USBC charging port would have been good.

Short stay in Reykjavik

Just located out from the old town, it is a very nice place to stay. The facility is brand new. The room is very comfortable and designed in the right way. The cleaning is good. There is silence in the building. Staff is very nice. The cost is advantageous.
