Clean. Safe. Wheelchair/handicap friendly.

The always hot and strong rain shower. Sizable shower area. Hotel lift (but just one) It is considered accommodative for a possible wheelchair user. (I have a handicapped parent, so I am used to evaluate all hotel stays from a handicapped point of view if I were to plan to bring my parent along in future)

There was only complimentary bottled water on the first day. NO safety grab bars in the shower (MUST HAVE) Possible slippery toilet floor due to leftover dried floor cleaner solution from room cleaning.

Hotel per turisti indiani

Hotel nuovo ma già segnato dalla maleducazione dei suoi clienti. Frequentato da turisti indiani. Raggiunto a piedi dalla stazione treni. Affacciato su una stradina commerciale, rumorosa ma non troppo Ascensore dal garage. Camera nè piccola nè grande, con bei mobili chiari, armadio, pulita, ma avevo le lenzuola stroppicciate come se ci avesse già dormito qualcuno. Bagno vivibile ma senza zanzariera. Questo albergo adotta un sistema per le colazioni che non ho assolutamente gradito: Ad una certa ora viene consegnato in stanza un pacchetto contenente un vassoio presagomato con vari scomparti contenenti ciotoline con salsine ed intigoli vari, pane e riso e altro cibo indiano. C'era anche una zuppa da mangiare col cucchiaio di legno. Stile pasto da aeroplano. Regalato alle donne delle pulizie.

La colazione. La preparazione del letto e le lenzuola. Lo staff freddino.

Disappointed.

Comfortable bed. Large shower cubicle

Arrived at 8pm, room was not ready, someone in our room, had to wait 45 minutes. We booked this suite room because on booking.com it stated the room had a balcony, this is why we chose this room type and hotel. It didn't have a balcony. Tea bag rationed to one per day for couple to share

Overall good.

Breakfast not made available to me when I had informed that I would leave for rlwy stn. at 7AM. A packed breakfast should have been arranged. Did not feel good.

No restaurant /kitchen in the hotel premises.

Conveniently located. Rooms are clean.

The hotel is noisy. You can hear the honkings from the street. Breakfast was not good. Rooms are very small.

Very nice hotel!

Really great location. Close to lots of good restaurants and bars. The room was a bit on the smaller side but had the essentials.. tv, tea kettle, hot water, etc. the bed was nice and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had the included breakfast which was ample and pretty tasty.

We has only slept one night, we have nothing negative to say. it was clean the bed confortable the room was calm hotel very well located

We would have expect breakfast in a specific place and not in our room. But this is OK.

Good hotel for a single traveller

The location of the Hotel is in the heart of the city, with walking distance to shops, restaurants and temples.

The rooms are very small for a couple to stay. No toiletries were given.

Super gelegen, wir waren sehr überrascht, welch ein gutes Hotel für den Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen, vom Stil ein Business-Hotel.

Overall, I stayed just for few hours so nothing to complain. Centrally located and near to station

Packed breakfast was provided which was quite decent, However, tea or coffee along would have been great!

The room size.. it was smaller than usual. Since I traveled alone and just for few hours, it didn't bother much but I wouldn't recommend the same for couple in a room.

you wont regret it! perfection

a 1000 times recommend this hotel. nice clean non smelly rooms! and the breakfast was amazing! they helped us organize an amazing driver for site seeing for the day. they dont have a restaruant at the hotel but they have 2 of the best restaturants just down the road. i would gladly fly back to india to stay here again. thanks amy and oli from france

House Keeping and room boys may be trained well to show more professionalism.

Very small room. Kettle and cup n saucer provided but not tea bag/sugar as the same is not part of Standard Room. Strange.

Het hotel overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Op de foto en in de reviews waren gemengde verhalen. Maar het was een erg nieuw, schoon hotel. We boekten een wat grotere kamer (in reviews lazen we dat kleine kamers ook echt onhandig klein zijn). Zeer centraal gelegen (prettig voor trein-reizigers)

Het hotel wordt verbouwd dus overdag veel bouwgeluiden. En het personeel is nog wat onhandig met wat wel of niet gastvrij voelt.

Good location,

駅やお寺に近く、美味しいレストランも周りにある便利な場所。部屋は広くはないが快適だった。クーラーもよく効き、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出た。フロントのスタッフは誠実で明るく好感が持てた。 Convenient location, close to train station and temples, with good restaurants around. The rooms are not large, but comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and the hot water for the shower worked well. The front desk staff was honest, cheerful and likable.

掃除はきれいにされていたが、シーツは少し汚れていた。それからWi-Fiが弱くWEBサイトを見るのに時間がかかり、SNSに写真のアップができなかった。チェックインの時に部屋に荷物を運んでくれた人に、「外貨を見るのが趣味であなたの国のお金を持ってたら見せて欲しい」と言われた。本当にただの趣味かもしれないが、嫌な気持ちがした。 The room was clean, but the sheets were a little dirty. The Wi-Fi was weak and it took a long time to view websites, and I could not upload photos to social networking sites. When I checked in, the person who brought my luggage to my room told me that he was interested in looking at foreign currencies and wanted to see if I had any money from our country. It may really just be a hobby, but I felt bad.

To be improved much

Good and satisfactory

No basic items like water etc. They even colllected additional charge for bottle of water. It is not fair to collect charge for water etc in a threestar hotel. They should provide 2 bottles of water daily. No coffe or tea with breakfast.

New hotel centrally located with smaller rooms

The hotel is new and centrally located. The rooms are a bit small but nicely done. Staff was very friendly and also added an extra bed as we were joined by an additional person. The big temple and the inner city is in walking distance and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around.

The breakfast is served in the room in the morning. It is premade so you cannot wish for certain dishes. Also it is served rather early (around 7:30), so not something for sleeping in.

Hôtel très propre , nous avons très bien dormis, une chambre au calme dans la pleine agitation de Madurai avec un excellent emplacement pour manger et visiter le temple !

New property and nice people

The breakfast though served in a box was quite wholesome. The front office staff as well as the other support staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room size was too small with hardly any place to move after keeping 2 suitcases.

Not very pleasant experience.

Location is good. Walking distance from the Meenakshi temple.

Very suffocating, extremely small room. No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast served in the room that was very difficult to have due to the small size of the room.

Convenient for temple and railway station.

Breakfast served in room, spicy indian style. No western choice, no coffee, no kettle. Breakfast served in plastic trays... Not very good and a nightmare for the ecologically minded! No restaurant., food comes from down the road. Very small room.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for free and gave us great recommendations for the city. The breakfast, which was at a restaurant just down the road, was delicious and really filling.

One floor smelt slightly of cigarette smoke, but the rooms didn’t.

Location of hotel is good. so people tend to choose this. but comfort for money paid is missing.

Breakfast was charged bur very poor. everyday same and limited. No coffee with breakfast. Breakfast charges not equal to quality/ quantity.

Okay for 1/2 nights of stay for a small family.

New Property at the center of the City. Executive room size is just Ok. No in-house restaurant but near-by options available. Parking space at ground floor available.

In-house restaurant still not available. Room size could have been better.

Tutto ok

La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal meenakshi Temple e in zona ristoranti e negozi. Della camera ho apprezzato il letto e la doccia.

La stanza era molto piccola con finestra che dava su un muro . Per 3 giorni non ci hanno rifatto la stanza e quando chiedevamo la carta igienica ci portavano un rotolo già usato e dopo ore . Servizio in camera lentissimo. Però this Is India! In generale per essere così vicino al tempio l'hotel era confortevole.

It's a new hotel

No mirror fixed wash basin, No toilet rolls provided, booked suit for couples 1 Key card provided and requested another one because I am a smoker have to go down without disturbing my partner and they didn't provide another key. So each time I finish smoke the receptionist come to 4th floor to open my room to let me in by using master key [ Almost 8 to 10 times] Very inexperienced staff mot able to give me an answer. Amenities: In Suit for couple found 1 toothbrush, 1 coffee saucet. Breakfast included : No restaurant in the hotel, but they provided a takeaway food from the nearby restaurant. By the time it reaches us, the food is cold. Charged for Suit, but it's worth just a standard room. Booking.com should not allow these hotels to rob the customers

Geen hoogvlieger, wel ok

Kamer was wel gerenoveerd, klein maar alles was aanwezig. Goede wifi.

zeer kleine kamer op de benedenverdieping,veel lawaai van personen op de gang. Lakens met bruine vegen! Na klachten wel verschoond. 4x tevergeefs om wc papier gevraagd. Voorverpakt , warm ontbijt dat er niet smakelijk uit zag. Niet zo fijne buurt.

Bra läge nära stationen och templet. Rent, ganska stort rum, bekväm säng.

Beskrivning krig frukosten stämmer inte, hotellet har inte något eget kök. Bara inhämtat indisk frukost från närmaste restaurang utan valmöjligheter, utan dricka.

Sabarees, a good location in MDU

Cleanliness being a New property. Nearer to railway station & temple In general, the staff were good. That's it.

1. Rooms could be a bit bigger for an executive one 2. No dining room; breakfast daily served in the room, a clumsy affair. No coffee with breakfast unless one asks. 3. Have to remind them often to fill the coffee/tea sachet.
